Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

Terrific stay! The location is perfect. Maybe the hotel needs some refurbishment but for example the lobby was always smelling good. The front desk staff is fantastic! They were smiley, pleasant and a professional. And a special mention to the breakfast staff, especially Teresa and Irma. They are exceptionnal, caring, really nice persons! They do a great job! I would definitely stay at the same location again.

One of the better hotels for the price in this area. Top-notch customer service, clean lobby, stellar breakfast with the most excellent bubbly hostess every morning. Clean common area bathrooms, speedy check-in. Extremely reasonable front desk check out times. The rooms are modern and updated and well-kept. The only negatives are the air conditioning units in the rooms need some maintenance for noise and broken cosmetic pieces and the bathtub drained slowly in one of our rooms and the sink was chipped in the other room. Comfortable beds. Clean modern linens, Black out curtains, very thoughtful touches to the rooms that were ready right on time. Fantastic lobby boy for our baggage. Excellent modern gym facility. Once again, for the price, the location is just top-notch and the hotel does a wonderful job exceeding your expectations in a city that is not typically known for great hospitality without charging at least double these rates. For New York City for the price I paid, this is about as good as it gets. If you have a show on Broadway, I would highly recommend you stay here for this location and this quality and price. The subway line is maybe 400 feet outside of your door. You felt safe and you felt cared for.

Wonderful experience at this hotel for our group of dancers travelling from Canada! We were so close to Times Square which was perfect for us as well as being close to one of the larger Subway stations. The free breakfast had a lot to offer including options for those with dietary restrictions. Teresa Cruz was amazing as the lead breakfast attendant making sure we were well looked after and happily filling our water bottles with ice water every morning. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great staff, from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast area, all staff members were doing their jobs happily. Front desk staff made check in process very comfortable by greeting nicely and helped me check-in early with room upgrade and late checkout. Housekeeping staff made sure room is cleaned every day (you have to request daily housekeeping during check-in). Breakfast staff was too nice and was there the whole time to help people.
Location is really great, near Times Square so you can just walk there or to subway stations.
I would definitely stay at the same location again.

I was not a guest at the hotel, I was only there visiting someone staying there. The staff greeted me warmly and the lobby was clean and well kept/decorated. The room was standard. Very clean and modern.

A very good place to stay. My stay was very comfortable. Staff behaviour was very cooperative and food was good. All the services & facilities were worth there. I enjoyed the pool too.

The rooms could have been somewhat larger; of the 3 elevators some were not working causing a lot of inconvenience to guests; there was not enough breakfast for all guests Monday morning! The excuse was that it was a holiday! Come on guys....planning ahead, thinking out of the box!
