PRO: Location! Lots of hotels advertise that they are "steps from Times Square, " but this hotel literally is. PRO: Rooms are a good size by Times Square standards. PRO: Hotel is big with quick, glass-view elevators. CON: Daily food credit somehow doesn't apply to the hotel Starbucks OR the hotel market, which is literally across from the restaurant on the 8th floor. CON: We used up our two...
Perfect hotel for a perfect getaway. Everything is within walking distance. I am a regular visiting NYC for both business and leisure. When I am here with family, we live staying at the Marquis. The rooms are spacious unlike several other hotels in this prime location — I’ve stayed in those as well. Yes, it’s on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. Enjoy!
I was very pleased with our stay at Time Square Marriott Marquis. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we had an excellent view from our room. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We are right around the corner of the center of Time Square.i would highly recommend. Also, right across the street from the best chocolate shakes and best cheese cake ever. (Juniors)
Basically, Times Square is trash. A local referred to it as Disney, over priced and nothing original. The hotel was nice but I had issues. Rm 1704... the AC never got below 72 degrees. Even after contacting the front desk. My biggest complaint is that when checking in, they said there was an addition charge of 30 dollars a day but that 30 dollars could be used as credit towards hotel purchases for...
I love this hotel so much. The staff is very nice the location is amazing! The view from our room was neat and the room was super clean and not outdated. Could not hear any traffic and was quiet the whole night. Huge hotel with a bunch of people, it takes a long time to get on the elevator but everything else was fine. The food was good and the subway is super close which was convenient.
The New York Marriott Marquis is located in Midtown Manhattan, on Times Square in the Theater District. Free WiFi is available. The hotel has on-site restaurants and cafes. Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center are 805 meters from the New York Marriott Marquis. Guest rooms at the New York Marriott Marquis feature signature Marriott linens and marble bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs with Netflix, iPod...
Firm, comfy bed. Great bathroom with spacious shower. And the best (and most shocking part?) SO QUIET! shockingly quiet for Times Square. It was awesome. Very clean and tidy Charming staff all over. Helpful and polite even when things were busy and buzzing

The staff at this hotel were the best I have ever encountered. I had issues with my travel package and the staff did everything they could to try and accommodate me and my family. Thanks to Thomas for his helpfulness and politeness! The hotel did not look dirty, I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. If you're visiting the city for the first time, I highly recommend taking in the skyline...
What a wonderful new hotel I found in New York. Since I travel to New York at least once a month, I'm grateful to have found this gem. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable (king), the bathroom was spacious and had great water pressure. Netflix was offered, as well as a variety of other channels, including showtime and HBO. The only complaint I have is that the...
The location of the hotel is really good. Commuting to work and even sightseeing was very convenient. We were given a room on the 31st floor with a wonderful view. The room was very clean and well furnished. Stayed there for 8 days and the cleaning was always great. Special shout out to Thomas who made sure I got the best room and all the information I needed. The staff at the 1st floor reception are...
This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was a flawless, sparkling environment. Suitable for both large and small gatherings. It was a great place for me to get better. We've had a good time so far. You'll need a decent vantage point to see the entire area. You did a great job!
Very nice bar... Great view outside Close to the garden... Nice secret NY spot.... For now
The Renaissance surprises you when you walk up to it, being hidden away between Avenues in the Midtown area. The lobby is sleek (although gets crowded a bit easily.) The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The halls look like they're still under construction and the rooms themselves are slightly less chic than the lobby/facade - but very clean and comfortable!

We had a good stay here and will be back. That said, our mattress needed to be replaced and our shower could have been cleaner. Overall it's a good, well priced hotel and a great location. The cafe in the lobby also serves fantastic coffee/espresso
Attended an event at the Barclay. This hotel is a nice walking distance from the arena. It is a functional hotel. Clean and neat. Rooms are decent. Parking is a chore. They have an agreement with a garage located one block over but it is not self park, so take everything with you. Leave the car and get a metro pass. You can get anywhere in the city using pub trans
Overall, it was not a horrible stay. It's really close to a lot of shopping and good food, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. I would recommend to friends, and would even consider staying here again myself.
Very clean rooms, helpful staff. The mattress is comfortable.
My stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel was exceptional. Both the staff and the facility delivered a five star experience which was greatly appreciated!! Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased with my stay. Central Brooklyn location. Rooms clean but very small. Nice views. Not sure how this qualifies as a 5-star hotel. It was comfortable and clean, but a little on the small side. I guess I’m just not used to New York, I hear most hotel rooms are relatively small. The food at the restaurant had great food. The service was decent but nothing outstanding. I’d actually probably give it 3.5 stars especially when considering how expensive the room was.
We stayed for my birthday weekend and the hotel was perfect. We had a lovely brunch around the corner one day and in the hotel restaurant the other day. Service was extremely slow (considering they were not full). Waited 15 minutes before waiter even came to table. And that was after we asked.
This was a lovely hotel. I moved right in and had relaxed while on my business trip. Room service is pricey but I expected that when in NYC. That said, the food was delivered promptly and was delicious. The staff were courteous and helpful. My A/C stopped working and they had it back in order while I was out at dinner. No complaints! I'd happily stay there again.
Stayed a few nights here. Pretty small room but that's par for the course in this city, and it was very nicely appointed. Great view! Excellent service. I brought my cat and they were very accommodating. Will stay again.
The breakfast burrito has lamb in it, though the menu disagrees. I swear. Try it and see for yourself.
Really top botch funky hip hotel! Great food as well
The hotel is nearly without service. No doorman, even to help carry the luggage, no room service to deliver any food, no refrigerator in the room even to put water for cold drinking, no coffee machine... to be able to eat or drink anything you have to leave the room go down etc. Cleaning services were very good, everyday towels are changed, rooms are kept clean at all times.

