The overall experience was good. Staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious for NYC. The location is great for the price. It is only a few blocks away from many attractions. This made it easy for us to find our way every night. Coming back to a clean room each night was nice. The only down things I can point out are the elevator wait time. It was pretty long at times (we were in the 10th floor) at least 5 minutes. We needed the hair dryer but it had an European plug so unfortunately we could not use it. I don’t find i as a big deal though. I would definitely book another stay in the future.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of 6. The rooms are very small and very cramped (we could hardly move). The bathroom has a sliding door like a closet so you can't lock it and there are holes through which you can clearly see what's going on inside (on top of that, we received the bathroom door broken). The service was unbearably bad! And I'm not exaggerating. We didn't get a phone for reception so we had to go down to the lobby every time we needed something. Even after we asked for something in most cases we did not receive it and if we did receive it it was after a long wait. Even one of the family members had to sleep with sheets! We went down to the reception no less than 4 times just to ask for a blanket! Finally we didn't get a blanket (insolence) because the reception had a shortage of blankets according to them so we got sheets to sleep with instead. Moreover, the elevators are really slow and you have to wait between 2-10 minutes for the elevator. On top of that, my credit card was blocked due to negligence on the part of the hotel staff (they charged the credit card for a price 4 times greater than the price we had to pay!) And even after that, we received the rooms 6 hours late after the date the hotel promised we would receive the rooms...

The room itself was small for 2 people and i absolutely hated the shower. There was no curtain or door it was just open. Making the entire bathroom soaked when you turn the water on. There’s was no microwave in the room. We had also asked to switch room and were not able to. The smoke alarm also went off for an hour and 45 mins in the room next to us in the middle of the night. The room cleaner also took our towels but never replaced them.

This hotel has an excellent location, a walking distance from Times Square and the subways. We had a nice room on the 33rd floor with a beautiful view. We were also allowed to choose at the desk on which floor we wanted to stay. What a top service! Although we had to wait a long time for the elevators during the check-in and check-out, but this was not a problem during the rest of the week. The housekeeping was top quality, always nice to come back to a clean and fresh room!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had in NYC. The hotel was spotless (although it is under renovation because it was recently acquired by Marriott). There are 3 elevators that are blazing fast, so I didn’t notice the delays while waiting for them. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and polite, internet works perfectly, A/C was great and the rooms were incredibly spacious (the beds were amazing, pillows not so much). There’s also a restaurant that’s been recently open so I didn’t get to try it out, but seemed nice enough. The only drawback are the surroundings — some shady characters outside. Overall, an excellent stay. I’d definitely be back.

Worse staff ever. They charged me a deposit and it has been already 3 weeks later and they didn’t paid me back. I called them 4 times already and they never look to solve my situation. The guy who I last talk, named John, was totally disrespectful and rude with me. I am not asking a favor, I am asking my money back. Bad staff, absolutely do NOT recommend!!!

The price was so good that I didn't expect much but WOW! I've stayed on a number of hotels in Manhattan and this one is special. My room was LARGE, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the whole room has a slick modern style and if also came fully equipped with a fridge & freezer, a microwave, stove, pots and pans and utensils... Also it's just a 5 minute walk to Times Square! But the REAL REASON I so enjoyed my stay is the people who work the front desk and back office. I mean, really. They dod everything to help me and accomodate me and mainly, I got the real impression that they CARED. I love this place and when you're visiting the greatest city on earth TBA is my sincerest recommendation.
