Marriott Marquis Washington, DC
Washington, 901 Massachusetts Avenue NW 🧭 Map
The rooms face the atrium which is from street level to the roof. I've not seen the rooms but I expect that they're quite nice. It's a brand new hotel after all
Beautiful hotel with phenomenal amenities. Hotel is always clean and bright and the staff are plentiful and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here
There are restaurants and coffee shops in house and drop off and pick up is orderly, well staffed and efficient. I look forward to my next visit
Third year in a row of attending a conference held here and at the connected convention center. No mystery cold rooms or hot rooms which I have encountered at some conference facilities. The restrooms are well-maintained
"Everything" was nice, as you'd expect from a professional operation like this. If there was a stand out, it was the staff mood. As background, I was volunteering, wearing a huge teddy bear costume (long story)
Service industries are full of miserable people. The staff here were in a pretty good mood, which speaks volumes for the way they are treated by management. Happiness trickles down to the way they perform

The rooms are quite, especially if you're on the inside corridor. The lobby bar is always busy and the Sports bar is almost hidden in the back corner from the lobby bar
The hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was located on a corner and we had a wonderful view of DC that kept our 2 young children very occupied
The shower was incredibly nice and I felt like I was able to take a satisfying shower. There we're many options to choose from when dining out and the places we ate were delicious
This is my favorite place to park for the convention center but it does cost $20+/day and is confusing the first few times
Great Fitness Center, luxurious ambiance, yet not stuffy. A special shout-out to the concierge Nicole
She surprised us by having a birthday card signed by most of the staff and delivering it along with a bottle of wine and chocolates to our room for my wife's birthday. Hands down, best service ever! Thank you!!

This was the first hotel I've started at where the elevators don't have buttons for the floors! It was awesome! I wish all places with elevators worked like this! The concierge's lounge was stocked and managed well and the views were great!
I attended a business conference at the JW Marriott, this venue is excellent for a business conference with training sessions. Food prepared was quite good for being made to satisfy very large numbers of people
I've lived here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days, you definitely won’t regret it. We really enjoyed staying here and are planning to bring the kids to Washington DC in August
Wonderful hotel, professional staff, very courteous. Nice, comfortable rooms with a wonderful view. The hotel is in a great location!!! There is a restaurant, cafe, bar! We stayed here twice and were very pleased
Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. This website compares hundreds of booking websites and will usually have prices that are much lower than others! Please :)! This resort is one of my favorites in the area
The rooms utilized for the conference/training sessions were comfortable with solid presentation capabilities. Overall an excellent location for conferences

Washington, 1127 Connecticut Avenue Northwest 🧭 Map
Just plain and simply a very nice hotel. Excellent service and a positive attitude from everyone. A doorman named Frank who is top notch. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Price is what you'd expect for this part of DC
A very nice hotel, with friendly staff. I stayed here for a conference. The State Department had a briefing while I was staying, so part of the hotel was on lockdown while some foreign officials came in a side door
Had a very pleasant stay at the Mayflower. Have have very good experiences as a Titanium Marriott member at the Autograph collection of hotels. Our 2 rooms were upgraded to a spacious suite and a deluxe King
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotel rooms head to. ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort there and they had the best rates anywhere! Great service, great rooms and the best place for a quiet luxury getaway in DC
The restaurant, Edgar (after the infamous FBI director) was excellent for breakfast and they provide a $54 per room per night credit for breakfast since they didn’t have a lounge
The hotel and staff were top-notch, and we loved the rich history surrounding the place. Rooms could use a little updating, but they were clean and full of character

The whole staff was so inviting and engaging with me. Haileselassie, and the rest of the staff do a great job at making the Capitol Hilton stand out. Great place to stay, even better place to get something to eat
The bell, door man, housekeeping, and service teams are all top-notch: helpful, friendly, caring, and truly "at your service. " We enjoyed the beautiful breakfast buffet daily and were wowed by the service
This was my first time staying at the Capital Hilton and it was hands down, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I will be returning for the remainder of my visits. The rooms are great, the servers are great
Our experience at the Capital Hilton could not have been better. We had booked for one night not knowing that we would end up in a health crisis that required a longer stay and an additional room
You can hear everything in the hallway. Absolutely inadequate prices for water at the store downstairs (4. 5 dollars per Aquafina! you fell?) + location. Walk to the White House in 10 minutes
The CH employees are truly stellar and not only cheerfully went to bat for us at a moment's notice, but went out of their way to help us navigate our situation throughout our stay

We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of the Museum of the Bible and stayed this past weekend. We were very impressed with everything about the the hotel - the staff especially
Everybody - front desk, housekeeping, bell station, restaurant - we interacted with went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We were allowed early check-in with no additional charge
This hotel had great customer service. Everything was sanitary and I didn't run into any problems at all
The rooms need TLC and they need valet, especially for $53 a day parking, but if location is your priority and you’ll be visiting museums majority of your trip, this hotel is worth the price savings
The good: The beds were comfortable The shower was clean The room was comfortable (temperature) The bad: Carpet needs to be replaced (or deep cleaned) Sink was slow to drain (I'm sure this is an easy fix) Light in our shower was flickering, but we just didn't use it while in the bathroom
The area was really quiet at night and very close to the national mall. The room was clean and the staff was nice. We found a few places to eat in the area that were good and reasonably priced too

