Fantastic Gym! Dumbbells go up to 100 pounds and all equipment was in good working condition. Very clean with water dispensers and towels. Easy to access in basement level. Open 24hrs too The room has NO fridge or microwave and they're quite small. Clean and decently updated.

The best about this hotel is location. However, we were not happy that upon checking in, the hotel mandated for daily destination charges of USD35 per room per night. This charge was not disclosed earlier when we booked the hotel. It became a marketing gimmick because its rate looked competitive in the travel booking platform.

Rooms were very humid and it did not improve with AC. It needs better ventilation or a dehumidifier. My clothes were left smelling musty by the end of the stay.

I thought my stay at the hotel was awesome. They upgraded my room to one with a view of Times Square and it did not disappoint. Also, the layout of the room was very interesting. Recently stayed for six nights at the New York Marriott East Side with a girlfriend. The room was equipped with two queen beds with lovely soft pillows. It was very clean, and they left us in private as requested. It was a very nice stay.
