Marriott Marquis, DC Hotel, Washington1 / 50

Marriott Marquis, DC Hotel
Washington, 901 Massachusetts Avenue NW 🧭 Map
Overall, the Marriott Marquis delivers a solid, if conventional, stay. It’s ideal for travelers who value a central location and a broad range of breakfast options, but may not impress those expecting standout service
Service: I requested a blanket and a kettle, and while the items were eventually delivered, it took nearly an hour, which felt a bit slow for a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast: One of the highlights of my stay
Value: The hotel leans on the pricier side, especially when factoring in the additional costs for services. The service was decent, but it didn’t quite match the premium pricing
The breakfast was varied and flavorful, with plenty of choices to satisfy different tastes. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy a hearty start to your day
Service industries are full of miserable people. The staff here were in a pretty good mood, which speaks volumes for the way they are treated by management. Happiness trickles down to the way they perform
I stayed at the Marriott Marquis Washington for four nights and found it to be a traditional, full-service hotel offering a fairly standard experience

Great Fitness Center, luxurious ambiance, yet not stuffy. A special shout-out to the concierge Nicole
She surprised us by having a birthday card signed by most of the staff and delivering it along with a bottle of wine and chocolates to our room for my wife's birthday. Hands down, best service ever! Thank you!!
Briefly saw my client's room and give that 3-4 stars. He was also a jerk to everyone so maybe they gave him a bad room ? Some parts are very nice and some are dated - like it doesn't quite match
This is my favorite place to park for the convention center but it does cost $20+/day and is confusing the first few times
The shower was incredibly nice and I felt like I was able to take a satisfying shower. There we're many options to choose from when dining out and the places we ate were delicious
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. 5 stars for the lobby and for all staff

Great staff, Starbucks is a little slow but just needed to plan for it. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the chocolates on my pillow. Elevators are okay, they are getting better / easier
It's an older hotel, and the facilities are just so-so. The service is good and the staff are very enthusiastic. But the soundproofing is really bad, it's outrageous. You can hear people talking in the corridor
I called the fitness center to ask if the fitness center has moved, the front desk responded I can go to the Westin Hotel fitness center, which was 1 mile away
This elevator system need to be reprogrammed. The fitness center was close and there was no notice anywhere that it was closed
It's great to be able to spend the night at this place, this time I didn't choose the wrong place. The work I was visiting was very close to this place. The service is also very good and friendly.
Good location. Supreme place. Walkable to the White House and other attractions. Rooms with great view. Quick food room service even late at nite.

Just plain and simply a very nice hotel. Excellent service and a positive attitude from everyone. A doorman named Frank who is top notch. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Price is what you'd expect for this part of DC
A very nice hotel, with friendly staff. I stayed here for a conference. The State Department had a briefing while I was staying, so part of the hotel was on lockdown while some foreign officials came in a side door
Had a very pleasant stay at the Mayflower. Have have very good experiences as a Titanium Marriott member at the Autograph collection of hotels. Our 2 rooms were upgraded to a spacious suite and a deluxe King
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotel rooms head to. ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort there and they had the best rates anywhere! Great service, great rooms and the best place for a quiet luxury getaway in DC
The restaurant, Edgar (after the infamous FBI director) was excellent for breakfast and they provide a $54 per room per night credit for breakfast since they didn’t have a lounge
The hotel and staff were top-notch, and we loved the rich history surrounding the place. Rooms could use a little updating, but they were clean and full of character

The bell, door man, housekeeping, and service teams are all top-notch: helpful, friendly, caring, and truly "at your service. " We enjoyed the beautiful breakfast buffet daily and were wowed by the service
This was my first time staying at the Capital Hilton and it was hands down, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I will be returning for the remainder of my visits. The rooms are great, the servers are great
Our experience at the Capital Hilton could not have been better. We had booked for one night not knowing that we would end up in a health crisis that required a longer stay and an additional room
The CH employees are truly stellar and not only cheerfully went to bat for us at a moment's notice, but went out of their way to help us navigate our situation throughout our stay
The rooms we stayed in were lovely and perfectly proportioned. Sparklingly clean, nicely furnished and had super comfy beds. I have never felt so cared for by a hotel's staff
The best hotel I have ever stayed at hands down. I constantly come to Washington for meetings, vacations, etc

