These small improvements could really enhance the overall guest experience. But overall, we felt very well taken care of and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking attentive service and a comfortable stay!
We went in September, and it was lovely! Very quiet! It was such a fun place to stay with kids because of the lazy river, slides, beach, pools, s’mores! It is beautiful! Janie Mann made it especially great and had a special treat for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary! This hotel (and especially Janie) has the BEST customer service and kindness we have ever received from a hotel! We look...
I highly recommend this resort. We did have some slight issues at first but Heaven at the front desk helped us out in such a professional manner, she was very sweet. Also the food and atmosphere is phenomenal
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The only small suggestions I have are for the hotel’s dining options
Staff was friendly and welcoming. The edge of the carpet in my room was lifted & I tripped on it several times. I put in a request to have it taped down and it was taken care of immediately
For the price, the restaurant menus could use an update – the food was just okay, and the options were limited. The tables also felt a bit outdated and could benefit from a refresh

This hotel has an easy and quick drive to lots of local restaurants as well as into downtown San Antonio. Our toddler really loved the kids walk-in pool
They also had two other pools, and the landscaping was really pretty. There was an issue with getting our room cleaned one evening but the hotel resolved it after we talked with the front desk
The pools are smaller than you'd expect for a large property. Pool bar was never open any time I was there. The gym is well equipped for a hotel gym and I have been able to get good workouts in while staying there
Lovely pools and terrace. Communal areas spacious and clean. Large room with comfortable beds.
We liked the balcony but it doesn’t look like many people use it because our first night there was a glass left by a previous hotel guest that was missed. Hotel was quiet, never had issues with hearing other guests
We had a great stay here - we wanted something close to Sea World and hill country and this was perfect. We got a suite so our toddler could sleep on the fold-out couch

I also loved the beautiful courtyard and the historic bar, a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Antonio!
I had an unforgettable experience at the Menger Hotel in San Antonio. The hotel’s rich history and timeless charm made my stay truly special
My room was beautifully maintained, blending historic elegance with modern comforts. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the Alamo and within walking distance of the River Walk
I've stayed at the Menger twice during the last year
If you are sensitive to smells DO NOT stay at the Menger, they pump a very strong scent throughout their entire hotel (all rooms included), I have altered smell from Covid and this is STRONG! They sell the scent they are pumping through at the front desk
Beware of the information desk at the mall is really people selling time shares! The Alamo is also right outside the hotel, you can visit for free (or pay for extra things)

Easy check in. Always like the modern look of Alofts. Also nice and clean. Sound proofing could have been better, could hear people outside in the pool from the 3rd floor.
Really nice hotel, especially for the price. It's very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. There's a nice bar area, workout facility, and pool
The room was spacious and tastefully furnished considering the price we paid and the bathroom was nice as well
Stayed 7/21: I love this pet friendly hotel! Great pool, very clean
Comfortable bed and plenty of space for 4! Great staff extremely helpful! Carpet in rooms! Clean fresh linens & wall-mounted TV! Colorful and modern tech-foreward with lots of charging areas! Close to shopping and riverwalk
It's located in an area that's convenient with lots of food nearby and shopping, should you need anything. Definitely would stay here again

The old fashioned was by far the best I’ve had around town. To cap off the evening was the Burlesque show by The Dollhaus, they simply brought that proper burlesque show experience and showgirl class
Drinks were spectacular, the staff was attentive, and the show was so entertaining! The event curator, Peach Gallagher put on an incredible experience! Peach booked my dinner reservation, Tequila event reservation, ensured my party was comfortable and all done with a big smile! She truly is a hospitality professional and master at her craft! I definitely recommend indulging in the complete Hotel Havana...
What an absolutely amazing experience! I dined in at Ocho and from the second I was greeted to my farewell after dinner was so special! The entire restaurant staff was personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable
I will add, the service and professionalism mixed with chill vibe of the staff is what sold me. Justin at the front desk is a gem!! Jackie also sealed the whole deal with her top notch customer service
This amazing gem is tucked away in downtown San Antonio. The front entrance just exudes decadence. The dining experience was by far a foodies dream, the cocktails in the Havana bar were amazing
We are beyond impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is an oasis of little patios tucked around every corner. The age and beauty of the entire building was not lost on us

Everything was so close by such as food places, activities. The indoor pool was great as we had it by ourselves.
The room was clean. I had an issue with the water temperature. I called the front desk and they fixed it right away. I had a nice hot shower within a few minutes. I would recommend staying here :)
It was my first time staying at a Hyatt and I loved it so much I was a member by check-out time! The rooms are as accommodating as suites. Very spacious for my family of 5
It’s about as much as a LaQuinta, only with extremely better rooms, services and staff. Next time we will definitely be trying out the indoor pool and fitness center
UPDATE: I had a block of rooms at this hotel for my destination wedding, 59 rooms in all spanning over multiple days!! Sandra in sales was amazing the entire year leading up to my big day, sending me updated reservation lists when I asked for them, which was way more often than I should have! She walked me through every detail all year long and I can't tell you how grateful I am! The front desk staff...
Our room had two queen beds and a pull-out couch. It was nice and large and roomy for all my children. Breakfast was amazing for being free. It had a better variety than some of the other hotels we've been to before.

