This is a beautiful property in the heart of New York City! Our room was on the smaller side, but definitely clean and modern. We loved the Nespresso machine! The service was wonderful. Everybody was friendly and helpful, Olena was great, which we were very thankful for. Great hotel for a short trip in the city!

Great location right by central park and subway station. Our room was modern and clean, looks to be newly renovated. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff was helpful and friendly as well.

In the heart of midtown Manhattan. There is not enough that can be said about the Quin. It's lavishly appointed, the service is always First Class, and the rooms are luxurious. It is walking distance to Central Park, and there are great restaurants and coffee shops all around. This place is ideal for experiencing Manhattan

I loved my stay. Originally the hotel placed us in a room next to the elevator which had an odd layout (tv was perpendicular to the bed) but they promptly accommodated my request for a different room which had a much better, normal layout that I was expecting from the photos.
My favorite part about the hotel was the BED. The bed was super comfortable and linens were soft and crisp. Just overall very comfortable stay and staff met my request for a late checkout by extending it to noon.

The place was great. The service was great. I appreciated the daily room service. It was immaculate. The Quin definitely takes their service very seriously. They go the extra mile with the Quin logo. That's an A+. My only issue is that the shower door leaks, so when I was done with my shower, I had to put towels down to soak up the water.

great location to subway and walking distance all of midtown and central park. the hotel is new and well appointed. no food or beverage in the hotel but lot of options around the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with the most accommodating staff in a prime location. Nice gym, free morning tea/coffee and a fabulous restaurant (The Wayfarer). It's also walking distance to Fifth Avenue and Times Square, to name just a couple of spots. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel like a pampered New Yorker for a few days! The staff even left cake and wine in our room for my sister's birthday. Will certainly be returning.

Love it. I have stayed in other hotels in NYC, but The Quin had checked every point on my list. Friendly, atmosphere, location and staff. Definitely would be staying here again. Room size was decent, I have stayed in a Deluxe room. Had an incident at the hotel, management were there to help and accommodate.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Quin. The service is simply amazing. Our room did have a few issues but they attended to them right away as well as personal emails to make sure everything was addressed to our satisfaction. They even gave us an room to crash (because we flew in red-eye) -never had that kind of service before.
The hotel is really charming, amazing location and we had a great stay over the holidays.

My room was cozy and comfortable and the check in staff were friendly. After I have gone to bed a clanging noise began that seemed to be coming from the heating system. It started off gradual and then got more and more frequent. After it died down the first time, I went back to sleep. 30 minutes later, it starts again. The front desk was helpful and allowed me to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The gentleman at the front desk explained to me where the noise was coming from and that he was sorry for the inconvenience. He put me in a room that, according to him, did not have this noise. While I am certain that he did not hold the power to do more than he did, I feel like the hotel management should strive to fix the noise or not put guests in the rooms that have this clanging noise. This is a 5 star hotel, and paying the price to stay here should guarantee a quiet restful night.
