Beautiful hotel with phenomenal amenities. Hotel is always clean and bright and the staff are plentiful and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. There are restaurants and coffee shops in house and drop off and pick up is orderly, well staffed and efficient. I look forward to my next visit.

I was in town for business and stayed at this property. The hotel staff definitely focuses on the personal touches and it shows. I did not stay in this hotel, I merely used the Starbucks in the lobby. A very efficient Starbucks I might add. The interior of the Marriot is quite beautiful and modern. The rooms face the atrium which is from street level to the roof. I've not seen the rooms but I expect that they're quite nice. It's a brand new hotel after all.

Huge conference venue, awesome service and support by hotel staff. Executive lounge offers yummy snacks and breakfasts. Flora and her team go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. Nice rooms, wish they had a better dinner restaurant/options. Harry's Pub OK, pricey but convenient. Great location and service The room, a king size bedroom looks small. The front desk was very nice and responsive via the app . Clean, comfortable room that was attended to every day. Staff were super nice & quick to resolve issues. Rooms were a bit small, but comparable to the DC area. The only downside was that the food at all locations in the hotel was wildly expensive (for the quality) even for the DC area. It's a nice hotel we had a suite so the room was large but you do pay for it. Parking is expensive but that is always the case with large cities. This hotel has everything needed to be a 5 star but the accommodations. The staff is very professional. The rooms are old and antiquated. The beds are lumpy, pillows horrible and the set up has to be from the late 80s. I couldn't believe how bad it was for the price. It definitely needs to be made modern.

I attended a business conference at the JW Marriott, this venue is excellent for a business conference with training sessions. Food prepared was quite good for being made to satisfy very large numbers of people. The rooms utilized for the conference/training sessions were comfortable with solid presentation capabilities. A clean, comfortable and very nice place. I like that it is in a good location. Recently remodeled and nicely furnished, but it won't be my first choice if I'm ever in the area again... There different are conventions, parties, and tour groups crowding public areas and charging loudly up and down the halls each day. And charging $22 for breakfast would make a lot more sense if it was something different and better than every other hotel's complimentary continental buffet!

The location is very convenient to Reagan Airport. The hotel has a regular shuttle to and from the airport. The room was large and well maintained. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. This hotel had a lot of nice details, decent rooms and great service except for a few issues. 1. There was a roach next to the mini-fridge. 2. The food was dry and was not seasoned well 3. The view was bad. All we saw was the tops of buildings. 4. The hotel wasn’t very kid-friendly. It was trying to hard to be fancy, authentic or old-fashioned. 5. Some spots in our room didn’t look all that clean

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located. You may use their valet parking for overnight, but i thought it was a bit expensive (almost $60 per night), so i found a parking garage for $35 for 24 hrs, 3 blocks away. They allowed me to take the car out several times,which was9 perfect to go for dinner and Museums. The surrounding areas are nice and safe. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at Ritz - Pentagon City! Our Valet, Ed, was so welcoming and accommodating upon arrival. He continued to be a bright face throughout our stay; greeting us by name each time we interacted. The bed was so comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. The Ritz Carlton helped a wedding I attended make a great experience with the lovely etiquette of the personnel and the great professionalism of the managers. The rooms were surprisingly small for the price, I'm assuming because it was booked in a deal with the event but at least we had great privacy which was great great great ;)

The food in the Ritz restaurant was good and the hotel's location is perfect for travellers. Near the airport, mall, Metro, and nearby restaurants. Great security.

Surprisingly quite despite being right in the middle of everything. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. I found that you are able to park in the mall lot of you're not interested in doing the valet parking.

Decent hotel that's not far from public transit. I would have rated it much higher but I feel like destination/facility/resort fees are very shady as far as business practices go. Just be honest with your pricing.

my favorite hotel. large rooms. helpful staff, beautiful pool, located in a quiet area with many restaurants nearby. parking is $50 a night, which sucks, but the valet takes good care of your car. I stayed in junior. Spacious Deluxe King Suite. the rooms are so big.

Bruce, the night manager is amazing! I rented two rooms - he helped me a lot, great. It's the same for my son. The only downside was the lack of exhaust fans in the showers, which forced us to change the first room to one less humid.

Stayed here for family vacation. The suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The rooms are nice, and clean. Every staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast too. Location is convenient to musuems and monuments and plenty if restaurant options nearby on 14th. There is also a Whole Foods 1 block away.

This was a clean, comfortable room for my 3-night stay in D.C. The room had been relatively recently remodeled, and had a very nice makeup mirror in the bathroom. I asked for two beds, usually they give me queens for this time they gave me full beds, at least on the Fairfield Marriot at Chinatown is like that. The bedrooms here on the holiday are clean. I don't like that there is no valet parking for $41 per day. You park your own vehicle

The Hotel was beautiful clean. The rooms are so nice, comfortable beds. The Staff was so nice friendly helpful and always made you feel welcomed.

Not a bad hotel. Online reservation price was different at check out. Charge for everything. But clean and close to nearby restaurants. Just a little too far from National Mall in winter weather. So had to pay for parking twice.
