Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel, New York1 / 50

Fantastic Gym! Dumbbells go up to 100 pounds and all equipment was in good working condition. Very clean with water dispensers and towels. Easy to access in basement level. Open 24hrs too The room has NO fridge or microwave and they're quite small. Clean and decently updated.
for a hotel of this category where you pay up to $400.00 per night for a room, you expect impeccable service and a perfectly functioning structure. None of this, the staff is very unfriendly and this applies to all departments, it is clear that they are dissatisfied with their work. The room was not well cleaned, there were hairs in the sink,. Breakfast costs an excessive $30.00 per person and is served...
Friendly and professional staff. Lobby bar was nice and had very quick service. The gym is great, with water (bottle or fruit flavoured) and towels provided. Elevator system is very efficient and easy to use no matter what floor you are on. Beds are comfortable, nice view on the 41st floor. Location is also very convenient no matter where you are headed.
Came to New York for a conference which was at this hotel, and we stayed there as well. The rooms were on the smaller side, but still functional. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. A fault would be that you could hear guests in the rooms beside you or outside your door quite clearly (definitely minimal sound proofing). It’s in a great location to head out from and it’s up the street...
This was my third stay at this hotel. The beds are comfortable and clean. The location of this hotel is fabulous. It is right next to two metro lines and very close to Times Square and Broadway theatres. Starbucks coffee is located in the room as well. The shower is clean and there are plenty of towels for use. Staff is professional and efficient. The rooms are not huge but have all the space you need...
Have stayed here consistently on our almost yearly winter vacation trips to manhattan. Great location. Pleasant staff. Rooms are tight but clean and organized. Beds quite firm and comfortable. Convenient to most anywhere in the city

Stayed in the Moxy this weekend for a bachelorette party. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was so amazing and accommodating. They were genuine and I wish I had the name of the gentleman at the front desk. He was so sweet. The rooms were a little small, but that is to be expected in New York. The beds are comfortable and the shampoo and conditioner smells amazing! There are so many cool spaces inside...
This hotel is so quaint, and the location was within walking distance to several great restaurants and shopping. We met Hady who was was really great and responsive when we had any questions. The staff take a lot of pride in customer service and are super friendly and helpful. I loved our room. It was modern and beautiful. I haven’t slept so peaceful in so long. The beds are comfortable. I wanted to...
So before I tell about all the good, just a few warnings: the rooms don't have things like fridges or microwaves but they will put these in your room if you ask ahead of time. Just keep in mind the rooms are small compared to what you might get for similar price in other cities (or maybe even other parts of nyc). And yes, it is quite pricey. Also the elevators are slow. Now all that aside, it is truly...
Overall great property, location and team. Had a 5 night stay. Nikki on the front desk is fantastic! She really made our stay. Amenities are pretty good overall. We were visiting to see the city, not just hang around the hotel. Rooms are small but efficient. Negative that cost a 5th star: Alphabet Bar staff is not very friendly or hospitable. They seem to have forgotten they are there for the guests...
This hotel blew me away in terms of service. I'm an avid traveler both for personal and business trips and I have yet to encounter a staff as awesome as this one! This is a great, central location on the lower east side, with amazing restaurant options nearby. The hotel itself has a rooftop bar that is a must visit. The rooms are very well and efficiently designed, they have thought of everything!...

