The hotel is located in a great spot, just across the street from Capital One Arena and a short walk from many of the city's most popular attractions. The suite itself was spacious and beautifully appointed
Great hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful building, comfortable rooms. If there were one negative, it'd be the quality of the internet. Not great.
I recently stayed in the Mediterranean Suite at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Washington, DC
However, I think that was all over Washington DC based on some of the water we had at restaurants. If the rooms, were in the $200 a night range it probably would have been okay. But we paid closer to $400 a night
We were here for several days a couple of weeks ago. It is walking distance from the Capitol Mall and from the Museum of American Art. It has also walking distance to Ford's Theater
The hotel is in an old building that has been remodeled. Overall, it is an okay place to stay but it is quite expensive. The restaurant is very expensive

The service and staff were great! Second time staying here to attend a 3 day seminar and the experience has been always outstanding. The food at the restaurant is really good, specially the octopus
The staff was exceptional; the architecture is beautiful and myself as well as everyone I traveled with were treated like royalty. The rooms were spotless, a restaurant and bar is downstairs
The young guy helping to set the table and clean was also super kind and always with a big smile. These great humans made our experience better than ever ❤
It would be great if they were open till midnight or 11pm at least. They close at 10pm and during these trips you want to keep the socializing longer
Last but not least I would like to give an accolade to Feshua !the server at the restaurant, she went up and above to take care of our requests
The entire experience at Arlington Capital View was a dream. This is one of the best services I’ve ever received at a Hotel

helpful staff, beautiful pool, located in a quiet area with many restaurants nearby. parking is $50 a night, which sucks, but the valet takes good care of your car
Bruce, the night manager is amazing! I rented two rooms - he helped me a lot, great. The only downside was the lack of exhaust fans in the showers, which forced us to change the first room to one less humid
The hotel was very nice! Our room was huge and very clean. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to us. The hotel isn't a far walk from the metro and near so many things to do in the area
Very nice hotel with an absolutely excellent bar and bartenders! The rooms themselves are gorgeous and big, and at least mine included a lovely robe for use during the stay
Very convenient location and the room was nice. Staff was pleasant especially Key at the front desk. She was very nice and welcoming, her customer service was exceptional
From helping me with what’s around the area to getting around the hotel. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back

Ah by the way in case it matters, I took a room without kitchen
Lots of room for spreading out. You can drop your postcards from the mail chute on any floor, which was pretty cool. The only issue we had was the legs on the pullout sofa were worn out and wouldn’t stay put
The staff were very friendly, patient, and worked hard to make our stay good! Omer the doorman was cool, friendly and helpful! The little café is great for an early breakfast to start the day, and it also has good lunch options and a kid's menu
Staying at the State Plaza Hotel was a great experience for my family!! We were in DC for vacation and wanted a clean, good hotel but not too fancy or pretentious and in a central location with easy walking to DC museums and sites
State met our expectations! The room was a suite, and very clean with a nice bathroom, and a TV. The best part about the room was definitely the kitchen
The garage is super well attended, everything stays on lockdown for safety, cvs next door, and there’s dining on site

Also there is no pool or complimentary breakfast. Otherwise hotel was clean but in my opinion not worth it for the price. Wish I knew about all of this before I booked, I would’ve bought a better hotel for $500
We had a great experience with this hotel. Our stay was short due to a layover at the airport. We got in late, but the shuttle still picked us up. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodated us well
Access to the airport was five minutes away. This hotel has to be the best in town. We were at our nieces graduation and we will be back next May for our younger nieces graduation as well
This hotel was exceptionally clean. Parking was covered and easy access. We room serviced one night and the food was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our five day stay Memorial Day weekend
This was nice because we had been in airports all day and were very tired. We left early that morning and the shuttle didn’t miss a beat in getting us back to the airport on time
Great place to stay near Regan Airport. Easy to get to, has its own parking.

