Everything was really smooth. The room had a personal butler service, the staff was friendly and responsive to requests. The hotel is situated in a good location and is accessible. It was indeed a luxury service overall.

I'm sorry I could only give us a 5-star rating it's worth more. Beautiful surroundings excellent food great service. If you're staying at the hotel or you'll discover excellent service and a beautiful room

Excellent hotel, but the jewel of the place is the bar: The King Cole Bar. Wall mural by Maxfield Parrish behind the bar. Yes it’s expensive and loud, but you don’t care because it’s such an icon. Service is good and there are some excellent seats throughout. The bar menu has some fun choices. Every time I’m in New York I make it a point to go. It’s a relatively inexpensive place to go to say you’ve been a part of something so special.

The Regis is a phenomenal hotel and holiday experience. From the beginning of the experience with the doormen to the front desk and the details of each step is such a phenomenal way to treat their clients/ customers. You won't find better service, cleaner rooms and a better location. New York is incredible in the winter months.

An amazing experience. Everything about this hotel is phenomenal. Our room was beautiful, with a mix of classic style and modern amenities. Super comfortable and classy. The french press coffee brought to the room was a nice touch. You'll enjoy your stay, and you'll want to come back.

Food was good. Service was a bit tardy and had to go up to the waiter to ask for hot sauce since it was forgotten. Nice decor and overall positive experience. Food was good, but not phenomenal. Had the steak and eggs (poached) for weekend brunch.

Our experience was pretty close to perfect. Would've loved to rate them 4.5. we went there for restaurant week. Wait staff was friendly and food quality was exquisite. I recommend trying it out! Good date place.

They screwed up our rooms and then couldn't find our luggage. Once it was all sorted out, our stay was very comfortable. Great room, very comfortable bed, and excellent accommodations.

Very elegant and quite beautiful. It's a bit piggish though, in many ways. For instance, the windows into a "signature collection" of incredibly gaudy and pointlessly expensive apparel.
