Very conveniently located, in the middle of all happening in New York. The hotel is very busy, the restaurants and lounge bar are nice. Rooms are pretty spacious too. But a bit "too busy" and might be hard if you want a bit of retreat and rest your mind from the busy daily schedule. Very good location. Facing the famous Time Square. The room is well maintained and clean. I do not like the additional 40 USD per room per night that I need to pay at the hotel, but we can use it at a hotel bar and restaurant as room credits.

Fantastic Gym! Dumbbells go up to 100 pounds and all equipment was in good working condition. Very clean with water dispensers and towels. Easy to access in basement level. Open 24hrs too The room has NO fridge or microwave and they're quite small. Clean and decently updated.

Great for the price! Check in was abysmally slow, but other than that service was good. Beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. The best about this hotel is location. However, we were not happy that upon checking in, the hotel mandated for daily destination charges of USD35 per room per night. This charge was not disclosed earlier when we booked the hotel. It became a marketing gimmick because its rate looked competitive in the travel booking platform.

Rooms were very humid and it did not improve with AC. It needs better ventilation or a dehumidifier. My clothes were left smelling musty by the end of the stay.

A well-preserved historical site now an oasis within the bustling city surrounding it. We were welcomed by all staff, allowing us a refuge of peace once we entered our Cathedral view room and dropped onto the luxurious king bed. And room service to boot!

I'm a native New Yorker and I love to visit the bars at this hotel. They each have a different feel. My favorite is the Library bar with fire place and leather couches. I thought my stay at the hotel was awesome. They upgraded my room to one with a view of Times Square and it did not disappoint. Also, the layout of the room was very interesting. It was also very modern and updated, with interesting decor. My biggest issue with it is it's a pain to get from the street level up to your floor if you have a stroller or wheelchair.
