I booked a twin room (I was sharing with my daughter). The first night we stayed in a pretty disappointing room; twin single beds, on the seventh floor - the room was what I’d describe at tired looking or tatty, and very small. The next day I asked it they had any suitable alternatives and moved to room 310, much larger, twin double beds, and the decor was a considerably better. It cost an additional $20 per night, and was worth every cent. If you need twin beds, definitely opt for this room. The hotel staff were lovely. What the hotel lacks in terms of style, it more than makes up for with the excellent location.

No plunger in room!!!! Door to shower to short , all water on the floor. Don't believe them about size if the room . Late check out is 50$ fee. Best thing about this hotel is location and view from rooms.

I would never stay there again. It's not dated. You can't connect to the TV. The rooms are small. You can see the person's silhouette when they shower will never return.

Great location if you want to explore China town, and it's close to the subway station so you can easily head any direction to explore NYC.
The room was nice but the towels had a bit of a funky smell, not terrible but not pleasant either.
Also, the rooftop bar was something I was really looking forward to... but both nights they were closed for renovations or something.

The hotel is very near subway stops for getting around, and right on the border of xhinatown and little Italy, so loads of food eateries are very near.

The location was very convenient. It is a 2 minute walk from the Grand Avenue station (D).
The lobby of the hotel is very underwhelming, but the front desk associate was nice and welcoming.
The rooms are relatively small, but they are a decent size for up to two people. Overall, the room was clean and I had a decent view of the city. My only complaints were the size of the TV (19" I'm guessing) and the room could use some upgrading, but it was not terribly outdated.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Brooklyn bridge and the business centre of new York. New, comfortable. The cosy rooms. Friendly staff. The district, however, Chinatown with all the Chinese cafes and restaurants, shops and markets. All just Chinese.

Nice clean. Professional workers answer any questions. Prices are reasonable for location. Nice bar downstairs and one of the roof. Will visit again
