Smyth Tribeca Hotel

I reserved a room for several nights via American Express. The staff was very friendly and assisted when I asked for accommodations of one unexpected traveler, one of my kids. They upgraded our room to a slightly larger one and were aware upon check in and asked if we needed a roll in bed. Service was out of this world. I wish I paid more attention to the names, but everyone was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had both a shower and a tub larger enough for me. (that's saying something). Everything was spotlessly clean.

The restaurant adjacent to the hotel, but associated with it, was also great.

Oh, there is an A, B and C train station entrance right outside the front door, so if you want to go to Times Square, you're 1 express train and 13 minutes away. It was great.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Twin Towers memorial and the new World Trade building and just a short walk from Battery Park which is one of our favorites for walking in the evening.

We will stay there again when visiting NYC.

Across the street from the Subway you can make your way around the city with ease.

Great local restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas including in the hotel itself.

Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and luxurious.

From the moment we walk in the front door at the Smyth Hotel, the gentleman at the door makes us feel at home and then, Abdul and Jamie, who are on the front desk, welcome us...Abdul says, "Welcome Back!" and we feel like royalty and family. The in-room dining team is wonderful as well...when we come in late, they always have something for us in our room. They are all so kind and we have the best sleep in a quiet room.

Great experience overall. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The morning restaurant manager and nighttime bar server were great. Daniel in reservations was lovely. And Jamie at the front desk was amazing - truly went above and beyond!

From the moment we stepped into Smyth Tribeca, we knew we were in for a treat. We were warmly greeted with champagne and exceptional service, setting the tone for a truly relaxing stay. The lobby and our room were impeccably clean, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere.

One of the highlights was the bathroom amenities—the lotions and toiletries smelled absolutely divine, leaving us feeling pampered and refreshed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured we got the restful sleep we needed.

Beyond the room, the hotel’s location is fantastic, nestled in a great neighborhood that’s perfect for exploring. We also had a phenomenal dining experience at Smyth Tavern, where both the food and service were impeccable. The burger was a spotlight!

Overall, Smyth Tribeca was the perfect choice for a much-deserved girls' night—luxurious, comfortable, and in an ideal setting. We’ll definitely be back!

Super clean and spacious room, excellent location. The front desk service and housekeeping service were excellent! I will book it again on my next trip!

Clean, nicely decorated and good location. All the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Requests were processed quickly and with a smile! Diana sent her man Sandy to meet us at the garage because our ticket had not been confirmed; great help!
