Customer service is excellent. We thought the breakfast buffet was included but then got the $55 bill for 2 people. Not really worth it for the quality of the buffet. Definitely choose the Starbucks inside for your breakfast needs instead. Shuttle to and from airport is a great component of the stay. The lobby and common areas are lovely, but the rooms were dated and not that nice.

Our room was pretty clean when we arrived, although there weren’t enough towels & cloths. It was only 2 of us in a king room. Everything in the room was pretty aged, the carpet was coming up. We stayed one night and found the room to be clean and tidy. There was no complimentary breakfast offered. We waited quite a long time for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport terminal, but the next morning, the shuttle bus left promptly on time to return us to the terminal. I found this hotel the morning of my flight and it was the best decision ever. It's about 10 minutes away and comes with an airport shuttle. We had the nicest gentlemen (go figure, I can't remember his name) check us in. He gave us directions (because you need it). We didn't spend much time in the room, but the time we did, our view was of the airport and it was great! I really did enjoy this hotel...

Staff is friendly, rooms are dated. Possibly the most confusing floor plan I’ve ever seen — bring walking shoes and keep your map with you!

We booked and paid prior to arrival. I reserved a room with 2kings and there would be four in the room. We were told we had a room with pool view. We did not. The bathroom door when closed afforded a view of toilet & anyone sitting on it. We had to use bar soap which is gross.

Convenient location to airport, restaurant, free shuttle to airport, friendly staff.

Excellent location to walk to/from airport via train station. This convenience is why I chose the Hilton.

This is quite an aged hotel. The rooms were dark n dust can be seen on some of the furniture n fittings in the room. The bathroom shower tap came off. There was a pillow with orange stains on it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will not stay there again.

I paid the whole amount for 2 nights when I made a reservation through Trip.com (as the immediate payment was condition on the site). When checking in, I gave the hotel my credit card information for the security purpose (which is totally normal), however I noticed that I was doubled charged for the accomodation fee after I left the hotel. Please cancel the latter accomodation fee as soon as possible...

Easy check in and check out. Shuttle service to Sea-Tac got us there in about 15 minutes. Room was clean and had a microwave and mini fridge. The free breakfast was great! It kept us satisfied until we got home to Atlanta.

Flew in a day early for an Alaskan cruise, and they let us check in early, which was awesome. FD was amazing, housekeeping rocks! Breakfast was delicious, and of course, it's nice to have shuttle pick up that is a major plus.

This is an excellent holiday inn location, and I travel a lot, experiencing many hotels and other holiday inn locations. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms, comment area, and breakfast are unusually, tidy and well kept, the coffee is good, and the service is excellent. The airport shuttle is large, runs frequently, and is quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

Great location. On-call free airport shuttle service is super convenient. 10mins walking to the light rail. 7-eleven is just across the street. Breakfast is above average. For people who needs to catch early flight, they also provide grab and go light snacks and bottle water, quite consideration.

Love this hotel and will come back. The hotel is super clean and smells great. It's quiet, but you can hear the sound of people in the hallway. Free parking and close to the airport. My only recommendation is to have the hotel invest in putting on the privacy screen on the windows of each room. You can literally see everything if the blinders are not close.

The food at the restaurant was very good! The bedroom was very spacious and water was hot. Free wifi worked and airport shuttle was almost on time.

My flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

Loved our stay here, with one caveat. The shuttle service that all the reviews raved about took over 25 minutes to pick us up from the airport. I expected better from a place just 10 minutes away. We checked in the late evening after our flight. Easy check in, night window service was great. She was friendly and a great attitude and helped us quickly. Was able to get a room on the outside part downstairs. The desk people were nice and helpful. The location was nice and quiet with a gas station and java place within walking distance. Other food restaurants were with 15 min or less by car. The room was nice and clean. And it was a big plus that we were able to bring our husky on our travels.

The hotel and every one working there were wonderful. The fresh fruit was delicious. The room was great. The view was meh, but the fountain was nice and relaxing to listen to, but the surrounding area views were excellent. I world definitely recommend staying here. I spent over 10 nights here while in Seattle and cannot say enough kind things about this hotel. The king bed was ridiculously comfy. The cleaning service was top knotch and left extra tissues when I left a note about my bad allergies. The pool has a full-length section which I appreciate and the gym was what I expected. The spa is a hot tub in the pool room, unless I'm confused, but very enjoyable...

I stayed here three nights and it was very comfortable, clean, and has a good location literally walking distance to the stadium. I had a room facing the fountain and it was quiet without any city traffic noise. The front desk was also very helpful and friendly too.

Beware of the suite that 'sleeps five.' This is only true if three of the five are children who can sleep together in a king bed and the other two are a couple who are happy sharing a saggy pull-out double couch. Honest! Beware also of the parking fees; fee for one night turns out to be over $50 'with taxes and fees.' Instead park overnight next door in a lot that charges only $20. Beware of costly...

