This hotel is very trendy and the amenities are great! The view from our room and the pool are great! The only downside to staying here was the $28 we had to pay for self parking, which is a bit expensive and could add up if you’re staying multiple days

If you like a view I recommend the king corner, if your lucky you get the room facing downtown. We came for a night alone for our anniversary. We had a great stay-cation.

We came to dinner at Ruth Chris and the restaurant mixed out parking tickets up with another party, Mateo and Justin explained everything and assisted while waiting for the correct car

Which is a damn shame because there aren't many modern hotels in downtown San Antonio that are this nice. I wish they'd consider setting adult only hours at the pool and the outdoor rooftop patio

The Hotel was very accommodating. The bar and lobby was always busy. Connected to the convention center. Seconds from the concert grounds. Just a really brilliant place for final four

They have the best customer Service and definitely deescalated the situation where we were not stressed at all. Definitely a great experience

The pool facilities are indescribably fantastic. Don't miss them! The rooms are a step up from their normal properties. The garden out back was so peaceful

There is absolutely nothing that went wrong during the stay. You are greeted at the door by someone can answer questions for you. The person that checked us in joked around with my kids and they really liked that

My room is clean and very comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better. Walkable to many main attraction. The staff were very pleasant and easy check in.

Bar and restaurant were great. Within walking distance from the Alamo and riverwalk. Parking garage was a tight fit but Can’t wait to go back

Good pool although on the small size for the number of hotel rooms, it did get a bit rowdy at one point. Car park right across the street is very convenient

The rooftop pool is nice but can get a bit crowded. I suggest they add shading by furnishing the out door area around the pool with strategically placed umbrellas as the Texas sun can be brutal during the summer

Awesome Vacation used our car only once to go to a military base. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Tony Trevino is very friendly and helpful. Also the valet is great at getting these cars in and out

The lunch/dinner restaurant at the river walk level has a lot of seafood options. Rooms are very nice; huge TV; spacious bathroom. The beds are slightly firm for myself, but that's the only downside I could find

I appreciated that even though is was cold outside (50) the kiddie pool was still comfortable warm and the kids had a blast without being cold

The pool area was wonderful for the kids and there were numerous areas for our large group to hang out and be together. My only complaint would be fees and tacked on items that aren't overtly advertised

Nature trail exceeded expectations. Kiddie pool and sliced were a big hit with the kids

They greet you with a smile every time you arrive and want to make sure your stay is perfect. You have a great view no matter where you are, including the drive up to the resort. The golf course is beautiful too!

On check in I had 5 different staff members greet me with my last name before I introduced myself because the gate attendant had radioed ahead. It is extremely peaceful and serene here

I highly recommend this resort. We did have some slight issues at first but Heaven at the front desk helped us out in such a professional manner, she was very sweet. Also the food and atmosphere is phenomenal

Great location on the river walk. The shower head is weak and either sprays everywhere or shoots bullets straight at you. The roof top pool is no good for hanging out and bad for kids

One of my favorite Hilton properties. You never even need to move your car. Everything you want is close enough you can walk. The rooms are super nice & the staff is really friendly. Love the balcony over the Riverwalk

The staff was helpful and very polite. We requested a late check out due to our late flight and they were able to accommodate us right during check in. The restaurants are amazing and not too expensive

It is 4ft deep right at the entrance and quickly goes down to 8ft. Our 7 year old is a decent swimmer but isn't going to be able to tread water all day

I planned the weekend for my husband's birthday. We arrived at 3 pm and was shocked at the cost of parking. We checked in which went smoothly we t up to the room. Very nice room with awesome view

Old world style hotel, so don't expect renovated rooms. Decent value. Customer service is good for the most part.

Rates here were about half of the conference hotel rates, and I used the rate that included valet parking (Grace at the valet station was quick to retrieve my car and offer to help with my luggage)

I also loved the beautiful courtyard and the historic bar, a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Antonio!

