The room is quite spacious, but the downside is that the soundproofing is not good. There is a lot of noise when people come in and out. The room is not cleaned every day, but once every three days. If you need to change towels every day, or a full clean every day, you need to tell the front desk in advance. The service is not bad. There is coffee and sparkling water delivered to the lobby on the first floor. Overall, it is a very good accommodation experience. The location is right next to the World Trade Center, Wall Street, and South Ferry, which is within walking distance. Very convenient

The service is really average. I had to ask the hotel for toothbrushes and slippers, and they were not delivered after waiting for a long time...

Do not visit the hotel! They double charged me the taxes and facilities fees. When I checked with the manager, he would not give me a straight response.

It should be said that this is a very ordinary hotel. Parking is charged, and it is not downstairs of the hotel. You have to go to the surrounding parking lot. It is recommended not to drive. Because there is a subway nearby, it is more convenient. In the city center, living facilities are more convenient, and there are rich restaurant choices. The room I originally chose was with a sofa bed, but I found out that it didn't have one after checking in. After talking to the front desk, they decided to add a bed for us.

The room was very good, but there was no room with a sofa bed on the first day. I just spent the night on the first morning, and the room with a sofa bed was changed to a room with a sofa bed the next day. The sofa bed was very good.

Location is 4 min walk to the 9/11 memorial. Great location near subways. Very clean and staff were awesome and polite and helpful. Loved the complimentary sparkling water and latte in the lobby. Everything was clean. Nice air conditioned room. Thank you for a great stay. Also close to battery park to get on the Statue of Liberty ferry. I would highly recommend this hotel with it’s wonderful staff.
