The great thing about this place is price and location. The rooms are a little dated. Tv's are small. Bathroom is small. Doors to the balcony were bolted shut. Hotel staff went above and beyond! I informed the front desk that we were celebrating our sons birthday. I mentioned to them that he specifically asked for this hotel so he could see the horse carriages. They accommodated us with the perfect view. Great Hotel! Embassy Suites never seems to fail! Being able to mobile check in and have all the items I requested ready in my room to go, is amazing! This is a good budget hotel. The room was comfortable enough. They offer soft and firm pillows, but neither were amazing. The lighting was dim throughout the room and the bathroom felt like a dark box. I wouldn't call it luxury, but it was clean and had everything we needed. They have free coffee and tea in the lobby. We had a great weekend in San Antonio thanks to the Holiday Inn Sea World. Everyone at the hotel took outstanding care of our little group. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the food was great. The shuttle bus took us back and forth so we didn't have to worry about parking. Very Nice! Staff was very attentive. The room was up to date a clean. Bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was hot and satisfying. Especially for a cool drizzly morning. A good variety of food and fruit to choose from.

Rooms were clean and stocked adequately. WiFi is free and they do offer breakfast until 11 which is nice if you're sleeping in. Beds were actually comfortable and they have different firmness of pillows to choose from. Each bed came with 4 pillows. This place is a great deal for the price. Beautiful building and grounds. Great sized rooms for my family's needs. They also provide cribs which is a must for us while traveling. Hotel room was clean, big and exactly what we expected for a lower priced hotel not too far from downtown. The building itself looks aged but the bed was decent and everything was clean. My stay was great! The beds were comfortable and the room was kept temperate. Breakfast was great as well. The wi-fi was iffy in the rooms, but was fine in the lobby. Other than that, it is a really good hotel, definitely recommend