The location is right by the Safeco field. Kind of ghetto at night-don't venture on a walk too late. Make sure u bring ear plugs as there are wake up horns from the bay going off at all hours of the night. The staff are very nice and helpful and made the stay more agreeable. Very basic hotel, very old pretty building. It is within walking distance to quite a few things. Right up the road, there is this awesome park, right up the road. There is no parking, and the hotel is kinda musty.

It's OK, the transportation is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to get to the hotel after getting off Line 1. It's not far from Pike Market, about a little more than 10 minutes walk. The environment around the hotel is OK and quite quiet.

Everything was near by. The train took us from the airport and to the airport. It was very clean and nice. Pikes market was a 15 min walk and it was easy to find. Recommend it. If we ever come to Seattle again, we will be staying here!

Great stay It was a great stay and the room was very clean. The A/C wasn’t fully working but we opened the window and it helped but on a hot summer day it might be a problem. Employees were nice. Valet parking available but very expensive.

Building is filled with history, and is a quaint hotel with alot of charm. The layout is a bit unusual, having a second floor entrance/lobby and a first floor keyed entrance and restaurant. But overall it works because of the historical theme. This place is quiet and not terribly crowded, and would be best for couples looking to add a little adventure to there Seattle stay. Enjoyed thoroughly.

The Artic Club has a style that is authentic and unique, usually unseen in hotels with corporate values. I've stayed there several times and enjoy the unique room layouts. Generous and stylish. Changes are in place to support digital keys, which would help, since hauling bags up the steps on Cherry is not really fun. I am a fan of the Polar Bar.

The Ambiance of the north room was amazing! The lounge downstairs also had a great feel to it. However, the bartending staff was kind of inconsistent. One bartender didn't know if it was an open bar or not for the function we went to, and one never came back with the waters we ordered. Overall the rest of the staff was very nice and professional. We stayed at The Arctic Club since it was a block away from my company's Christmas party. It made for a wonderful weekend downtown. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was great, the hotel has a great atmosphere that you don't find in many places. The only draw back was a lackluster view from our room.

Great location right off freeway. Very clean rooms. The rooms have a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. The associates at check in and out seemed to be stressed. Oatmeal, granola bars and muffins were available for the the breakfast. Hot coffee and hot chocolate was also available.

Very good location and best place to stay in Bellevue area. Front desk is super nice and specially Souzan was very helpful in getting us a super nice room here. Got a chance to stay there second time and manager there managed to give us nice room with amenities. Breakfast they serve had a good selection and it’s always tasty n warm

A *very* high end hotel tucked away in between some of downtown Seattle's tallest skyscrapers. Lotte Hotel Seattle offers 189 luxury rooms and shares the F5 building with the F5 Networks offices. If you might be worried about encountering homeless folks during your stay at Lotte, you are in luck, because for whatever reason they don't frequent the area around the F5 tower at all. Enjoy!

The hotel's location is convenient, but it is situated right next to the highway, resulting in a high level of noise from the constant traffic. Additionally, the hotel charges $50USD per night for parking with in-and-out privileges. I absolutely love Hotel Vintage! The staff are all very friendly, the rooms are incredibly clean, social hour from 5-6pm is always so fun, and the restaurant has an energized atmosphere. Location offers walkability throughout the city. Pets are welcome AND they have parking! Highly recommend!

Really convenient location for a downtown concert (Lumen Field). Check in and check out was very smooth. Not a deal breaker, but the walls between rooms are a bit on the thin side.

Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda. The staff was fantastic!! Friendly, engaging, helpful and all-star.

Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. Overall a great hotel. The location is wonderful. A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. Our room was a corner room. You must get a corner room. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music. It's very very LOUD. It doesn't go late but just a warning.

I've stayed here several times. The front desk is always helpful and courteous. This past stay I got a great room on the 23rd floor. Fitness room is small, but equipment is state of the art and robust. Parking is pricey, but the central location is great. The Seattle public library is also next door.

The hotel is good for us. And safe. The receptionist was very professional. There was a tall boy with a full beard who was very handsome. He added me as a member and upgraded my room type for free. I will definitely come again on my next business trip. Oh, okay one more.. Nice view from window.

Hotel is clean and presentable. Room is big for a couple. Toilet and bath is newly renovated with all you need for a bathroom. Large TV with working table. We we're given a room with a great view of I-5. Located 10mins away from Pike Place Market.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. And it frequently lands on top lists for various reasons, whether that's for it's two seriously cool bar/lounge areas, for it's status as Seattle's oldest functioning hotel, or for it's internationally known hauntings on the fourth floor. This place is just cool. And it's really affordable, which is the icing on the cake. Also, the staff are lovely.

We had a wonderful experience. We walked everywhere from this location. The complimentary wine hour was an unexpected pleasure from 5-6 pm. The reception staff and valets were especially kind and helpful. The hotel has a luxurious feel a touch of history. We will definitely staff here again.

Amazing food at Goldfinch. I was at the Four Seasons for a Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra fundraiser recently, and the service was impeccable and the food super yummy. I've never visited the spa personally but I have many friends who have and I hear it's fantastic. You just can't go wrong with the Four Seasons.

We had a couples massage at the spa. They took great care of us for the night. Robes and slippers are provided right away with access to the steam rooms up until our massage.
