Top hotel in the heart of Times Square, modern, clean. Equipped with all services. A stone's throw from several subway lines to reach every place in NY. PLUS noteworthy is the terrace on the 21st floor with a magnificent view of the skyscrapers and a bar open at all hours. Highly recommended

This hotel reminds me a lot of Tune hotels in Malaysia. Very basic facilities in a very small room. Many functions are controlled by an iPad, but you can use switches on the wall to do the same if you’re old school. My automatic curtain wasn’t working so my city view was obscured.

The hotel is “hip” - you check yourself in using a machine and once you’re settled, you can return to the lobby for some human contact at the bar.

The tariff was horrendous but the location was great and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Staffs are good for helping customers.

I chose this hotel based on reviews on YouTube. I pretty much already knew what to expect and my experience was no different. I enjoyed everything about my stay from check in to check out. The staff were great and helped make sure everything went smoothly. I felt welcome. The view from my room was amazing and the room was very clean. The location of the room was perfect. Nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to out of state friends and family when they come to visit.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable rooms close enough to time square and subways to get anywhere we wanted to be, but without the noise.

We were there during a heat wave, and the air conditioning plus blackout curtains made sleeping wonderful.

Rooftop bar was chill. Only hotel patrons there and you didn't have to buy anything to relax so it was nice to have a spot to decompress since the rooms are small.

Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again for future trips to Manhattan.

We had an amazing time at the CitizenM hotel, while the rooms are intimate, the location cannot be beat. This experience was made a 10000/10 because of our bartender Justin; he truly made us feel at home and was happy to answer all of our questions. And he made a stellar drink- the best I had my ENTIRE trip. Even if you’re not staying (which you should) you should definitely stop in at the bar to grab a drink from Justin, and maybe chat with him! He was so sweet and kind and gave us great recommendations for our stay. And he was kind to everyone; truly showed me New York hospitality in the best way. I cannot sing Justin’s praises enough, and hope that the hotel takes care of him and the rest of the staff as well as he took care of us.

It's simply the best accommodation experience I ever had. Fair price, with easy check-in and check-out process. Breakfast was awesome and included gluten-free options. Ambassadors are always happy to help and very kind. I'm depressed I can't live there forever. We will get back ASAP for another stay. Keep it like this!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Location is a big plus, situated near the subway. There is also a pretty nice rooftop bar here with a nice (albeit slightly obstructed) view of Times Square. The buffet spread in the morning is alright.

Rooms are starting to show some age, but is otherwise clean.