If you are sensitive to smells DO NOT stay at the Menger, they pump a very strong scent throughout their entire hotel (all rooms included), I have altered smell from Covid and this is STRONG! They sell the scent they are pumping through at the front desk

This hotel went above and beyond and I would again like to thank Consuela and Jasmon for being so professional and going above and beyond. Y’all were great! The hotel is wonderful

We stayed a couple of nights over the weekend. A few of the times we requested ice it would take a very long time to be delivered. The staff was apologetic upon voicing our concerns

1 Star - For their hospitality! They go a step further to make the guests are comfy! 1 Star - Pool ** Wooohooo! The open top pool is amazing, especially if you can find a full moon night! Minus 1 - For the super expensive parking! 40$/day is expensive for no matter who!!! But at least, you can find other parking places around the hotel for cheaper prices

The valet location was a little confusing (admittedly, I am not exactly familiar with valet parking), and the staff was very kind and patient with me

My only regret is that they were not able to tell me where I could pick up a copy of their luxe boutique exclusive gastronomic guide

All in all, I recommend this for an amazing experience in the midst of the beautiful San Antonio

Was a very pleasant experience. Has a fine restaurant attached to the lobby. It was close to the convention center where PAX was being held. Rooms were clean and stocked from check-in to checkout

It was a nice location, with that comes the crowds. It wasn't as bad as we were expecting and the price was fairly reasonableness the location of the hotel. Rooms were easy to find and the service was great

However, the room was nice and the thermostat worked great. Everything in the room was in working order and didn't have any real issues. The lounge area was pretty nice too and the staff were helpful

Oh they also gave someone else a key to our room, not cool. The dude charged drinks to the room! That was dangerous! We could have been robbed or even worse. Had to get that straightened out too

Frances, working in the lounge was very friendly and welcoming. She had some great insights on San Antonio and some things we could do. She deserves a raise! The pool area was large and comfortable

The amenities were what really made the hotel stand out! The M club was immaculate and featured complementary buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We were only around for breakfast but it was very good

Needed a place to stay in San Antonio and found a great priced rate at the San Antonio Marriott. They upgraded us to a room on the top floor which had a balcony and access to the M club lounge

It was all complementary thanks to Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite status. When we arrived at the room we were impressed by the modern design, cleanliness, and balcony

The fitness center was also a good size and had a large variety of equipment. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider returning next time I'm in San Antonio!

We stayed here while in town on business and will be going back in September and will not stay anywhere but at the San Antonio Marriot Northwest

We had a room overlooking the plaza and pool. It was great, no real complaints. They have a few peacocks outside that call and make you feel like you're in a jungle

The pool is gorgeous although slightly chilly, but the hot tub was nice! Nice big fire pit in the courtyard was a great social area

The outdoor and pool area could use a little sprucing. The restaurants however is exceptionally pricey and the food quality just does not reflect what you can find in the city, nor how much we pay for it

This hotel is awesome if you want a reasonable price and a hotel literally minutes from the River WalkWe were smack in the middle of San Antonio’s art district and loved have the market place so close to us! The hotel itself is historic and so beautiful! They even have a little piece of history with the Victoria house right in the middle of this gorgeous hotel

While the weekend wasn’t flooded like had been feared flights were grounded and the wedding had to be rescheduled to January, but management was very understanding about the whole situation and allowed us to make use of their venue for photographs in the wedding dress all the same and even offered us some drinks on the house

On a Sun morning, it was only a 15-20 min Iber ride from the airport too! The front desk gentleman on our first night was fantastic! He made great recommendations, congratulated us on our anniversary and even sent complimentary chocolate strawberries up to our room! He was a young guy from Turkey, name started with a “C”

They also had two other pools, and the landscaping was really pretty. There was an issue with getting our room cleaned one evening but the hotel resolved it after we talked with the front desk

The pools are smaller than you'd expect for a large property. Pool bar was never open any time I was there. The gym is well equipped for a hotel gym and I have been able to get good workouts in while staying there

This hotel has an easy and quick drive to lots of local restaurants as well as into downtown San Antonio. Our toddler really loved the kids walk-in pool

We liked the balcony but it doesn’t look like many people use it because our first night there was a glass left by a previous hotel guest that was missed. Hotel was quiet, never had issues with hearing other guests

We had a great stay here - we wanted something close to Sea World and hill country and this was perfect. We got a suite so our toddler could sleep on the fold-out couch

He took such good care of me in the morning, I wish I was carrying local currency to tip. He made me a delicious cup of tea and he even prepared my breakfast for me, I mean this was breakfast I was carrying from home

Stunning interior, and an impressive cocktail offering. My wife and I were visiting San Antonio for three days, staying elsewhere unfortunately, and visited the Pearl District, where Hotel Emma is located, all three days

Just stopped by to see the building. Fun to see wedding guests arrive and a definite Black Tie apparel. Fireplace with Cubbies to sit and read a book. Folks gathering in the lobby just for conversation

We walked around the outside of Hotel Emma and snapped pics of so much beauty and activity that adds to its unique location on the River Walk and adjacent to Pearl Brewery complex

That should tell you a little about how well the Emma is located. The atmosphere is especially lively on the weekends during the farmers market
