Good and clean, the breakfast is good

Frankly to do again, the hotel is close to all Transport time Square port authority metro. The team is really incredible the breakfast is more than plentiful. And for families you can take with you with pleasure. They always have a smile and kindness whether at the reception Alexandra and Andres super helpful and  for the rooms are nickel the cleaning ladies cleanliness, impeccable every day we have the right to an exceptional room, towel, shampoo, OPTi care soap

Ideal location to explore NYC! The receptionists are all cheerful and helpful! At the breakfast room, we feel so welcomed by Ms Teresa Cruz - she is friendly and provided such good experience esp on our 1st breakfast! We will certainly back to this hotel in our next visit!

Everything was to my liking

Terrific stay! The location is perfect. Maybe the hotel needs some refurbishment but for example the lobby was always smelling good. The front desk staff is fantastic! They were smiley, pleasant and a professional. And a special mention to the breakfast staff, especially Teresa and Irma. They are exceptionnal, caring, really nice persons! They do a great job! I would definitely stay at the same location again.

Convenient location, clean and tidy room, suitable for short-term travel
This time I stayed in a room with three friends. I thought it was very worthwhile.
And the service staff in the hotel have good attitude
Especially the service in the restaurant is very good and they are very enthusiastic to help customers.

One of the better hotels for the price in this area. Top-notch customer service, clean lobby, stellar breakfast with the most excellent bubbly hostess every morning. Clean common area bathrooms, speedy check-in. Extremely reasonable front desk check out times. The rooms are modern and updated and well-kept. The only negatives are the air conditioning units in the rooms need some maintenance for noise and broken cosmetic pieces and the bathtub drained slowly in one of our rooms and the sink was chipped in the other room. Comfortable beds. Clean modern linens, Black out curtains, very thoughtful touches to the rooms that were ready right on time. Fantastic lobby boy for our baggage. Excellent modern gym facility. Once again, for the price, the location is just top-notch and the hotel does a wonderful job exceeding your expectations in a city that is not typically known for great hospitality without charging at least double these rates. For New York City for the price I paid, this is about as good as it gets. If you have a show on Broadway, I would highly recommend you stay here for this location and this quality and price. The subway line is maybe 400 feet outside of your door. You felt safe and you felt cared for.

Very satisfied . no luxuries. Practically inside the Port Authority, just cross the street. Coming from Jfk, you are already at the hotel without having to change trains. Simple, breakfast included and basic. Several restaurants nearby. We walked to Time Square and the High line / The Vessel. Excellent value for money for New York. And I've stayed in several hotels there. from my Window I See Port Authority Station