Great location overlooking NYC Skyline. Convenient location to take either the PATH subway or ferry over to Manhattan. The room had great view . The bathroom was clean. Pretty nice location, the views set the mood. A busy harbor overlooking New York City. Took my wife out to Fire and Oak for our anniversary. Afterwards enjoyed a romantic stroll on the boardwalk overlooking the NYC skyline. Food was pretty healthy looking for breakfast we had the buffet. The price for the views were pretty reasonable given such a comfortable atmosphere. I would return in the future...
I wanted to watch the fireworks in comfort this past Fourth of July without having to worry about the crowd. My daughter and I booked a room and made reservations for the Buffet & Fireworks celebration. The room was comfortable, clean, and provided the perfect view for the JC fireworks display. The buffet was well staffed, and all servers were attentive and courteous. The female bartender that evening...
Great hotel! Incredible view of the Manhattan skyline. Convenient location to take either the PATH subway or ferry over to Manhattan. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place. I've never stayed on the New Jersey side when traveling to New York and now I don't know if I'll ever do anything else!
Love the location of this hotel overlooking NYC. So beautiful at night and walk on the boardwalk. Convenient to the ferry to get to NYC with small fees. The room was reasonably sized. The bathroom was dirty and the hardware was rusty. Parking is located in a separate building. Hotel will validate the parking ticket but it does NOT work. We had a good stay here and will be back. That said, our mattress needed to be replaced and our shower could have been cleaner. Overall it's a good, well priced hotel and a great location. The cafe in the lobby also serves fantastic coffee/espresso
Attended an event at the Barclay. This hotel is a nice walking distance from the arena. It is a functional hotel. Clean and neat. Rooms are decent. Parking is a chore. They have an agreement with a garage located one block over but it is not self park, so take everything with you. Leave the car and get a metro pass. You can get anywhere in the city using pub trans
Overall, it was not a horrible stay. It's really close to a lot of shopping and good food, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. I would recommend to friends, and would even consider staying here again myself.
Very clean rooms, helpful staff. The mattress is comfortable.
My stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel was exceptional. Both the staff and the facility delivered a five star experience which was greatly appreciated!! Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased with my stay. Central Brooklyn location. Rooms clean but very small. Nice views. Only good for the view else, you need to do self check in, even the staff is there! I feel that should just remove all staffs since there is a machine for self service, pointless to have them there. Great hotel in a good location. Close to a lot of subway stops. They say you can cast your device to the TV… but it never worked. Loved the water stations and the sparkling water in the lobby. Room was a good size and the bed was comfy. I would recommend this hotel for sure.
I received a text the day before check-in with the opportunity to upgrade our kitchen bedroom to a superior room with a view for a nominal fee. We took the upgrade. We got texts before our arrival from actual people (not a virtual assistant). We arrived and were able to check in early and one of the people who texted me was right there. No complaints! Convenient location if you need to be in the city center. It was quiet and my room had a balcony overlooking the memorial. It looks like they're going to start building WTC 5 right across the street, so keep that in mind if you're traveling here sometime between 2022-2023 (this is a guess, but I'd ask before booking)

Stayed there about 5 years ago. Customer service is top notch, I mean go above and beyond to make the customer feel valued. The whole stay was great. I highly recommend it. Perfect place.
This hotel was amazing! My stay here was wonderful and I had the most relaxing day of my life. I'm impressed from the bottom of my heart with how they handled the service correctly without any issues. Cheers to more customers and good luck in the future. I would definitely recommend and recommend your hotel's services to anyone without any hesitation.
I stayed at this hotel during the last Christmas break. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. They upgraded my room as a titanium elite perk and the room was quite large. The breakfast was also good with a welcome gift for $102 per night. Stunning. My family wants to stay in this hotel when we visit New York. An ideal hotel for any season.
Excellent hotel
I was staying at another hotel during this trip. This hotel was so much nicer than the other one. The hotel had blackout curtains, enough plugs, good shower, spacious and nice fresh looking rooms. The only improvement point would be.... Please provide tea bags. I like tea more. ?

Good location, cosy room but if you need a bigger room, look into other room options or different hotels. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and hotel is in a safe area.
I was there meeting up with my sister's client who invited us for drinks and quick bites from their restaurant which were really good. I had never heard of veggie chiccarones and they were surprisingly very good. The margherita pizza and lobster tots we're good as well. The atmosphere was relaxing and I enjoyed the music playing as well. Very nice place!
Nice hotel with good location, several metro lines nearby. Friendly staff. Clean rooms but if a room with a single bed, not big, for the same money, with two double beds, more. Decent restaurant, it is visited by local for dinner and for Breakfast. The Breakfast menu is varied, can be ordered when booking for$ 25, five variants of the complex. Nice lobby with a bar.
This was a quaint Hotel just north of Greenwich Village. It is about a 25 minute walk to Midtown, 20 minutes to Soho. Right near all the main subway stops on 14th. The rooms were well-decorated but extremely small, even by New York standards. The bed was very very comfortable. Sheets super soft. I was here for several days, and it didn't have some of the amenities I would have liked. No refrigerator...
I came here for the bar. It looks gorgeous, but I had to keep ordering and picking my drinks at the bar on my own for us! Even the water... I was my own wait staff. The wait staff completely ignored us, because we were in the booth near the bar! My French 75 was watered down soda water! My friend had the distant dream which was a decent cocktail! I expected more from them and am genuinely disappointed...

Highly recommend! Convenient and courteous /attentive staff. Best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time.
The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is the parking garage. It's not right next door but a block away because there a large building in between them. You have to pay $30.00 for overnight parking & every time you take your vehicle out you must pay an additional hourly rate which can add up. Otherwise everything was excellent.
The location, the price, the staff, even the room were superb. Fantastic breakfast. The bar is open Tues-Saturday and had a quite outside area with a fire pit. Devon saved the wedding we were attending by printing out the mother of the bride speech for my friend for me. Emmanuel was great too. A 10 min walk and you see an amazing view of NYC WAY better from this side than the other side so I'll never...
The Rooms are small! It did not help that we were long stay customers and the space was quite cramped. That is the biggest drawback. That is something that you need to be aware of. Other than that, the place is great. It is right on the train station, and walking distance from everything that you need. The staff are friendly, the hotel is pet friendly, and there is a grocery store right next to the...
Path station is right next to the building so commute is smooth Rooms are pretty huge with great views and amenities (cooking , fridge, iron etc.) (TV could've had better reception) Only thing that is stopping me from giving a 5 star was the limited breakfast options available and sugary juice (which splashes a lot when you try to pour in a glass) also, there was no housekeeping at 7in the morning...