However, our experience with the breakfast restaurant was very disappointing. Even though we had prepaid for breakfast as part of our booking, the restaurant staff pressured us daily to leave a tip
The hotel itself is great – the rooms were clean, the location convenient, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay
Thanks for the wonderful memories and a special shout out to Sam in the bar area for his fantastic service and kind hospitality along with everyone else that served us in the dining area everyday
The check in was quick and easy! Front desk personnel charming, quick and attentive. The rooms were well presented and maintained throughout the visit
Nice refurbish of the interior. Outstanding gym especially for a hotel including a rower. Also appreciated the M Club and space with good coffee and water accessible 24 hours. Rooms were standard but clean
The location is great, you can walk to nearby museums, restaurants and or shopping! Sorry, I didn’t take any photos or videos, I was too busy having fun

Hopefully this is the first of many visits. A metro station is a few steps away. We were able to get a bottle of wine and popcorn in the lobby and at Starbucks. Our visit was the worst and the best
The kids enjoyed the salt water pool every evening and had a blast! The room we stayed in was very family friendly as they had doors that could connect our room to the family we were traveling with so at the end of the day the kids could watch a movie in the same room while the adults hung out and making plans for the next day in another room
The beds are not king size, they are full size and it was a bit uncomfortable for me and my husband. Apart from this, the staff are very friendly and do their best to help if we need anything
Due to the pandemic, many institutions were closed (most of the Smithsonian Institutions). We liked EVERYTHING that was opened with Ease. As a family trip, it's a 10
The only thing I didn't know about was the size of the beds, I understood that a room with double beds would have 2 queen beds, which it didn't
We couldn't have found a better location! This Marriott hotel is located in the heart of DC and there are many attractions we can just walk to

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located. You may use their valet parking for overnight, but i thought it was a bit expensive (almost $60 per night), so i found a parking garage for $35 for 24 hrs, 3 blocks away
The hotel is very central and easy to reach from the airport for an overnight stay
Location is very central, parking far, not the newest, rooms not large.
These guys manage to keep their cool and still give stellar customer service with a smile. I just wish that every hotel guests would treat all hotel staff with the respect and compassion that they deserve
The staff make this hotel five stars-worthy. Eric and Jared (?) at the front desk were wonderful and friendly. I don't envy their jobs given how crazy some hotel guests are
Folks are just trying to do their best and do their jobs. All of the staff at this hotel were wonderful from the room service ladies to the manager to the front desk

Washington, 2121 P Street Northwest 🧭 Map
Excellent hotel, central and no issues
Watch out for the type of room you booked and the cost, because they can overcharge you or give you a much smaller room than what you initially booked
Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit
The pool was, however, closed for the duration. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing
Bruce, the night manager is amazing! I rented two rooms - he helped me a lot, great. The only downside was the lack of exhaust fans in the showers, which forced us to change the first room to one less humid
My complaints are minor: there are no outlets by the bed, there was some random repairs happening in the morning, and my room phone didn’t work until I put in a complaint

Great location. Older, but still very nice
Great hotel in the center of DC. Prices are reasonable and staff is kind and very accommodating.
they provided maps and advice for the general area. It's located in the heart of D. so you're close to restaurants, shops, and a nice 20 minute walk or so from the White house, Washington monument, museums, etc
We love place,,beautiful without being extravagant, extremely clean place, an extraordinary conformable bed. The paid breakfast was excelent and the most important was its location
We walk to the national mall, all monuments, museums, restaurants and attractions.  We sure will choose Washington Plaza Hotel agramo and recommend to our friends and family

Also, the property is clean, organized, and modern. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the rooftop bar, the staff was kind, but most of the seating does not have shade
Our first trip here and we were not disappointed! The staff were absolutely lovely! Room was good size, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked very well. They accommodated my room request without issue
Really good, upscale location close to high end shops and eateries. About a 15 minute walk from the National Mall so if you don't mind walking a bit, it is convenient. Service and rooms are totally amazing
We spent a few days at the Conrad this past weekend, and the experience was truly memorable. The service was impeccable, the staff warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere vibrant throughout our stay
The Conrad is an absolutely exceptional experience. Every staff member we met was friendly. Aileen at the front desk was so kind and welcoming that I couldn’t help but write a review
We especially want to thank Tory, Brenna, and Sarah for their time, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the planning process

We went for drinks overlooking the White House. Although it was cold out, they had the rooftop bar covered and warmed up with heat lamps. The wine was affordable and the bartender remember our drink orders which was nice
The view was great, the food and service were decent, and the place was not crowded on a weekday for late lunch. Place isn't cheap, like $6 for a glass of apple juice, but I knew that going in
I'd definitely come back, especially with guests from out of town
The drinks were amazing, and the waitstaff allowed me to sit at a table as a hotel guest, but if you want a more quiet place to have a drink and a meal, you may want to look outside the hotel
A wonderful, chic hotel with work with great staff. However, I stayed in the winter, and the outdoor bar was in a tent that was not fully heated, and the indoor bar was closer to a nightclub
Also food, views on roof top and staff is just amazing!! If you're visiting Washington DC or just would like to get some drinks. You should visit this place!!

