Location is great, subway is a minute walk. We stayed here for 12 days in early December 2022. The hotel was just one year old and was clean and well maintained. This 2-star hotel was actually a lot better than the nearby 4-star ones (Hilton/Marriott) we stayed at in the past (which were not very pleasant). Rooms in this hotel are small and heater could make some weird noise at night but you got everything you need. The view is mighty and the service is splendid!! The free breakfast was fresh and warmly made with plenty of options, we absolutely enjoyed it! We stayed at 45 floor with a south facing view. We’d come back here again if we’re in town.

Hotel does have a great location and the staff was very helpful..
Located in the Flower District was fragrant and interesting
Negatives were the hall ways are quite narrow, few amedities in the room, but worst of all there is a drain in the floor of the bathroom which runs with other rooms drainage noise all the time.
Walls are thin enough so TV noise from adjacent rooms can be heard at night. With 4 elevators and 46 floors, we on floor 23 often had to wait up to 15 minutes before one stopped on our floor. Pretty sure won't stay there again

Stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms were clean, not very big but there was enough space.
The bathroom door is as if it doesn't exist, it slides but doesn't fully "close"
The elevator rides are just horrible in the morning. It took me 15 minutes to go up to my room after breakfast - I waited for an elevator to come to the floor where the front desk is. There were a lot of people waiting, not everyone could fit in and had to wait for the next elevator. Even if there are 4 available, it's not enough.
Breakfast is almost the same everyday, not so many options - omelette, boiled eggs, sausage, yogurt and some cereal. Bread & bagels. It would be nice to have some ham, cheese and vegetables :)

Such friends helpful staff. Let us check in early after arriving from a long haul flight.
Nothing was a problem. Bed was comfy view great. Breakfast included was basic but good enough. Great location next to subway. Great job team

This hotel is well connected to different areas of Manhattan and, while being in an extremely busy part of town, the street is quiet. The street is known for the flower/garden stores. The staff at the hotel were fabulous, very helpful and kind (including people at reception, cleaners, breakfast staff). Our room was clean and comfortable. There are only two negative aspects that we would like to point out: the breakfast is really subpar, and the hotel needs more elevators, or more efficient ones.
