Seatac, 18740 International Boulevard 🧭 Map
Room is spacious and clean. Shuttle bus every 20 minutes is very convenient from and to SeaTac airport.
The tap for the shower in the room was very hard to manouvre. One has to pull the tap hard to turn water on n then turn the tap to adjust temperature. Its totally not intuitive n I had to call housekeeping (which did not pick up) n then the care line for instructions. Hilton shd just change the taps, I cannm imagine how hard it wld be for older or weaker folks to handle.
Large hotel with beautiful lake behind. Very nice pool and restaurant. Laundry room and microwave oven areas dirty.
The hotel is a maze. So hard to get to the room. I saw few other people who were wondering around to get to their rooms after traveling.
Just an overnight stay as we have a flight next morning. Liked that they have a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms were located in different blocks and ours was quite far from the lobby thus not easy if you have many big luggages.
I absolutely loved the view!! I got upgraded to the penthouse floor in the tower for an extra $30! Amazing service!

We booked and paid prior to arrival. I reserved a room with 2kings and there would be four in the room. We were told we had a room with pool view. We did not. The bathroom door when closed afforded a view of toilet & anyone sitting on it. We had to use bar soap which is gross.
Convenient location to airport, restaurant, free shuttle to airport, friendly staff.
Excellent location to walk to/from airport via train station. This convenience is why I chose the Hilton.
Near to airport and metro stations
This is quite an aged hotel. The rooms were dark n dust can be seen on some of the furniture n fittings in the room. The bathroom shower tap came off. There was a pillow with orange stains on it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will not stay there again.
I paid the whole amount for 2 nights when I made a reservation through Trip.com (as the immediate payment was condition on the site). When checking in, I gave the hotel my credit card information for the security purpose (which is totally normal), however I noticed that I was doubled charged for the accomodation fee after I left the hotel. Please cancel the latter accomodation fee as soon as possible...

Easy check in and check out. Shuttle service to Sea-Tac got us there in about 15 minutes. Room was clean and had a microwave and mini fridge. The free breakfast was great! It kept us satisfied until we got home to Atlanta.
Flew in a day early for an Alaskan cruise, and they let us check in early, which was awesome. FD was amazing, housekeeping rocks! Breakfast was delicious, and of course, it's nice to have shuttle pick up that is a major plus.
This is an excellent holiday inn location, and I travel a lot, experiencing many hotels and other holiday inn locations. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms, comment area, and breakfast are unusually, tidy and well kept, the coffee is good, and the service is excellent. The airport shuttle is large, runs frequently, and is quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
Great clean rooms, the pillows are labeled firm and soft. I thought that was a nice touch. Close to the airport awesome shuttle service for the cruise. With an good breakfast while we waited.

Great location. On-call free airport shuttle service is super convenient. 10mins walking to the light rail. 7-eleven is just across the street. Breakfast is above average. For people who needs to catch early flight, they also provide grab and go light snacks and bottle water, quite consideration.
Convenient location. Nice and clean rooms
Loved staying at this place. Receptionists were very nice and helpful. Place was clean and homey. Free breakfasts, there's a nice gym and indoor pool. Not too far of a drive from where I needed to go and about 10-15 min(?) walk to the trains. Would definitely stay here next time!
Stay here 1 night for business trip - Nice clean king rooms and common areas. There were comfortable beds and nice bathroom with free breakfast. Great for a short stay.
Contemporary, up to date hotel. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast area was open and spacious. They had all of the usual breakfast offerings. An added bonus was a pancake AND a waffle maker. The waffle maker had two flavors of waffle batter... plain and banana nut. My room was extremely clean and well taken care of. Love this hotel and will come back. The hotel is super clean and smells great. It's quiet, but you can hear the sound of people in the hallway. Free parking and close to the airport. My only recommendation is to have the hotel invest in putting on the privacy screen on the windows of each room. You can literally see everything if the blinders are not close.

