We have stayed at this location several times and are never disappointed. The staff here are always friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. We walked to all the Broadway shows that we attended because the Hyatt is right in the heart of times square. Feel extremely safe at this location because security checks your room key before you can access the elevator. I'm not sure who serviced our room while we were there (Room 3006) but she is an extremely lovely young lady and should be acknowledged for her hard work. Every employee that we encountered was extremely accommodating. Thank you for another great getaway! We will be back.

We visited with our 11 yo. daughter to show her the city and do the "tourist" things. I will not give it 5 stars because we've stayed at better hotels in the city (but they cost much more). For the price point, the room was remodeled and clean. The view of Times Square was excellent. The staff was nice as well. The location was excellent as it is right near Times Square, a Starbucks is across the street (which made the mornings nice), and there is a Walgreens near by too (for snacks, toiletries, etc.).
The only complaint I have is; one night, around 3am, a loud noise woke us up. Being in commercial construction I realized it was the folks above us running their bathtub. It lasted for a few minutes and only happened once.
I'd stay here again.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The location was great. Some areas of the hotel have been renovated. However, the carpet in the hallways was filthy and needs to be replaced. My friend had a huge water leak in her room coming through the window from the rain and she had to be moved to another room. Also, there was a guy on the elevator, looked to be homeless, not sure how he was able to gain access to the hotel floors. Finally, I paid for a City View room and this is not what I received. Asked several times and was given a different story each time. They even told me I was given a complimentary upgrade that I was never informed of, nor requested. Hope this review is helpful.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are spacious and perfect for remote work. You are in the heart of everything at your fingertips. They do have the tallest rooftop bar which is really beautiful, however, to sit outside there is a $50 per person minimum. Drinks and desserts are great!

Fantastic, personal service from end to end during a weeklong stay Aug 4-10. Super clean rooms compared to other places where your socks can turn black - very impressive; floor 11 cleaning staff was really good. Fun location for my kids with lots of food options, shopping and transportation. We will definitely stay again. We were able to get connected rooms for our family of five and it was super comfortable!

I am rating 5 stars for the wheelchair accessibility room!!
We stayed in an accessible room with double beds and it was great for wheelchair (30") accessibility. You could move in the room.
Bathroom was prefect to! Accessible bars, room under the sink to pull your wheelchair under, towel racks lower, roll in shower with pull down bench and even a closet where the bar was low so you could hang your clothes!
Bonus: the bathroom floor was heated!!!
The Location is ideal! Right near times square. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful!
Negatives: if you can't sleep through noise, this is not the place for you unless you wear noise canceling headphones. Garbage trucks ALL NIGHT LONG. Plus the honking of the cabs.
The beds are also firm so if you are used to a softer bed like I am, it adds to the difficulty of sleep... Plus the pillows are not very good.

I was visiting my client that I performed a 90min massage I am a licensed massage therapist I have stayed overnight before and this is a great hotel. The doorman was welcoming and kind and funny. The rooms are comfortable and up to date Check all possible coupon sites, you can get the best room for the price if a single. Even if you just want to get away and sleep and stay in a spa. This is the perfect place

The room is well-appointed and we were upgraded to a corner suite. No cotton swabs, cotton balls, shower cap or shower gel (soap only). Windows do crack for air which is nice, but the area can be loud so you wouldn't want to sleep with the windows open. Hot cider in the lobby was a nice welcoming touch. The elevators can be a little slow during prime times, although it looked like one was done tonight. If you're OK with staying in Times Square, it's super convenient. Although the hotel and the area can get crowded, but that is part for the course around here. I would stay here again- especially when I have a bunch of Broadway outings planned as it's a great location for just walking to the theaters. Shower is great and the bed is very comfortable.

Everyone from the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and well appointed. I was obvious that management had sourced the right people for their hotel and the best amenities for the rooms. I was leaving with a smile on my face. I called the suggested 30 minutes ahead for my car and proceeded to checkout. My car took nearly an hour and a half to bring around from two blocks away. This disrupted our plans to meet with family for lunch and soured my feelings for the hotel. The hotel staff were quick to blame the garage service but did not take responsibility for sourcing the wrong garage. If they take such great care in sourcing all the other amenities why should they drop the ball on the garage service. I would have felt better if they had told me they would work to prevent this from happening in the future.
I paid $65 to park the car for a night and their was no offer for any refund or partial refund despite the poor service.
UPDATE: The manager followed up after I left the review above on a satisfaction survey the hotel sent. He then apologized and refunded the $65 parking fee.

Luxurious and large rooms made my stay extremely comfortable. The wireless speaker that doubles as an alarm clock is a bonus that only adds to the value of the room. The hotel staff are extremely professional and the service staff are very friendly, which I appreciated. The roof top bar is a must visit and I believe it's for residents only now. There is a restaurant and bar on the building, and the gym is clean and well equipped. You can't go wrong with choosing to stay here.

First, the valet parking is entirely worth it. No hassle figuring out where to park, it's just taken care of. Second, the room is big! In NYC sometimes it's hard to find hotels that have large rooms; the bathroom was also decent. The bed was comfy and it was very clean. You're also smack in the middle of pretty much everything. Walking distance to a lot of great places.. me and my friends even walked to 27th and it only took all of 25 minutes to get there. Also a short walk to central park and Columbus circle. All in all great hotel.
