The room was bigger than I expected. The location was very convenient, right next to George Washington University and only three or four minutes' walk from Foggy Bottom subway station. The hotel has quite a lot of staff (working in shifts) but they are all very friendly. When I arrived in the evening, a black lady named Michelle was there, very welcoming and lovely. One time I bought a muffin in a hotel, and when I went to the front desk to pay, she was answering a customer call, so she made a gesture to me. I thought she meant that she had put it on the bill, but later she told me that the small muffin was a gift from her. It's a little touch that makes one feel at home! The only downside to the hotel is that there is no restaurant, no hot food and no breakfast.

The room is good, clean, and spacious. The location is also good, close to the subway and tourist area, within walking distance! The only downside is that there is no adapter at the front desk and the hotel does not provide breakfast! Please contact the hotel to make it easier for more tourists to choose and provide more help. "On the first day, I was uncomfortable using the end room, which is far from the elevator, but I had a comfortable time because the room was replaced the next day. The location was quiet and comfortable, but it was a pity that there were not enough convenient facilities around."

I book a room with 2 queens bads , we received 1 double bad plus a couch , no linen bad for couch, no pilows.
At bothroom , towels just for 2 persons and all needs soup...blablabla just for one person.
At small bar just 2 pot cofee, 1 tee, no sugar , no cream....
When we ask about thay sad please cone down at lobe and we will provided.....is not normal for any hotel this kind of treatment clients.
Not a great facilities of food...and the prices hight....

Bed was comfy and location is good. Right by the silver line which links IAD airport. Within George Washington University so it’s pretty safe and a Whole Foods is pretty nearby.

+ Right next to convenient metro and near excellent restaurants, walkable to Georgetown. Bed big and comfortable, nice staff, clean throughout. All very clean. Very nice staff. Helpful.- Nothing - it was great.