Location is so close to the airport but feels like it’s in a rural setting. We will definitely stay again when we are flying out of Seattle or traveling to.
Check in was smooth and the lobby is lovely. Room was adequate and spacious. I believe you get what you pay for and you are definitely paying for the park like setting and proximity to the airport! Landscaping is amazing and a welcome distraction in an otherwise lackluster location. By far one of the most expensive hotels near the airport. The “living room” treats were acceptable, chocolate malt balls...
I had an okay experience. So the grounds and building are very much the sort of thing you might expect from a country lodge getaway and yet it’s just minutes from the airport. It’s on a large piece of land effectively and thus pretty quiet which is nice. Staff are nice as well, and the atmosphere is pleasant enough. I got a deluxe room king with a balcony, and in my opinion the room is about what you...
Our visit was a wonderful experience. The staff were accommodating and polite. The spa amenities ( which is why we went - girls getaway ) were fantastic. I would definitely recommend! The "living room snacks" were a definite bonus! We loved them! The only reason I gave it four stars is because we were a little disappointed at the selection of brunch items at their restaurant ( Copperleaf ). The staff...
Loved our stay here, with one caveat. The shuttle service that all the reviews raved about took over 25 minutes to pick us up from the airport. I expected better from a place just 10 minutes away. It was definitely still better than paying for Uber but it was not super prompt. I will say the shuttles back to the airport leave on time (every half hour) so no worries getting to your flight. Everything...
Wow! Beautiful location, grounds, common areas. We loved our room, the bed, the towels, the robes, the soap and bath salts. The restaurant was delicious. The shuttle to the airport was a great perk. We enjoyed the hot tub. The complimentary snacks were delightful. This is a 5 star establishment. I've already told my travel agent for his future cruise clients! The next time we are in Seattle, ...