The only "negatives" I noticed were parking and many items that use to come standard in the rooms like liquid dish detergent and extra papertowels and coffee for the coffeemaker you now have to request at the desk
The cons, they don't have a pool and it does take a good fifteens minutes via cab to get to all the museums & memorials. It takes around 30 -40 minutes or so via metro. Overall very happy with my stay
Recommended! Note: As of time of writing, there is currently some construction going on next to the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper and/or not an early riser you may want to ask for a room facing away from the construction site
Staff was very helpful and even let us store our luggage for a few days while we went on domestic travel before an international flight
We were so happy with this hotel we stayed here twice. Breakfast bar is good and something we looked forward to in the mornings
They start at about 7am, and you can definitely hear it

The TV in our room was not working when we arrived. After we reported this to the front desk and they apologized for the inconvenience, they had maintenance up in the room in less than 10 minutes and the TV was fixed
I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! Only stayed one night. The check in was smooth and easy
The only Holiday Inn in Crystal City, located at the Southern end of the main strip. It's an older property, but they've made a good effort to maintain it and keep it in good shape
Staff helpful and nice, my luggage was missing so they helped me out. Free coffee and 5 dollar happy hour. Nice location and unexpectedly super nice atmosphere. Well decorated and I like the red glass wall
Impressive for a poor 21 year old with no luggage. Nice holiday Inn Crystal city!
It doesn't have all of the luxuries as some of the higher in brands, but then again, the price was right as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful anytime we asked anything of them

Great hotel in a convenient location. I have stayed here several times and am always impressed with the quality of my stay. The staff in the executive lounge is outstanding, every one of them
Washington DC Arlington Hilton is very nice. Parking is worth the $20 overnight fee they charge. They allow in/out privilagedNot very easy to find overnight free street parking around this area
Probably my favorite Hilton location around DC now. The customer service was great. The breakfast was great and had a real selection that was actually included. The executive lounge was nice
the rooms themselves are very spacious, and the amenities were super awesome! My family mentioned that the staff here really went out of their way to make their stay special
Whats more, the metro station is located right downstairs, so we were all able to travel downtown to see the fireworks without the hassle of driving or searching for parking
Perfect location on top of Ballston metro, and next to multiple restaurants. Basic breakfast buffet was provided (eggs, sausage, fruit, pancakes, bagels, etc

Great for subway access and lots of great restaurants. The pool was the main reason we booked here. We wanted to get back after a day of site seeing and have a swim. However they wouldn't let us in after 5 pm
Our room was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The shower had fantastic water pressure, which was a nice bonus. The location couldn't be better, with a farmers market right next door on Sundays
Very sweet staff on the roof top, very nice at the restaurant, rooms are very clean, so housekeeping is very carrying and would never knock if the do not disturb sign is on the door. Just little things that count
I actually never end up working out at hotels but since the gym was so nice I worked out there twice in 24 hours. The basement had fun activities like ping pong and foosball
We just spent two wonderful nights at this hotel and had the best stay! The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was outstanding and room service was impressively fast
We also loved the thoughtful touch of friendship bracelets they gave us at check in! We loved that the gym was open 24/7 and kept clean

how do you eat on a budget at this spot in town, with no time to spare, at 11pm? Well, the room service is quick and unbelievably cheap for the area ($14 pasta and meatball marinara delivered to your room, plus $5 delivery charge for the whole order)
Huge conference venue, awesome service and support by hotel staff. Executive lounge offers yummy snacks and breakfasts. Flora and her team go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable
Gorgeous gardens!!! Always love this hotel. Its the second convention I have done and stayed in for. The breakfast is amazing, just the best I have ever had at a hotel
They couldn't get it open and ended up having to break it to get us back in the room. It took a little while for the guy to get there, but after he did he was fairly quick about getting the situation taken care of
There is a sauna, which is great, but one of the highest perks is the vintage decor throughout many wings of the place and the overall fantastic job at decorating and apportioning rooms
Sometimes the stairwells are wet though, because they have the ice machines right in front of the stairwell entrance, so water gets tracked in and it can be slippery