Terrific NoMad hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city. We upgraded to the Park Suite on check-in which was amazing. Contemporary chic hotel, with a rooftop bar with a great view of the Empire State building. Have stayed a few times, some of the rooms were fantastic, others were terrible. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are very nice & cozy. I like their modern decor. Def. recommend this hotel. Great location & I've always found parking in front.
Went for a casual happy hour drink as a non-hotel guest and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and quality of the place. And the prices were amazing for such a fantastic rooftop venue. Two drinks at happy hour came out to be $10 total without tip. I will definitely be going back.
The venue was great! Wonderful smiling servers and the cocktail menu had plenty of options. Cocktails were about $15 each and were made perfectly. The guac was great with the pita bread instead of plantains.
Luxurious hotel with a cool rooftop bar. Well-located at 28th and Park, which is away from the hustle and bustle of Midtown. Easy connection to the 6 just a block away, and the NR are a few more blocks. Recommended.

A very nice hotel right in the middle of Manhattan, and one of the few where the relationship price/quality is pretty fair. They advertise a lot about their past and the celebrities they had but they really need to up their game, the location is great but it looks like our room hadn't had any real upgrade in this century. Nice place with modern rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Very well situated for walks and from Penn Station (10 min walk). Lots to see in the neighbourhood. Well worth a visit.
Location is great! The staff is helpful. There were a few things that weren't perfect: They do not have room service, yet. Our room door wouldn't shut all the way by itself. There was no "Do Not Disturb" tag to put on the door, but we were never interrupted by housekeeping. Also, the toilet handle wouldn't return to starting position by itself. The valve would stay open and continue filling the tank...
Very clean room, fairly standard modern nice layout, but nothing I haven't before. What makes this place very good is the staff. I wish I got this treatment everywhere I went. Not over the top but attentive and caring. Enjoyed the restaurant and will go back when not staying there. BTW I can't believe staying to close to the middle of everything could be so quiet. Just visited family staying there. The room was very nice. However it has sort of 2 room spaces, one with the standard bed and such (all very nice) and then the other room was just a TV and a chair (the bedroom did have a TV as well). I mean nice to get the extra space, but I don't know what this was listed as. If it was supposed to be a suite it was kinda odd. But still, was a nice hotel.

I stayed here for my 22nd birthday and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. Conrad, Moe, Taraah, Kenza, and Melissa were all extremely helpful. They made my stay very great. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathrooms were a little too small. A few square feet larger would have made a ton of difference. The showers were nice and the decor was great too. Loved it and will return for sure!
The Cambria hotel is a nice hotel. The rooms are small but similar size to other hotels in the city. The room cleanliness could be improved as well as some of the towels. I was given a couple of towels with rips and worn spots in them during my stay. The staff is friendly and very willing to help.
The room was elegant, clean but a little on the small side. Like that it had the appliance hidden in desk drawers. For a business visited excellent for a family not really no enough space to walk the little side table not comfortable enough to eat. The food was great but the coffee bad. The staff was nice both morning and night crew.
Great hotel with a great location! Friendly and helpful staff, nice view from the rooftop, and very clean. Only negative was the small bathroom. Easy to overlook, though, considering everything else. Would definitely stay here again.
This is my first time staying in New York, so I’m not sure what the standard is here. The hotel was fine, but not great. The rooms were on the small side and the facility in general was small. The HGU is in a great location. Close to the subway, Madison Square Park (best park in NYC) and some great restaurants. The rooms are very clean and pretty good size, we stayed in a king size room. Staff is friendly and very responsive! Hotel room has a luxurious but compact feeling. They did a great job of capturing a modern taste. Not a fan of the restaurant though - I'd recommend visitors to explore around. The Ainsworth right up the road is fantastic.
Luxury Hotel DEFINETLY a great experience. Monday night's they have open Mic night. The music tends to be very good. The hotel looks like a modern 50's yet simple hotel. Their lounge is personal and feels like you are at a private V.I.P event. The rooms are small but very comfortable, clean and the bathroom is a beaut I would definitely recommend this hotel

This is a great hotel for short stays in the city. I like the feel of it, it doesn't feel too contrived as a lot of modern style hotels do. The rooms are very small but they're nice, and in New York City you probably shouldn't be spending a ton of time in your room anyway so the size isn't really an issue. Located well with good access to the 6 as the station is very close by.
