Customer service is excellent. We thought the breakfast buffet was included but then got the $55 bill for 2 people. Not really worth it for the quality of the buffet. Definitely choose the Starbucks inside for your breakfast needs instead. Shuttle to and from airport is a great component of the stay. The lobby and common areas are lovely, but the rooms were dated and not that nice.

We stayed one night and found the room to be clean and tidy. There was no complimentary breakfast offered. We waited quite a long time for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport terminal, but the next morning, the shuttle bus left promptly on time to return us to the terminal. I found this hotel the morning of my flight and it was the best decision ever. It's about 10 minutes away and comes with an airport shuttle. We had the nicest gentlemen (go figure, I can't remember his name) check us in. He gave us directions (because you need it). All around nice quality hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The front desk service was simple and fast and we had no issues. We made the mistake of walking there from the airport because we were in a rush but we learned there are specific shuttle buses to the airport that leave from the hotel every 15m on the dot.

We were stranded in the storm that went through America during Christmas time and i were very impress to got rooms for our party of 6 adults. We only stayed one night and it was close to the airport and also had a shuttle service which made it very convenient.

Hotel is old and a bit run down. Very noisy and you can hear everything that others are doing above you if you are on the 1st floor, and I mean everything. The great thing is it is very close to Seatac and they offer a shuttle. Long term parking is cheap. If you don't mind a sub-par room for a night to get cheap parking, then this is the place for you.

Old but clean hotel. Got a good deal for 1 night stay and a week's worth of parking. Very close to SeaTac. Very noisy. I didn't sleep well due to traffic noise and the fact you can hear every footstep in the room above. Probably won't stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 dogs during a home remodel emergency, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The hotel is a little dated but don't let that scare you away. The room was very very clean and the bed was fantastic, great pillows. Front desk help and the shuttle went out of their way to make our transport and arrival from seatac go very smoothly. Very nice hotel located near airport. They have a shuttle 24 hours a day to transport to and from airport. They were able to set up a transfer with Seattle shuttle express to and from Carnival cruise port for us. We also were given a certificate for free appetizer at restaurant next door. Stayed at Coast Gateway Hotel for my 12 hour layover on NYE. I'm meticulous about cleanliness in general -the hotel was clean! Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and in good condition. Pool was a nice size and very warm. Only negative was no one seemed to be patrolling the pool area. Loved our stay here, with one caveat. The shuttle service that all the reviews raved about took over 25 minutes to pick us up from the airport. I expected better from a place just 10 minutes away. Room was great! Comfortable and quiet. Loses a star because the website said the shuttle ran 24 hours and it stops at 11pm so we had to pay for an Uber from the airport. And the breakfast flow is bad, causing confusion for the guests.

This Hampton Inn was a huge upgrade to the last one I stayed at. It was more modern and clean. The bed was even more comfortable. It did squeak a lot when I first got in. I'm not sure if this is common, but the walls still seem thin. I could hear my neighbor's whole phone conversation. Overall a much better experience checking in and staying. I would stay here again.

It's fine. If you need a bed near the airport, this is your stop. The parking lot and the neighborhood are both pretty sketchy and the rooms are closets (think, like, a curtain against a wall serving as a closet). But the staff were friendly and the rate was reasonable, so, like I said. It's fine.

Stayed 2 nights on business. Perfect and very reasonably priced, clean, safe and comfortable. The free breakfast is good enough otherwise IHOP is across the parking lot. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area but would definitely stay here again as ample spots to park my 18' truck.

A clean room, comfortable bed, near the airport, at a reasonable price. If that's what you're looking for, this place has it. If you're want ANYTHING else, look elsewhere. No amenities, no attractions nearby (other than the airport), terrible! breakfast. But it does have a great view of the IHOP next door, which probably has a slightly better breakfast.

My stay was fine but I was scoping this hotel out for a future stay when I travel with my dog. Everything online says it’s a pet friendly hotel as well as every sleep inn I’ve been to being pet friendly. But when I checked in, it was made very clear to me that they don’t accept pets. Please fix your online marketing and make it clear that you are not a pet friendly hotel.

Great service, located in a quiet neighbourhood with great access to a few restaurants, mom and pop stores and Angel Lake light rail station.