This location is about a ten minute walk from the Mercado, the Cathedral, and the Riverwalk; and about twenty minutes from the Alamo. The rooms are well-sized and well-kept, if a little lacking in kitchenware
Beautiful quiet, clean place I've been more than 5 times already. Minutes away from river-walk and Alamo. Their breakfast is excellent and parking is free. The room service and front desk are irreproachable
I had an issue with the Marriott reservations staff booking the wrong room for my employee and had to move hotels. We are a government entity who sends staff to various hotels throughout the year
This employee needs to be commended for her customer service efforts and because of her I will be sending more employees as well as myself to this Marriott location. Thank you again Hortensia for taking care of us!
Called the Residence Inn Downtown/Market Place in San Antonio and spoke with a Hortensia Sanchez who was exceptionally understanding and new I was frustrated at that point
Awesome time at my son's graduation celebration! I highly recommend this venue, at a reasonable price. Hortencia and the sales team were awesome and helpful!

There is absolutely nothing that went wrong during the stay. You are greeted at the door by someone can answer questions for you. The person that checked us in joked around with my kids and they really liked that
The pool facilities are indescribably fantastic. Don't miss them! The rooms are a step up from their normal properties. The garden out back was so peaceful
Water park was lovely with lazy river. Great variety of on property restaurants. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces were perfect for warming up in March when the morning/evening air can be brisk
I can't say enough good things about this place. From the second you drive up the hill and get a glimpse of this magnificent building, you know you are in a special place
I love love love this hotel!! It's views are truly amazing. They have so much to do here it's incredible. Come with family or friends and you will have a blast
It is pretty expensive, but it's kind of expected at such a high class resort like this. I'm definitely going to come back here soon!

This hotel is very trendy and the amenities are great! The view from our room and the pool are great! The only downside to staying here was the $28 we had to pay for self parking, which is a bit expensive and could add up if you’re staying multiple days
If you like a view I recommend the king corner, if your lucky you get the room facing downtown. We came for a night alone for our anniversary. We had a great stay-cation.
We came to dinner at Ruth Chris and the restaurant mixed out parking tickets up with another party, Mateo and Justin explained everything and assisted while waiting for the correct car
Which is a damn shame because there aren't many modern hotels in downtown San Antonio that are this nice. I wish they'd consider setting adult only hours at the pool and the outdoor rooftop patio
The Hotel was very accommodating. The bar and lobby was always busy. Connected to the convention center. Seconds from the concert grounds. Just a really brilliant place for final four
They have the best customer Service and definitely deescalated the situation where we were not stressed at all. Definitely a great experience

Bar and restaurant were great. Within walking distance from the Alamo and riverwalk. Parking garage was a tight fit but Can’t wait to go back
I'll definitely be back!!! People have said that the elevators are confusing, but we found it very easy and it was honestly nice not having all the buttons and old fashioned type elevators
NICE hotel, although they charge a hefty fee for parking that adds up quickly if you have a multiple day stay. Room was clean, no extras like fridge or microwave. Great fitness area and laundry facility
Will definitely be back!!! People were saying elevators were confusing, however we found it very easy, and honestly it was refreshing not have all the buttons and old-fashioned type elevators
This hotel is great! The staff is very nice and welcoming. Holly checked us in and she was very helpful! I didn't catch the name of the lady that checked us out, but she was also very nice

The staff are friendly, the hotel is beautiful and in a great location, the rooms are very clean, quiet, well appointed, comfortable beds, great water pressure. The rooftop pool was clean and warm
Good pool although on the small size for the number of hotel rooms, it did get a bit rowdy at one point. Car park right across the street is very convenient
Wow! Can't wait to go back again! Booked this resort for a fantastic price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ I love this resort and am so grateful to have stayed at my favorite hotel for so much less than I would normally spend
The rooftop pool is nice but can get a bit crowded. I suggest they add shading by furnishing the out door area around the pool with strategically placed umbrellas as the Texas sun can be brutal during the summer
Awesome Vacation used our car only once to go to a military base. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Tony Trevino is very friendly and helpful. Also the valet is great at getting these cars in and out
The lunch/dinner restaurant at the river walk level has a lot of seafood options. Rooms are very nice; huge TV; spacious bathroom. The beds are slightly firm for myself, but that's the only downside I could find

