Iroquois New York Times Square

Well located hotel, helpful staff at reception. Clean, small room but enough space, very large and comfortable bed.

Fantastic service at the front desk. An immaculate and fabulous meeting room. Best AC! The bar will open on June 1st.

Small and modern hotel. But you can get good service from the friendly staff and the convenient location will help you on your trip.

There are many "4 star" hotels. This one gets a 5 from me because it has a great balance of space and people. The staff was incredible. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The king room on the top floor was perfect. Overpriced minibar, but who cares. Standard room but very comfortable where needed. I would definitely stay here again.

It has a really good location 7 minutes from Times Square. The rooms are good, everything is clean. They have everything you need in the hotel room. When you walk into the lobby, it smells nice. The reception staff are friendly and pleasant. We stayed in a deluxe room with a king size bed. It was an amazing experience, the bed was very comfortable. If you've never been to New York before, this will probably be your best option because it's quite close to all the tourist spots. At the same time, it is quite far from the noise of Times Square.

It's a shame there is a few building works going on, however the staff are very friendly and attentive, the room is nice although a tight squeeze in some places.

The best hotel in NYC! My sisters and I had a king suite with an adjoining king room. Lots of space for 3 people. The staff was incredibly accommodating - even going so far as to replace a mug that housekeeping accidentally broke with an exact replica. We were blown away. Beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious. I can hardly wait to stay again!
