Limited service - auto check in! It was within walking distance to the event I was at - so I booked it. Not much else to say. For the price my best option.

Stayed here for a quick overnight in SoHo. I just needed a place to sleep and wanted a private bathroom. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. I had to get the bunk room as that was all that was available. The room was pretty small but that was fine for my purpose. It was also pretty quiet all night which was nice!

We booked this hotel because it is close to East Village; just needed a room to sleep and shower. Very close to subway station, exactly what we needed!

Very easy check in and front desk was able to hold my luggage until the room was ready, which was nice. Room was clean, pretty spacious for NY and a nice clean bathroom. It had a nice vibe and I could walk everywhere around Lower East Side, SoHo and Greenwich.

Great little hotel. Nice, clean and queen bed room is decent size. Comfortable beds and pillows.
BUT 4 stars because they have a "virtual" check in process AND they can only hold your bags from 8AM-3PM. This was not mentioned anywhere on ******* or their website. It was a total surprise after we paid a non-refundable rate through *******. Things worked out, with minimum stress, but I recommend having this information right front and center.

There was no functioning AC in our room, so it was very hot. The hotel refunded one of our two nights. Since there is no staff on premises, things like this can be problematic.

Fair Hotel but nothing special.
Overall this is a no-frills hotel. Relatively quiet. Room was OK but nothing special. Bed was about 18 inches off the ground. Bathroom was very generic.

My brother and I stayed for one night, we rented one of the smallest rooms with bunk beds, but it was just what we needed for the night. We found it to be surprisingly quiet while we were there on a Saturday night. we slept well, undisturbed. The shower had great water pressure and stayed hot. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Manhattan again. Convenient location for us with plenty of good food, shops, parking near by and a whole foods close by.

My friend and I stayed for 7 nights. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, location is great. Rooftop is amazing for morning coffee and sunsets. In rooms are microwave and fridge. Free coffee and candy's on reception. In basement area with TVhuge fridge, small kitchen and sofa. Everything works great. Every compliments for amazing stuff!