Washington, 775 12th Street Northwest 🧭 Map
Hopefully this is the first of many visits. A metro station is a few steps away. We were able to get a bottle of wine and popcorn in the lobby and at Starbucks. Our visit was the worst and the best
Nice location. Walkable to all of the monuments and museums. Plenty of retaurants nearby and on the same block as the Center City Metro stop so you can get anywhere quickly.
Early check-in with a baby and late check-out are allowed. The hotel is also in a great location. There is a garage across the street that costs $20 for 24 hours and allows you to get in and out
you just need to make your purchase online
The kids enjoyed the salt water pool every evening and had a blast! The room we stayed in was very family friendly as they had doors that could connect our room to the family we were traveling with so at the end of the day the kids could watch a movie in the same room while the adults hung out and making plans for the next day in another room
The beds are not king size, they are full size and it was a bit uncomfortable for me and my husband. Apart from this, the staff are very friendly and do their best to help if we need anything

These guys manage to keep their cool and still give stellar customer service with a smile. I just wish that every hotel guests would treat all hotel staff with the respect and compassion that they deserve
The staff make this hotel five stars-worthy. Eric and Jared (?) at the front desk were wonderful and friendly. I don't envy their jobs given how crazy some hotel guests are
This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located. You may use their valet parking for overnight, but i thought it was a bit expensive (almost $60 per night), so i found a parking garage for $35 for 24 hrs, 3 blocks away
A lady brought us a luggage cart on the morning that we checked out, she was nice as well. Lobby is nice, staying staying above the first floor was nice, look down at lobby and or looking up at all the floors
I am writing this on his behalf as he has said that he absolutely adores this hotel and finds it to be one of the most well kept, clean, and beautiful hotels he’s ever stayed at
Folks are just trying to do their best and do their jobs. All of the staff at this hotel were wonderful from the room service ladies to the manager to the front desk

The service was incredible; the staff did everything they could to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time there. All the employees were so nice and helpful
Decent hotel that's not far from public transit. I would have rated it much higher but I feel like destination/facility/resort fees are very shady as far as business practices go. Just be honest with your pricing.
The hotel was very nice! Our room was huge and very clean. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to us. The hotel isn't a far walk from the metro and near so many things to do in the area
Very nice hotel with an absolutely excellent bar and bartenders! The rooms themselves are gorgeous and big, and at least mine included a lovely robe for use during the stay
Very convenient location and the room was nice. Staff was pleasant especially Key at the front desk. She was very nice and welcoming, her customer service was exceptional
Bruce, the night manager is amazing! I rented two rooms - he helped me a lot, great. The only downside was the lack of exhaust fans in the showers, which forced us to change the first room to one less humid

Staff is great, especially Eddie. Love his accent and he is most helpful! Candy on the counter is nice too lol!
The Hotel was beautiful clean. The rooms are so nice, comfortable beds. The Staff was so nice friendly helpful and always made you feel welcomed.
That's not the hotel's fault, of course, but it's worth noting. , though, this is just how it goes. If you can request a room on an upper floor, it might help to get away from the street noise
I asked for two beds, usually they give me queens for this time they gave me full beds, at least on the Fairfield Marriot at Chinatown is like that. The bedrooms here on the holiday are clean
The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the staff were terrific and even called to ensure I liked my room after I checked in. I do have to note that it was on a very noisy street
Stayed here for family vacation. The suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The rooms are nice, and clean. Every staff I encountered was friendly and helpful

My only complaint is really no fault of the hotel's and that was that a volleyball tournament was in town and there were a lot of guests for the tournament. The restaurant/bar was swamped which made service slow

We went for drinks overlooking the White House. Although it was cold out, they had the rooftop bar covered and warmed up with heat lamps. The wine was affordable and the bartender remember our drink orders which was nice
The view was great, the food and service were decent, and the place was not crowded on a weekday for late lunch. Place isn't cheap, like $6 for a glass of apple juice, but I knew that going in
I'd definitely come back, especially with guests from out of town
The drinks were amazing, and the waitstaff allowed me to sit at a table as a hotel guest, but if you want a more quiet place to have a drink and a meal, you may want to look outside the hotel
A wonderful, chic hotel with work with great staff. However, I stayed in the winter, and the outdoor bar was in a tent that was not fully heated, and the indoor bar was closer to a nightclub
Also food, views on roof top and staff is just amazing!! If you're visiting Washington DC or just would like to get some drinks. You should visit this place!!

