The Marlton Hotel

Great location. I would stay here again. Service could have been more attentive. There is no bell staff. Sometimes there appeared to be an attendant at the front entrance, but they would just watch us open the door rather than open it for us—not a problem, just odd. At breakfast, there was never a hostess at the hostess stand to seat us, so it wasn’t until breakfast on our third day that we were told we were, and previous days had been, sitting in the wrong area. Now that I know the drill, I’d love to go back. This is a fun place to stay.

Grabbed drinks in the lobby bar with friends (locals) on a Friday, 7pm. We were able to get a seat. They have small tables, banquets, lounge seating. Quiet enough to have conversation but energetic enough to feel like we were smack in the middle of the Village. Cool crowd, mid 30’s and up. Checked out the bar area that has single stools - nice. We chose by the window. Overall vibe is wood paneled, low lighting, downtown cool…the fries & cheese plate did the trick alongside a few manhattans. Def recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Marlton Hotel!

Though the rooms are on the smaller side, they are perfectly designed, cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The attention to detail in the decor made the space feel both luxurious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after exploring the city.

The service here is top-notch—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations on what to do in the area, they made me feel right at home.

And let’s talk about the location! Nestled in the heart of Manhattan, the hotel is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, shopping, and iconic sights. It was the perfect base for my New York adventure. I can't recommend The Marlton Hotel enough and can't wait to return on my next trip to the city!

Our “twin room” was NYC small - but it was great!
Very smartly they leave a big space under the bed so you can stash your suitcases…
There is a mini fridge- The mini bar prices were totally reasonable..
And when we said that the air conditioner was working, they came right up and fixed it, it was super comfy…
The complementary breakfast is incredible!
Really sweet staff… Very cool room key that we ended up leaving at the front desk every day/night because they are so huge, but it was really fun felt kinda old fashioned. And that way we got to say hello to the front desk person all the time and they were really, really sweet.!

I love this hotel! The location is amazing. We walked to all of our festivities during the weekend. the lobby reminds me of a European hotel and is nice in the morning for breakfast and coffee or later for a drink and snack. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and nice, but very small. That was fine for us, but it is something to be aware of if you have a lot of luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

Very unique boutique hotel. Tiny rooms but very comfy beds. Bathrooms,as well, are small but provide superb water pressure and nice, Italian personal items. Super friendly staff, great bar and complimentary breakfast included. Location is excellent. I prefer to stay where I earn points but glad I had the opportunity to experience the Marlton. Will be back for sure.

The classic NY hotel that makes your jaw drop when you see the inside. My room was great and I really love the view from the outside as i stayed here during the Pride Parade. Clean rooms. Very nice bathroom. Comfortable bed and awesome pillows!
