World Center Hotel

Location is 4 min walk to the 9/11 memorial. Great location near subways. Very clean and staff were awesome and polite and helpful. Loved the complimentary sparkling water and latte in the lobby. Everything was clean. Nice air conditioned room. Thank you for a great stay. Also close to battery park to get on the Statue of Liberty ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel with it’s wonderful staff.

My family and I went this past weekend for a couple of days and it was amazing. The location is awesome with great views that do not disappoint. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The beds were very cozy and was actually the best I slept in a very long time so that was a plus. Now for the staff.. They were awesome and very friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning a trip to NYC.

Great hotel in a good location. Close to a lot of subway stops. They say you can cast your device to the TV… but it never worked. Loved the water stations and the sparkling water in the lobby. Room was a good size and the bed was comfy. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

No complaints! Convenient location if you need to be in the city center. It was quiet and my room had a balcony overlooking the memorial. It looks like they're going to start building WTC 5 right across the street, so keep that in mind if you're traveling here sometime between 2022-2023 (this is a guess, but I'd ask before booking)

I received a text the day before check-in with the opportunity to upgrade our kitchen bedroom to a superior room with a view for a nominal fee. We took the upgrade. We got texts before our arrival from actual people (not a virtual assistant). We arrived and were able to check in early and one of the people who texted me was right there. Marsha-Ann and Dawn were at the front desk and made us feel so welcome and wonderful. Our room was beautiful. The view incredible and another text to make sure everything was great. It was. An added bonus in addition to the view was the purified water dispensers. We loved everything about the hotel but what made it even more special were Marsh-Ann and Dawn. They instantly made you feel like you were the most important guests. The rooms were clean and I have absolutely no complaints on this location. Yes, you are in the financial district so you are going to have a long walk or subway to get to Times Square but this area has its own charm. The picture below was our room view.

The hotel is so well taken care of and there are so many beautiful corners everywhere. We loved our room, our little patio and the pool. The staff works hard to maintain a great service! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back soon on our next trip!

Very respectable. There are simple small rooms with Wi-Fi and smart TV. No dental check. The photo shows a view from the 20th floor of the hotel to the 9/11 memorial. There are breakfasts on the 20th floor. A sample of breakfast products and a night view from the window of the room. The renovation is fresh, there are several elevators, the doors can be opened with a bluetooth phone. Liked the service.

Good, clean hotel. The room we got is not small, overlooking Memorial 9/11. The building has a restaurant with a bar and amazing views.