Spacious & clean rooms. Friendly staff. 2 city blocks from the nearest train station. Multiple restaurants within walking distance (less than a mile). We satayed in room 1223. I'd recommend this one.
Friendly, helpful reception staff? Room with all comforts I need? Quiet room as requested? Check, check and check. This was my first stay at this hotel but I will definitely come back any time I stay in the area.
My room doesn’t have breakfast included but there was a room service card you can fill in for a room service breakfast. Great area for restaurants and shopping centers nearby
This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been coming here for a long time
The hotel is within walking distance of the Metro transit line which we used to/from DC. When I booked online, the hotel description stated 'free breakfast' but we found that this was not the case
If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure! Excellent hotel in a great location. Reception staff were helpful and stored my bag since I arrived early until my room was ready

The hotel is located in a great spot, just across the street from Capital One Arena and a short walk from many of the city's most popular attractions. The suite itself was spacious and beautifully appointed
Great hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful building, comfortable rooms. If there were one negative, it'd be the quality of the internet. Not great.
I recently stayed in the Mediterranean Suite at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Washington, DC
However, I think that was all over Washington DC based on some of the water we had at restaurants. If the rooms, were in the $200 a night range it probably would have been okay. But we paid closer to $400 a night
We were here for several days a couple of weeks ago. It is walking distance from the Capitol Mall and from the Museum of American Art. It has also walking distance to Ford's Theater
The hotel is in an old building that has been remodeled. Overall, it is an okay place to stay but it is quite expensive. The restaurant is very expensive

While the hotel offers valet parking, it's important to note that street parking is limited and doesn't allow overnight parking. Without hesitation, I would recommend the Le Méridien D
I recently stayed at the Le Méridien D. and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, with a welcoming lounge for Titanium Elite members
The lobby was stunning, and the check-in process was seamless. My room was comfortable and had a beautiful design. The staff was exceptional and very friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay
This is a Boutique Hotel that was acquired by the Hilton, so it has that high quality service you can expect from the big chain with the character of a individual/autonomous hotel still around
Refilled coffee often, which is nice to have at hotel. White leather wingback chairs very comfortable. No one bothered me as I waited for my colleague
Location is nice being close to White House and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Room leaves a little to be desired

The wedding was a truly spectacular event in a setting surrounded by a sea of beautiful flower arrangements. The bride, an Ivy League-trained military surgeon, and the groom, a Harvard professor, were a perfect match
They compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually their prices are much lower than others! Please :)! This hotel is one of the most famous in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time
I didn’t live at the hotel, we passed by and had a nice chat with the doorman! Hotel in the very center of Washington, a majestic beautiful building!
Really nice and convenient location. Ali was extremely accommodating and professional and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean and had everything I was looking for
Mini-fridge is stocked but if you need the fridge then let them know, and they will remove the items in there. Only negative was that the shower had pretty low water pressure, but not the end of the world
Overall, the wedding at The Willard Hotel was a memorable and special event. We were thrilled to see our decade-long friend’s daughter had a perfect wedding, and we were so happy to be part of it

Great hotel, friendly staff and awesome location. A few blocks from a ton of museums, and in the center of some of the best food DC has to offer. I highly recommend trying The Smith and NOPA bot right across the street
They had a valet service for our bags too (on the day of check-out, we ask them to hold our bags at the hotel in the lobby so we could go explore a bit more, and then when we were ready to leave, they returned our luggage to us)
He kept telling one of us to go check-in and the other to empty the car (in a polite manner), but in all the hustle and bustle we forgot some stuff in the car. Anyways the hotel was clean and staff was great
So refreshing! While this building is very old with lots of history, the rooms are updated and modern. Our room was comfortable with lots of space for luggage, etc. The mini fridge came in very handy
I really felt treated like a big shot and the service is extraordinary! When you walk through the front door and every time we walked in and out somebody said thank you or hello and greeted us at the front desk was amazing! One of The best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel
The breakfast was nice and greasy and a wide variety of foods, seating area was nice, and with your breakfast you got coffee or a variety of juices to pick from

There are also beautiful small parks sometimes peopled with colorful characters that reminded us how precious a tolerant and democratic society is
Though the hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the White House, there are many fabulous coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance
I highly recommend the historic Hamilton Hotel and will stay there again the next time I travel to DC
Stayed here on business for a few nights. The hotel is very conveniently located. The room I stayed in was a good size and had a desk, fridge, safe, iron and other items you would expect at a four star hotel
On check out, I was informed that I had used the mini bar, which I hadn't. But then it seems all in our party we're told this. Not a great way of trying to catch people out who might not be honest
There wasn't a lot of noise from the street, but I was on one of the upper floors. On a less positive front, there was a feeling from those in our party that the service could have been better

I'm sure the reviews on this place are spectacular. Our experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. It's in relatively close proximity to both the National Mall and the wharf
I came to the hotel specifically for the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful and the right level of attentive: someone is there to help you but not always in your face. The food and drinks in The Lounge were great
She took so much time and care helping me through my issue making me feel more at ease providing me with various solutions to my problem - for example she was helping me in the business center with printing and she even laminated papers for me - it all turned out great and I am SO thankful for her
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Salamander Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service
The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. Additionally, the spa provided a perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city
This is a great place to stay when you want to get away and have a luxury hotel experience. It's also a great place to celebrate your birthday or special event. I enjoyed the food and drinks at The Lounge
