The food at the hotel is relatively good. It’s just that there aren’t many choices of tea bags. For some reason, the tea bags I drank on the first day no longer appear, leaving only one choice. This is a good budget hotel. The room was comfortable enough. They offer soft and firm pillows, but neither were amazing. The lighting was dim throughout the room and the bathroom felt like a dark box. I wouldn't call it luxury, but it was clean and had everything we needed. They have free coffee and tea in the lobby. It is across the freeway from the Alamo and River Walk, so it's an easy walk.

The room was very comfortable, especially the king size bed we slept in. The only negative experience was the air conditioning unit in our room. It didn't seem to cool like it should have, but maintenance took care of that issue. So our first night was uncomfortable. This was a convenient hotel within 8 minutes of the San Antonio airport. The staff at the front desk was very courteous. This property is tucked away in a nice, quiet area. The staff was very accommodating and very pleasantly. I booked a suite but was given a handicapped room. However, I couldn't complain because I definitely had more than enough space.

Property is nice but someone put soap in the hot tub and property management said it was just how it works, no steps taken to clean. After I showered there was some water on the floor, I wiped the water up with a small hand towel and the towel was black from the floor.
