I cannot recommend this hotel at ALL. I called twice before making a reservation to confirm the garage was located on-site - it is not, it is half a mile away, which is tricky when you have a disability. The front desk clerk at check-in did not care about this at all and said they would not ever tell someone this - well, who from Hilton was giving me this information on BOTH phone calls?
The room was not clean at check-in - there were nuts on the floor.
Pay a little more for a better hotel somewhere else. This is not the Hilton experience I expect and will probably find a new chain to use after this disappointing experience.

Great place to stay. Elevator is slow. Very friendly. Able to store our luggage when we arrived early and stored it when we left late. Stayed here 2 times with no complaints.

It is not a Hilton standard and worst hotel for the price paid. The arrival of the hotel feels like you're being taken around the bins and lobby area rather than welcoming entry. The smell of cigarettes across was horrible. The room was small and skewed ie wide on one side and narrow in the other side. Waiting for the lifts was long. The air con was right next to the bed and freezing cold. Last but not least, the worst of all was the BREAKFAST was absolutely disgusting, if you have been to this hotel you know what I mean. They don't serve anything hot and don't have simple stuff like jam for a toast for kids. Sorry to be so brutal but even if I was offered to stay for free I would not come back.

If you value your time at all do not stay here or plan a 30 minute buffer for any excursion to wait on the elevator. Three tiny elevators for a building with >40 floors. There’s another elevator for service staff which is likely why Hilton isn’t bothered by this.
Also, yesterday the cleaning staff removed half a pizza I was storing in the room and planning for dinner. Nope, they took that too.

The room is a decent size for the price you pay but the bed can be small for someone who is a bit taller.
The location to the subway, bus stop, ferry, and surrounding area for food and events is great.
The staff support when checking into the hotel was also helpful, unfortunately the self check-in did not work so I had to go to the front desk. Your mileage may vary on this.
The biggest complaint I have with this hotel is the elevators as everyone else mentions. Of the 10~15 uses of the elevator only one time did it take less than 10 minutes to get on and that was at checkout time.
Overall, I think it's a great hotel but I'm unsure how they could improve the elevator situation.

Booked super last minute but was able to get a room. The room was wheelchair accessible, shower was a "roll in" shower. The room door was marked with a lysol sticker to show that it had been cleaned, disinfected, and sealed so that no one else had been in there. Check in was easy although you had to go to the second floor to check in. Could be cramped if too many people are waiting. You receive baked cookies when checking in. There's a store available on the second floor that's open 24hrs. The remote control was wrapped in plastic after being cleaned and disinfected. The bed was a bit small but overall it was a nice stay. Also a nice view.

Convenient location. But it was so cold that I wanted to sleep in my clothes. And the air conditioner could not be made warmer (

I don’t think they really clean and sanitize the rooms. Found a long strand of hair in the bed sheets, red hair in the counter and red hair in the shower. Perhaps the cleaners need to wear hairnet??? Luckily we bought our own Lysol wipes and spray. I think they just put the blue tape on the door to make it seem like they disinfect. Shower tub seems to have mold on the corner. Hopefully they are at least washing the bed sheet comforter. They also gave us half a roll of toilet paper that was used by the last person who occupied the room. I have never been in a hotel that does that. Only cable with only 63 channels.

The room seems clean and nice. The outside view is great But the front desk staffs are not helpful. Also, my room is keep getting on its own that I spend more time to continue work with front desk staffs and mechanical personnel instead of relaxing and enjoying the room.

The rooms were very clean and nice, The area was also nice BUT parking was a scam, I called prior to booking to confirm all information and get answers to all my questions. I was told they had parking for 45.00 a day. That was a scam it was a parking Garage and you got the price discounted to 45.00 but here's the kicker it was 45.00 Everytime you left the garage. The only way you could get 45.00 a day was if you didn't move your car at all. I was very disappointed because I called and wasn't given this information. Also they have 44 Floors with only 3 elevators but only 2 running because 1 was always filled with housekeeping stuff. So it was always a long wait for elevators!!! I normally love double Tree but not this location.