I appreciated that even though is was cold outside (50) the kiddie pool was still comfortable warm and the kids had a blast without being cold
The staff went out of their way to take care of us, and there are so many fun things to do there! We stayed in the Villas, which is a more secluded area of the resort and took advantage of heated pools, the n
The pool area was wonderful for the kids and there were numerous areas for our large group to hang out and be together. My only complaint would be fees and tacked on items that aren't overtly advertised
Nature trail exceeded expectations. Kiddie pool and sliced were a big hit with the kids
They greet you with a smile every time you arrive and want to make sure your stay is perfect. You have a great view no matter where you are, including the drive up to the resort. The golf course is beautiful too!
On check in I had 5 different staff members greet me with my last name before I introduced myself because the gate attendant had radioed ahead. It is extremely peaceful and serene here

The bathroom door was transparent and emit too much light in the room, the other person couldn't sleep. The Cafe serves Starbucks drinks which was nice
The microwave was in parking 1 next to laundry room- they should move microwave close to Cafe. Also laundry room has no detergent or dryer sheet
3rd there was no microwave in our room we had to leave i room and floor and go to another floor just to use the microwave. Those were the inconveniences but overall the hotel was good
Great location above the Riverwalk, convenient to the sights and not noisy. Comfy spacious room, very clean. Pool just okay, good in the heat but outside deck is worn. Very nice restaurant, Tributary, off lobby
For example they didn't have parking for my truck I had to park off the hotel that was just a hassle for having to walk to and from the hotel to get to my truck
The hotel was nice and visually appealing the rooms were nice but there were a bunch of little inconveniences that really threw off the experience

Great location on the river walk. The shower head is weak and either sprays everywhere or shoots bullets straight at you. The roof top pool is no good for hanging out and bad for kids
The service is excellent! The front desk checked on us every day, very nice and polite. Be aware when booking, you can pick either parking included, or breakfast included
Stayed three days and two nights over the weekend here, overall it’s a nice hotel! Very clean and friendly staff
One of my favorite Hilton properties. You never even need to move your car. Everything you want is close enough you can walk. The rooms are super nice & the staff is really friendly. Love the balcony over the Riverwalk
They also allowed us to check in very early on the day we arrived which was fantastic as it was very hot and we’re not accustomed to the Texas summer; it was nice to have a place to relax mid-day
Great place, right on the riverwalk. They are in the process of remodeling the elevators, but they keep things organized so there is not too much traffic up and down

Stunning interior, and an impressive cocktail offering. My wife and I were visiting San Antonio for three days, staying elsewhere unfortunately, and visited the Pearl District, where Hotel Emma is located, all three days
Watched guests being served breakfast or brunch on the outside cafe. Noticed a new bridge that now allows guests and public to cross over River to another parking area and to gain access to more walking areas
Just stopped by to see the building. Fun to see wedding guests arrive and a definite Black Tie apparel. Fireplace with Cubbies to sit and read a book. Folks gathering in the lobby just for conversation
We walked around the outside of Hotel Emma and snapped pics of so much beauty and activity that adds to its unique location on the River Walk and adjacent to Pearl Brewery complex
Being a former brewery, the Hines of the factory are in display as they merge the structure of the past with the practical decor of the present in a modern industrial design
That should tell you a little about how well the Emma is located. The atmosphere is especially lively on the weekends during the farmers market

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. Classic hotels sometimes only seem grand when the visitor imagines their former glory
Very luxurious! The staff was super accommodating due to the fact that we had booked a room with a tub but walked into a room with a shower. Once we informed the staff, they took care of it in no time
1 Star - For their hospitality! They go a step further to make the guests are comfy! 1 Star - Pool ** Wooohooo! The open top pool is amazing, especially if you can find a full moon night! Minus 1 - For the super expensive parking! 40$/day is expensive for no matter who!!! But at least, you can find other parking places around the hotel for cheaper prices
The valet location was a little confusing (admittedly, I am not exactly familiar with valet parking), and the staff was very kind and patient with me
My only regret is that they were not able to tell me where I could pick up a copy of their luxe boutique exclusive gastronomic guide
We stayed a couple of nights over the weekend. A few of the times we requested ice it would take a very long time to be delivered. The staff was apologetic upon voicing our concerns