If you’re looking for a hotel that’s conveniently located within walking distance of pretty much anything worth seeing, Courtyard New York Manhattan/Chelsea is your spot. The location is very central and in a walking distance to Moynihan / Penn Station and many public transportation options. Times Square was also easy to walk to. Many nearby restaurants in area. One of the best hotels in Manhattan. Had pleasant experience during the stay. The staffs were welcoming and helpful. You may notice the effort of the hotel to minimize any inconvenience should you have. The top floor is another gem.
I normally travel with a total of 6. Finding rooms which can accommodate 6 people can be difficult and expensive. Everything in new York is expensive already. This has to be the smallest room for 6 people I have ever seen. I appreciate that the rooms are small but happy that the beds were queens. There was about 9 inches to scoot between the end of the sleeper sofa and the bottom of the beds. The...
Budget hotel in a central location, ideal for a visit to Manhattan. My room had a great view over Midtown. The room was comparatively large, had a coffee maker, a safe and a couch. Good central location. Our room was reasonably spacious but fairly average quality. Air conditioning seems to be dead, as they had installed a portable unit in the room with semi-permanent fittings to the window. It was pretty loud, but tbh the white noise helped me sleep. Friendly staff!

Decent hotel great location. The hotel itself was ok. Small as any hotel in NYC. Good service for most simple things (we didn't ask much). Shower was quite nice considering small bathroom. Friendly service. Great room. Awesome location right in the heart of times square. Family friendly. Very diverse hotel guests from all over the world. Parking was very easy worth the valet service provided.
I enjoyed my stay at the Edison. It's right in Times Square so I was really close to all of the action. The rooms were spacious enough, I had a comfortable queen sized bed. The bathroom was adequate, enough room to do the essentials. The only caveat is that because it's in Times Square, the noise was an issue. I'm a light sleeper, so I heard everything, but besides that it was a nice stay.
Unaware that free breakfast was a $5.00 value and/or bagged breakfast. Billed an extra $120.00 All fees should be presented up front and explained on website. Bottled water provided upon arrival but not after that. Room 2121 bathroom door doesn't close "because it's impossible to fix. "

Nestled a breezy 15-minute from the heart of Times Square lies this snug little sanctuary, an oasis of calm that seems almost too good to be true. Thin walls, you can hear people just walking down the hallway. The staff is just super friendly. You can ask for hot water from the bar. There is no kettle in the room. Shower, hair dryer. This is a very good hotel for a reasonable price.
Very good location. Center of Manhattan. Excellent Pharmacy nearby
Convenient location and modern decor.

This has been the greatest hotel I have stayed at in NYC. Great vibe, awesome location, rooms always cleaned and spacious. We couldn't have chosen a better spot. And on top of it all the rooftop balcony with direct views over timesquare is one of a kind.
Very nice hotel in the perfect location if you want to be in the centre of the modern world. The rooms are clean, modern and silent. We took the triple room for 5 days about 3 years ago and will surely recommend and return if the occasion arrives.
A great hotel! Recently I stayed on another 4 stars hotel that looked like a 3 stars, but this time is being completely different! I'm felling like I'm on a 5 stars hotel! The room is big, the bed amazing, the shower is refreshing and the view is breathtaking. Another great feature is the gym. It's good to have this option. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The crew is lovely. And...
We absolutely loved our stay here. The entire hotel staff we very friendly and great to chat with. They are very insightful and can help you with tips for your trips. It was great there was a computer and printer available to guests since we left our show tickets home and needed to reprint them. The views are epic from everywhere in the hotel! The food at Supernova was also delicious. Room was very...
Great property with terrific service. The rokms are a good size and they have a terrific lobby bar. The outdoor terrace is massive with great views of Times Square. This summer on Thursdays they do a BBQ and happy hour from 5pm to 9pm.
Stayed there with my granddaughter on our recent trip. The room was clean and nice. Our view ofBroadway thrilled my granddaughter. The front desk, concierge and lobby staff were very helpful at check in and out, with dinner suggestions and reservations and with transportation. The location was so convenient for all we wanted to see and do. I will certainly stay again if I return to the area.

We visited with our 11 yo. daughter to show her the city and do the "tourist" things. I will not give it 5 stars because we've stayed at better hotels in the city (but they cost much more). For the price point, the room was remodeled and clean. The view of Times Square was excellent. The staff was nice as well. The location was excellent as it is right near Times Square, a Starbucks is across the street...
We have stayed at this location several times and are never disappointed. The staff here are always friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. We walked to all the Broadway shows that we attended because the Hyatt is right in the heart of times square. Feel extremely safe at this location because security checks your room key before you can access the elevator. I'm not sure who serviced our room...
I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are spacious and perfect for remote work. You are in the heart of everything at your fingertips. They do have the tallest rooftop bar which is really beautiful, however, to sit outside there is a $50 per person minimum. Drinks and desserts are great!
Fantastic, personal service from end to end during a weeklong stay Aug 4-10. Super clean rooms compared to other places where your socks can turn black - very impressive; floor 11 cleaning staff was really good. Fun location for my kids with lots of food options, shopping and transportation. We will definitely stay again. We were able to get connected rooms for our family of five and it was super comfortable
I am rating 5 stars for the wheelchair accessibility room!! We stayed in an accessible room with double beds and it was great for wheelchair (30") accessibility. You could move in the room. Bathroom was prefect to! Accessible bars, room under the sink to pull your wheelchair under, towel racks lower, roll in shower with pull down bench and even a closet where the bar was low so you could hang your...
I was visiting my client that I performed a 90min massage I am a licensed massage therapist I have stayed overnight before and this is a great hotel. The doorman was welcoming and kind and funny.