I am very thankful to the staff because despite I made a mistake with the reservation (all my fault), they readily help me fix it. The room was very spacious and nice: it had a small kitchen too, Everything was new and very clean. The location was convenient: walking distance from the "Westfield mall". It is also close to the Sea-tac airport and 30min by car to Seattle downtown
Great spot. The bartender (Antonio) was very helpful. He went above and beyond and didn’t expect anything in return. Front desk was friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is tasty and varies from day to day. Hot tub was hot but over-chlorinated. My eyes and chest burned after a few minutes.
Rooms are clean and modern with a full kitchen, which is amazing. They even have filtered water in the kitchen sink to keep you hydrated. The breakfast and service is fantastic and it feels like they work really hard to make sure all the guests are welcome. All the staff seem to greet everyone in the morning and afternoon. Other Marriotts may have a similar staple breakfast items, but the one here...
I genuinely like this hotel. Locale is what is it is, close to the airport, the mall, easy access to Boeing, Wizards of the Coast, etc. Breakfast is legit top-notch! The automated coffee bar is a nice touch. Gym is decent and they have a pool and hot tub for post workout. Rooms are great. Small and suite-like. It’s a single room but has everything. Small kitchenette, large TV, desk, big closet…...
The breakfast buffet is sooo good. Lots of food choices. The cleanliness is superb. The only complaint I have is the swimming pool. The water is smelly that day. Gym is excellent though.
This hotel was pleasant with clean rooms, good amenities, a great breakfast, and safe parking. The staff take tremendous pride in the breakfast spread and it shows. They are also very welcoming and greet the guests with sincerity. The team that puts out the breakfast buffet (warm and cold items) really surprised me. Very modern, comfortable hotel. Great rooftop hot tub and pool, wonderful staff. The desk chair and the lounge chair in the room are both very comfortable. Kitchenette is convenient. Aveda bath products are my favorite!
The hotel and every one working there were wonderful. The fresh fruit was delicious. The room was great. The view was meh, but the fountain was nice and relaxing to listen to, but the surrounding area views were excellent. I world definitely recommend staying here. Next time I'll bring a bikini to enjoy the top floor pool.
I spent over 10 nights here while in Seattle and cannot say enough kind things about this hotel. The king bed was ridiculously comfy. The cleaning service was top knotch and left extra tissues when I left a note about my bad allergies. The pool has a full-length section which I appreciate and the gym was what I expected. The spa is a hot tub in the pool room, unless I'm confused, but very enjoyable...
I stayed here three nights and it was very comfortable, clean, and has a good location literally walking distance to the stadium. I had a room facing the fountain and it was quiet without any city traffic noise. The front desk was also very helpful and friendly too.
Beware of the suite that 'sleeps five.' This is only true if three of the five are children who can sleep together in a king bed and the other two are a couple who are happy sharing a saggy pull-out double couch. Honest! Beware also of the parking fees; fee for one night turns out to be over $50 'with taxes and fees.' Instead park overnight next door in a lot that charges only $20. Beware of costly...
The location is right by the Safeco field. Kind of ghetto at night-don't venture on a walk too late. Make sure u bring ear plugs as there are wake up horns from the bay going off at all hours of the night. The staff are very nice and helpful and made the stay more agreeable. Nice room but the location is just all right as lots of homeless around. The parking fee isn’t reasonable($60/day). Generally it was a good hotel for the family trip.
Perfect location if you are arriving or departing by Train from the King Street Station.
The location if the hotel is fantastic. Right next to King Station ( for train traveller) and close to public transportation for local sightseeing. Breakfast is good and service is attentive.
Great location and liked the restaurant next door very much. The motel was within walking distance of many of the things one comes to Seattle to see.
I do not recommend this hotel. They represent it as a top notch hotel, but there're some cons I found: 1. There's no shower gel. There were shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no simple shower gel!!! 2. There is no electric kettles. What? Why? I do not drink coffee. I prefer hot tea. I asked at the reception twice. It was a comfortable Hotel very close to the piers and the public market. I actually wasn't at the hotel except to sleep because there was really good weather when I was visiting Seattle. I would choose this hotel again.
Everything was near by. The train took us from the airport and to the airport. It was very clean and nice. Pikes market was a 15 min walk and it was easy to find. Recommend it. If we ever come to Seattle again, we will be staying here!
Great stay It was a great stay and the room was very clean. The A/C wasn’t fully working but we opened the window and it helped but on a hot summer day it might be a problem. Employees were nice. Valet parking available but very expensive.
The location is good, only 200 to 300 meters from the train station and subway station, very convenient. There is a tea restaurant with warm service and a sense of security around the entrance
Large guest room with nice , functional & high quality furnitures . High quality window covering. Bright lighting. Bright & clean bathroom. Very friendly & polite front desk officers ( 4 of them ).

Building is filled with history, and is a quaint hotel with alot of charm. The layout is a bit unusual, having a second floor entrance/lobby and a first floor keyed entrance and restaurant. But overall it works because of the historical theme. This place is quiet and not terribly crowded, and would be best for couples looking to add a little adventure to there Seattle stay. Enjoyed thoroughly.
The Artic Club has a style that is authentic and unique, usually unseen in hotels with corporate values. I've stayed there several times and enjoy the unique room layouts. Generous and stylish. Changes are in place to support digital keys, which would help, since hauling bags up the steps on Cherry is not really fun. I am a fan of the Polar Bar.
The Ambiance of the north room was amazing! The lounge downstairs also had a great feel to it. However, the bartending staff was kind of inconsistent. One bartender didn't know if it was an open bar or not for the function we went to, and one never came back with the waters we ordered. Overall the rest of the staff was very nice and professional. It would be a nice place for a social function.
Amazing hotel! Classic early twentieth century hotel beautifully restored in 2008 with care. The Hotel has a large ballroom with classic styling. The main lobby is welcoming and warm with dark wood and leather accents. The staff are professional. When I arrived they knew that I like high floors and put me in a room on the top.floor. We stayed at The Arctic Club since it was a block away from my company's Christmas party. It made for a wonderful weekend downtown. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Great location right off freeway. Very clean rooms. The rooms have a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. The associates at check in and out seemed to be stressed. Oatmeal, granola bars and muffins were available for the the breakfast. Hot coffee and hot chocolate was also available.