They kept me in the same room, they made sure I had plenty of towels and soap and every morning there was hot coffee and a bagel. I felt very safe and welcomed there as I dealt with my family drama
Good price for location next to metro station and clean room (take off 1 stsr for smell too much floor product and humidity) We were family with 2 kids, had more towels when asked, staff correct
The room, sheets, towels, and bathroom were clean and no bedbugs lol. The experience is good for what we paid
I stayed here for almost 3 weeks when my mom was in the hospital and they were very good to me. The manager, Hailey, was so accommodating as I had to keep renewing my reservation, unsure how long I would be there
Thank you, Hailey, and your amazing staff!
And the coffee is watery and no automatic entrance door that has a small up incline to get up too. One of the desk staff apologized and explained for not having an elevator. The permit they applied for was turned down

No pool, no huge lobby with a glowing fireplace in the middle and giant TVs with comfortable couches and tables and furniture to kick back and relax and lounge around in
I had a great stay here! The rooms are very safe because the hallway and stairs are indoors. The staff are all very responsive, professional, and kind; they really took note of my requests and I felt so valued as a guest
Kim and Hiro were especially amazing! The bed/sheets were very comfortable, and there was great water pressure/hot water with a bowed shower curtain rod for more room in the shower
There were a few little signs of previous patches on the wall but it's not a big deal at all; it's an older building but it has everything you need for a comfortable and affordable stay
The bus stop is right outside, and to head into DC it's just a bit further down to bus to the subway. It's the best value for a tourist on a budget
But the actual bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, provided what needed to be provided, the hotel itself seemed to be safe and in a decent area, the desk staff were nice and knowledge and even made change for me [since I guess the local bus didn't give change for your fare]

Just plain and simply a very nice hotel. Excellent service and a positive attitude from everyone. A doorman named Frank who is top notch. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Price is what you'd expect for this part of DC
A very nice hotel, with friendly staff. I stayed here for a conference. The State Department had a briefing while I was staying, so part of the hotel was on lockdown while some foreign officials came in a side door
Had a very pleasant stay at the Mayflower. Have have very good experiences as a Titanium Marriott member at the Autograph collection of hotels. Our 2 rooms were upgraded to a spacious suite and a deluxe King
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotel rooms head to. ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort there and they had the best rates anywhere! Great service, great rooms and the best place for a quiet luxury getaway in DC
The restaurant, Edgar (after the infamous FBI director) was excellent for breakfast and they provide a $54 per room per night credit for breakfast since they didn’t have a lounge
The hotel and staff were top-notch, and we loved the rich history surrounding the place. Rooms could use a little updating, but they were clean and full of character

West wing rooms have better views than East wing
In general visual/audio equipment is high quality (there was one room where we had a really tough time hearing each other). Hotel catered food is wonderful. Cafe has adequate breakfast options
Awesome Property in DC, especially for a summer visit. Breakfast in the restaurant is delicious. There is also an option for lovely outdoor dining on the patio overlooking the garden
We were received and registered efficiently. Room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Appreciated the in room refrigerator. There are many good restaurants in walking distance
I was here for a week for a business conference. Meeting spaces are nice with cathedral ceilings, interesting architecture details, and chandeliers
Building is aging; floors creek, some meeting rooms have a slight odor. One of my colleagues had mice in her room, but my room was nice

Never in my life has a valet come to the car. I was parked in to mention there is a parking spot in front of their hotel that I can park in to pick up my boss. Hands-down acting like a human like this makes me wanna cry
I come here yearly. The staff is consistently pleasant and helpful. The rooms are always clean. Pillows are really too soft for my liking...but many would not mind.
I’ve stayed before but never left a review, but that’s not what this is about. What excellent service provided by the valet parkers and its management
Love it here. What do you expect it's like in the heart of the city. Not far from Union Station, H. Street N.E. Eats and more. Near the subway and off 395 and the Hyatt offers great service. This is a place to visit.
Yep you read that correctly this review is for how great the valets are. As a business professional tasked with needing to drive my boss around DC finding parking to pick up is never easy
The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were clean and fresh. The location of the hotel made the value of the fees well worth it. Walking distance to all things DC

