It was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. But the star of this stay was undoubtedly Suky at the front desk. She was so sweet to us. We got stuck in NYC due to the interrupted flights after our honeymoon and couldn’t get home for a few days. We were jet lagged and exhausted. She was so helpful and made everything so easy for us so we could rest. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

Everything was fine except of a very rude night shift lady at the front desk, who was rolling up eyes, speaking at loudspeaker with some person all the time when we tried to check in and was also rude when i went down trying to find out where i can get some water at around 2:30 am throwing into me "you just have to ask me first..."

You'd better to train some of your personal on the hospitality standards. There are a lot of hotel around and I come quite often with my team.
The other person, was very polite and helpful friendly to everyone in the morning and helped my team.
Plus I like the location and the breakfast is good, too.

Location, location, location (one block from subway, 34th street stores, walking distance to Times Sq., Madison Sq Garden, Port Authority, etc) = all a few blocks.... but most important: an excellent breakfast, lots to choose from!!! Nice and helpful staff. Rooms not too big but I only sleep at the hotel, so no problem for me. Nice mattress, excellent pillows and great shower.
Will return!!
Only issue would be carpet's smell, but not something I care too much.

We stayed here for 5 nights and the best of the hotel is the location. The rooms are decently sized. The staff were friendly except the on duty manager. She was extremely rude and crossed the boundary between being professional and impolite. The other staff were really helpful but interacting with the manager left a sour taste. But my overall experience was good and I would recommend this place if you can avoid interacting with the manager on duty.

Location is probably the best thing about this place. The room was a good size for us, however there was rubbish from either previous customers or the cleaning crew, that I then had to remove. In general the room was not very clean with a good deal of dust and crumbs in the room. Breakfast was great, continental type. And location was perfect!

Looks unclean. Could be grosser but its mediocre at best. The process of checking in was a total drag and the front desk people (although polite) did not seem to know how to do their jobs correctly. The lobby is cramped and the overall atmosphere is dingy. Doesnt seem worth the money we paid to stay here at all. Almost impossible to spot from the road and the door is ridiculously inefficient, a roundabout door that stops when more than one person gets in one space, although its big enough to hold at least 3 people. Room is nice enough but is very v e r y small.

Comfy room , clean and nice for fair price... Haven't tried breakfast (had other plans) but it looked good and was complementary, so overall great place to stay at midtown due to good value for money , cleaneness and great location. Oh and the staff were very nice either.

Rooms are enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Very clean and very professional staff. Free breakfast in the morning and that made it just as great! New York is wonderful!

Great free breakfast with a room. Comfortable beds. Old towels, maid service needed to be called at 5PM because they never came. Room was still not ready for check in at 5PM. Printer in lobby did not work. Good location.

I made a reservation on 4-1-18. I called the IHG reservation line to cancel on 4-2-18. I was initially told that when using my points i had until 4-3-18 to cancel and for the portion i was paying for with my card i had until 4-4-18 to cancel, which would have been 24 hours before check in. I was also told by the reservation line that my card would not be charged until i checked into the hotel. However, my card was charged $250.51 on 4-2-18, the day i canceled. I called reservations and they said i was not supposed to be charged and that the actual hotel charged me, but should not have. Reservation opened up a case # to start an investigation. BE CAREFUL FOLKS!!!!