10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ staff was amazing, room amazing, CLEAN (and I am picky) property amazing, bar qas beautiful, option to use their lexus AMAZING!! just very thoughtful details and I'm in love. We loved the remodel of the hotel and Marin restaurant. This is in a really good location for exploring downtown Seattle and we totally enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and met all our needs.
We came to Seattle for a wedding and stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco because we've stayed at other Kimpton Monaco's and they've been great. This was no exception. Upon arrival the hotel lobby was in the middle of some sort of remodel, but it wasn't loud, just kind of chaotic. It was resolved within a day or two. We got checked in, the folks were super nice. I got to my room and was not pleased...
The room was nice and new, and the location was great, with lobster rolls within walking distance. The only downside was parking, which was a hassle. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so valet parking is available. However, because it's on the street, there's a traffic light, so it's easy to miss it. It can also be a hassle if there's too much traffic and no place to park.
The email informed me that the hotel would make noise due to renovations. I would stay one night and leave the next day because I arrived at night, so I thought it would not have much impact, so I was not happy to change it. I didn't expect that it was not just a little renovation after I arrived, but a big fuss. There was only a small bar in the lobby, the corridor smelled like burnt wires, and the...

Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel. Great stay.

Had access to the executive lounge, which was nice, particularly during the breakfast...
Cons: unfortunately, our room's AC was broken. Luckily we could open the windows for some cool air, but that also meant hearing the sirens all day and night. The shower head had pretty low water pressure, and that's coming from someone who usually likes to turn shower pressure down. Pros: The beds and bedding were super comfortable, and the staff was SO helpful. Location is also great being right near...
The staff here are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms on the floor we were on appeared to be recently refreshed and the views are amazing. Breakfast was very good as well. Definitely will be back. Probably the only annoying thing is that the parking is expensive, but the hotel doesn't own or control the parking garage. So like many other urban areas, it is what it is. It's also a little hard...
Good sized room, fairly quiet, very clean, has a covenient tunnel to the convention center
While the rooms are clean, and the staff is super nice, attentive, and very helpful. If this was only a review of the service I'd give it a 5 star. But the rooms feel dated, aren't very soundproof, and feels like could definitely be better. The price is right... But I wish there was more.

Fantastic location close to Pike Place Markey The rooftop was smaller than expected and prices were higher than they probably should’ve been but all around great hotel stay. Super convenient location with Pike Place literally around the corner
Great place Blocks away from waterfront. Roof top has a great view. Room was a bit smaller than average but not an issue. Location makes up for it!
Find a better area to stay in Service was good, room was nice, although area the hotel is in is so dirty and unsafe that the hotel door is permanently locked and need to buzz in. Also all amenities at hotel close at 8pm which is pretty lame.
Conveniently located a half a block away from Pike Place Market, within walking distance of Seattle’s waterfront, easy access to the monorail and 25 minute walk to the Space Needle or to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park it cannot get better than this location, pet friendly facilities, rooms are always fresh smelling and ultra clean
We had a fantastic stay at The State. We liked the decor and the Ben Paris restaurant was phenomenal. The staff was excellent and gave us a great recommendation for an authentic Italian dinner. Being so close to Pike’s Place Market is a bonus. We will definitely be back to stay at The State Hotel.
How can I describe it? I stayed for three nights and upgraded to a water view room. I was immediately stunned by the beauty of Seattle. Everything exceeded my expectations. I look forward to coming back on my next trip.