They display a level of training that is unusual when compared to other 3-4 star establishments. The history pushed the decision to stay here but the accommodations would make me want to return
The room is not too big, the decoration is very ordinary, and the facade is very imposing!
The staff went above and beyond, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms were elegant and immaculate, offering all the modern amenities one could hope for. A standout experience in the heart of the capital
Visited the whiskey bar after a jazz performance at Kennedy center. Great place to sit and enjoy drinks while talking with friends
Recently had the pleasure of staying at Watergate in downtown D. , and I was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable, providing easy access to all the key attractions
They made sure we always had a great dining experience at the restaurant. They were very sweet and loving towards us. They literally celebrated the start to our marriage with us by giving us free champagne and dessert

The wedding was a truly spectacular event in a setting surrounded by a sea of beautiful flower arrangements. The bride, an Ivy League-trained military surgeon, and the groom, a Harvard professor, were a perfect match
They compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually their prices are much lower than others! Please :)! This hotel is one of the most famous in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time
I didn’t live at the hotel, we passed by and had a nice chat with the doorman! Hotel in the very center of Washington, a majestic beautiful building!
Really nice and convenient location. Ali was extremely accommodating and professional and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean and had everything I was looking for
Mini-fridge is stocked but if you need the fridge then let them know, and they will remove the items in there. Only negative was that the shower had pretty low water pressure, but not the end of the world
Overall, the wedding at The Willard Hotel was a memorable and special event. We were thrilled to see our decade-long friend’s daughter had a perfect wedding, and we were so happy to be part of it

Located near the White House and convention center. This hotel boasts history and tradition, and its rooms are spacious.
The hotel is classic in style and in a good location. You can walk to the White House, the Capitol and other attractions. There is no drinking water in the room, no toothbrush or slippers.
We came for a wedding and arrived late in the evening, but the Front Desk was staffed and ready to check us in with a smile
The hotel is elegant and classic, the rooms are clean, and the front desk service is good. It is a 15-minute walk from the White House. The location in the center of Washington is super good

The beds were so comfortable and clean! The staff was so nice and considerate. We checked in super late and they were so nice to extend our checkout and hour after. Definetly a 5 star hotel! Enjoy your stay!!
Excellent and friendly service from hotel staff. Was warmly welcomed by the Sofitel team upon my arrival. My room exceeded what I was expecting with more than enough outlets and ports to charge my devices.
Great stay here. Comfy beds, nice quality rooms, and attentive staff. Only comment is the high price for parking, but that happens at any establishment in DC.
Gorgeous rooms, large bathrooms, and lounges. We have been traveling from state to state and stayed in many hotels. This was a treat for our family
We stayed on the top floor for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfy

The room was nice, but there was no coffee machine. Breakfast is more expensive, but feels relatively ordinary. Not worth it. The location is good, close to the pier, and there is a path leading directly to the pier.
I came to the hotel specifically for the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful and the right level of attentive: someone is there to help you but not always in your face. The food and drinks in The Lounge were great
The room is very nice and the hotel is close to the pier. 15 minutes walk from the White House

The room is very clean and spacious, with a separate kitchen, full tableware, and a refrigerator, so you can cook your own meals. The bathroom is separate, with a dressing room
Maid service was prompt and excellent. The Garden Cafe was extremely convenient for breakfast and an early start. The one complaint I have: we called the front desk to ask where the Ice machine was
Satisfied customer, good customer service & facilities. Facilities available for me to cook my own food which is my preference. All good!
The hotel is in a great location, close to the University of Washington and a ten-minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial Reflection Lake
The rooms are not big or luxurious, but the facilities are very clean and functional, and the shower water is also large

Exquisite attention to detail. Very pricey but consistent with other hotels of this caliber. Rooms are immaculate with a massive deep tub. The main area is a comfortable place to relax with a drink and people watch
Stopped in to see the hotel and have a snack on a cold weekday afternoon. Like all of the Trump properties I have been to the staff was well trained, the property was perfectly clean and impeccably decorated
I have been in the military for 18 years and I’ve have the blessing of staying in 5 stars hotels around the world and so far The Trump International Hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed
The staff went above and beyond to make sure our staying was an amazing experience. I have no enough words to express my gratitude to the personnel of this luxurious hotel

Would love to stay in one of the rooms that has the circular portion on the corner