Rooms are nice with fridges and safes. Great view from the higher floors. Only drawback was the outdoor pool was covered but inside was open. Would definitely stay again!
I love that it has a shuttle to the airport and for anyone who is interested in sightseeing. There is a tunnel connected to the hotel that leads to restaurants and the metro
Only issue is if you park with the hotel each night is $42 , I didn't like that at all. So please try to find a public parking 🅿️ or get dropped off by the shuttle instead. Food was amazing a little on high end
This included the front desk staff as well as house keeping and other employees I interacted with during my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet and subsequently my sleep was very good
This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area
Clean hotel with easy access to all DC-area offerings, whether business or personal. Best fitness facility in a hotel I've ever seen/used. Love the super easy access to the Metro

Hands down, this Ritz has some of the best hospitality I have ever received from a hotel. Competent, professional, and friendly front staff. Any issue I had, management went above and beyond to address and triage
Fantastic stay at Ritz - Pentagon City! Our Valet, Ed, was so welcoming and accommodating upon arrival. He continued to be a bright face throughout our stay; greeting us by name each time we interacted
I had the privilege of meeting Sonia, one of the concierge’s in the Club Lounge, as well as Fernando of security. Not only were they professional and pleasant, just overall amazing service
The bed was so comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. Don’t skimp on the Club Lounge - worth every penny! Thank you for a lovely stay! We’ll be back!
I’ll be coming back to DC for the next few months for both work and play and will absolutely stay here again. Stop reading this and book your stay now!!
The rooms were surprisingly small for the price, I'm assuming because it was booked in a deal with the event but at least we had great privacy which was great great great ;)

Fantastic stay! Location is amazing, less than a block away from 2 Metro lines and close to the actual White House. It was like having our own apartment in DC. Beds were comfy and the room was quiet
Super comfortable and convenient to both Farragut West station for orange, silver and blue lines as well as Farragut North station for red line. Many nice restaurants and cafeteria within walking distance
We had a great experience at AKA White House! The apartment was great, better and bigger than we were expecting. Great appliances, comfortable bed, quality bed linens and great friendly staff
For sure we recommend this place and we definitely would come back and stay here
There was a very limited range of pots, pans and utensils, so forget cooking anything more than breakfast or pasta. The toaster only worked on one side, there was no hand soap or dishwashing soap for the kitchen
This amounts to a hidden charge, which is really unfortunate considering the proper alternative is to use a hold amount on the credit card. Poor customer experience and the response from the hotel is that this is policy

Beautiful hotel! I didn't get a chance to use the gym, I fell asleep. But the restaurant had good food and the service was good. The room was beautiful and beyond clean.
Had a 4-day stay with my husband for an event. Here is a honest review: Good: 1. Good location with good restaurants nearby 2. Staff are friendly and kind and always try to accommodate your request 3
Stayed at this hotel for a convention and they were awesome! There were two conventions going on at once but they did not miss a beat! Beautiful pool and REALLY nice gym! The ballrooms and conference areas are downstairs as to not disturb the other patrons! Food at the restaurant was really good and seating is plentiful
Rooms are a bit more expensive than what I would have paid at Hilton but the hotel and services was worth it for me. For a trip once every two months not a bad price
The service at hotel is excellent for what I need from a hotel. The early check in without added fees and the shuttle service to and from airport is very convenient
I experienced issues with my WiFi but I would attribute that to the influx of traffic with all the people!

Hopefully this is the first of many visits. A metro station is a few steps away. We were able to get a bottle of wine and popcorn in the lobby and at Starbucks. Our visit was the worst and the best
The kids enjoyed the salt water pool every evening and had a blast! The room we stayed in was very family friendly as they had doors that could connect our room to the family we were traveling with so at the end of the day the kids could watch a movie in the same room while the adults hung out and making plans for the next day in another room
Early check-in with a baby and late check-out are allowed. The hotel is also in a great location. There is a garage across the street that costs $20 for 24 hours and allows you to get in and out
The beds are not king size, they are full size and it was a bit uncomfortable for me and my husband. Apart from this, the staff are very friendly and do their best to help if we need anything
Due to the pandemic, many institutions were closed (most of the Smithsonian Institutions). We liked EVERYTHING that was opened with Ease. As a family trip, it's a 10
Great location down town. Very close to a metro station. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds very comfortable. Pricing was reasonable compared to other hotels.