Beautiful and modern hotel located within easy walking distance of everything Seattle. Restaurants and shops directly out the doors, 5 minutes to pikes place market, and an easy walk to the stadiums. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else for the price and easy location. It is on 5th street so there is a bit of an uphill walk. If you have limited mobility, you may want to stay closer to 1st or 2nd street...
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean except for a small deodorant made up in the bed. Staff were very helpful and their restaurant was very good
Very Good location Good services Clean room and facilities
Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Motif Seattle. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and visiting Pike Place market. The room was spacious—a bit dated, but that’s pretty typical for American hotels. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Jamie for looking after a Hilton Honors member and generously extending benefits like discounted...
Excellent location from market, SAM, two blocks from the monorail and lite rails. Across the street from two of the best cafes in the city. Facility is modern with great views of the sounds. Only complaint is pricing, demand must have been high while we were in town, easily paid over 50% more than I should have.
RESET YOUR EXPECTATIONS: The Hilton Motif is rated a 4-star hotel but it’s closer to a 2-star. We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 pm after a six hour flight and had reservations for two rooms. The two rooms were ready but the front desk representative said there was an extra $25 fee per room for early check in. She said hotel check in is 4:00 pm. I responded what’s the difference if the rooms are...

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks,...
Good location and walkable to key attractions. However, the rude front desk staff made the experience horrible. Will not stay at this hotel again
The bath tub is clogged during our first day here. We called the room service and the staff quickly came here and fixed everything. I am giving 5/5 for the service. The view outside the window is nice.
Good location. Very clean room. Walking distance to Pike place, waterfront, restaurants, coffee shops, etc
The room and bed are one of the reasons why we stay at this Sheraton . The king size bed is so comfortable and the room is very spacious.
Locations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.

staff were friendly, accommodating, kind & enthusiastic. Room was of great standard. location is perfect.
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. While in Seattle were the homeless rates are a little high you don’t see many around this area and your right of the pike place market and art museum. Very nice conference room and roof top lounge area, great selection of drinks in the room fridge and incredibly clean rooms, gym and lounge. The people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful.
Historically we have used the Ace and Kimpton chains. The Thompson Seattle was new experience. We were not disappointed. The staff were always enthusiastic and professional. This extends from front desk, to valets, to cleaning staff and to staff working both ground floor and roof top bar. We felt the design and standard of maintenance of the hotel's rooms and common areas was excellent. We will...
Had a great stay! Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were great. Could not beat the location. Would definitely stay again. Worth the price.

Tried to get an upgraded room in advance as I was proposing there the said I’d get the best room they had, which ended up not happening and I just got the room I paid for. Staff at the front desk was amazing specifically Michael! The location in the city is amazing and so close to a ton of cool places.

We stayed here before cruise departure. Beds were HORRIBLE!!! If you have a bad back or are 40+ yrs, the bed is not good unless you like super soft, no support. Night agent during check in hardly looked at us and was not friendly at 9pm checkin on 10/4. Ate dinner in the restaurant. Food was good but overpriced which was somewhat expected with proximity to the market. Mary, server in the restaurant...
An exceptional hospitality experience at The Charter on our "short" Seattle weekend trip. We arrived early and the staff accommodate our requests in a very warm welcoming way. The rooms are TOP NOTCH! There is not much city-view from the room due to the neighboring buildings, the hotel however is placed in the heart of Pike Marketplace and walkable to almost all attractions in downtown. The room was...
Absolutely loved our stay at The Charter Hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 9am with the expectation that our room wouldn’t be ready yet, but were pleasantly surprised when we were able to go up to it immediately. The front desk team is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely with beautiful lighting, comfortable beds, and ample charge ports. Additionally, the shower was one of the best...
Stayed for one night post cruise. Great location to pike market and easily walkable. Also not a bad walk to the pier. After dark it gets a bit sketchy but that’s all of Seattle. Great service from the front desk staff especially Sara and Sarah. Rooms are very spacious with a huge bathroom and were very clean. Easily fit our family is 4. Bit pricey but worth it for what we got.
TV was well-positioned. The bathroom set up with a separate toilet room was very good. Location walking distance to restaurants, night life great!
One of the nicer hotel rooms I’ve stayed in during my travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking me in and out. Parking was an issue, it says valet but the place where you would pull up was full so I had to do a loop around a few blocks to get back on track. Luckily if you go down the road a half a block or so there is a garage that was adequate. Big perk of this place is its within...
