Location was fantastic!! Neighborhood was great, so many cool places around and right next to the city center.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are clean and big. The space in these rooms is wonderful for the price. The only downside is the gym. Some of the equipment didn't work and they're missing some dumbbells. The pool is also closed for Refurbishment, but looks like it'd be a blast to swim in. Other than that, is definitely stay here again!

This is the worst hotel
Their hot water tank is broken so you can’t take a hot or even slightly warm shower (it’s been the entire weekend). Nobody even mentioned this to us when we checked in (they knew) bc when we called down to ask why the water was so cold they let us know the hot water tank was broken.
Also, the floorboard next to the bed fell off laying facedown exposing many long nails that could have easily been stepped on in the dark.
Overall a terrible experience.

Nice hotel close to attractions. The room had 2 beds which are advertised as Queens but they felt more like doubles. The pillows were really great though for hotel pillows. They offer free breakfast in the morning, they did have hot and cold options.

Decent hotel not too far from downtown. Rooms are ok but reflect that the hotel dates back several decades.
Service is limited and the staff seems too stretched to provide quality service.
3 stars ⭐ might be slightly exaggerated and depending on the room rate, there are definitely better options around.

Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down.
The room was fine, but what really made this place special was the staff. From the woman working overnight on Dec 23rd especially, but also everyone else - I've just never been so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of a hotel staff like this before!

Hearty breakfast each morning, and large room with lots of space. Location is convenient to First Hill and Seattle Center.

It was very clean and the breakfast was good. The rooms are big and a two bed room with a couch can easily fit 5 people. Highly recommend.

Truly an excellent location for all downtown related activities. So easy to get to from the north end. Bus 26 takes you directly from Northgate P&R to the hotel. Avoid the parking fee, and they have shuttle services to most parts of downtown. Great rooms and breakfast. Love it.

Nice location. Very helpful and nice service. Breakfasts great as well. Lot to choose from. Definitely recommend.
