Key Bridge Marriott
Arlington, 1401 Lee Highway 🧭 Map
Hotel room was clean. Place needs to have a continental breakfast after all it is a Marriott. I was very disappointed the room had a coffee maker in there which was fine. The coffee provided was terrible the creamer packets were terrible. Other than that the hotel room was great
A clean, comfortable and very nice place. I like that it is in a good location. The only thing I did not like was that when we got to the hotel wanted to check-in the receptionists did not know how to open our reservation (which we have created it a week before our check-in day) they lasted about half an hour trying to find our room, until they could finally find it.
Great location, walking distance to metro station and Georgetown is just a bridge. Very friendly and helpful staff. The heater in the room didn’t work though I got it checked couple of times. The place is undergoing major renovation too!
Oldest Marriott still operating, and it still looks great! The customer service is excellent and the rooms look like they got a refresh recently.
Recently remodeled and nicely furnished, but it won't be my first choice if I'm ever in the area again... There different are conventions, parties, and tour groups crowding public areas and charging loudly up and down the halls each day.
And charging $22 for breakfast would make a lot more sense if it was something different and better than every other hotel's complimentary continental buffet!
The top floor ballroom/area has a great view. The garage is easy parking. My company has had events there for the past few years. The appetizers are always great. The lunch is usually lacklustre, but that not unexpected. Could also be the price point of my company. Clean and spacious. Staff is very attentive.

Big rooms but were a bit dated. Housecleaning everyday but wasnt really satisfied with how well they cleaned the room. We were assigned at 2F at the side next to metro station, so yes it was quite load
On the upside, hotel was very accessible. Walking distance to the Capitol and several of the museums.
Great location. Check is at 3. My room wasn't ready until 3:40. Reception very slow. My room wasn't cleaned the first night. After exploring I returned to the hotel and couldn't get to my room. You have to scan your key in the elevator and mine didn't work. Had to go stand in the slow reception line. Hot water was hit or miss. Breakfast was NOT included. There are no restaurants in the area...
We enjoyed our stay. The area was really quiet at night and very close to the national mall. The room was clean and the staff was nice. We found a few places to eat in the area that were good and reasonably priced too. Try Two Sisters Deli for breakfast and sub sandwiches. The My Own Pizza spot was good for a slice of pizza. My favorite was the Potbelly Sandwich shop near the Bible Museum. The sandwich...
Perfect location, very affordable & very friendly employees. The rooms need TLC and they need valet, especially for $53 a day parking, but if location is your priority and you’ll be visiting museums majority of your trip, this hotel is worth the price savings. We also enjoyed having a Starbucks inside. Oh and a forewarning, the walls are paper thin. We could hear every single word, sneeze & cough from...
Rooms are dated. Were here for one night so there was no opportunity for the staff to correct the issues we had, but nothing was so problematic that I asked to change rooms.
The good:
The beds were comfortable
The shower was clean
The room was comfortable (temperature)
The bad:
Carpet needs to be replaced (or deep cleaned)
Sink was slow to drain (I'm sure this is an easy fix)
Light in our shower...
This hotel had great customer service. Everything was sanitary and I didn't run into any problems at all. The staff was friendly and it is an ideal location as there are many places of interest within a 15 minute walking distance.

Stayed here for family vacation. The suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The rooms are nice, and clean. Every staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast too. Location is convenient to musuems and monuments and plenty if restaurant options nearby on 14th. There is also a Whole Foods 1 block away.
This was a clean, comfortable room for my 3-night stay in D.C. The room had been relatively recently remodeled, and had a very nice makeup mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the staff were terrific and even called to ensure I liked my room after I checked in. I do have to note that it was on a very noisy street. That's not the hotel's fault, of course, but it's...
Staff is great, especially Eddie. Love his accent and he is most helpful! Candy on the counter is nice too lol!
I asked for two beds, usually they give me queens for this time they gave me full beds, at least on the Fairfield Marriot at Chinatown is like that. The bedrooms here on the holiday are clean. I don't like that there is no valet parking for $41 per day. You park your own vehicle
The Hotel was beautiful clean. The rooms are so nice, comfortable beds. The Staff was so nice friendly helpful and always made you feel welcomed.
Not a bad hotel. Online reservation price was different at check out. Charge for everything. But clean and close to nearby restaurants. Just a little too far from National Mall in winter weather. So had to pay for parking twice.

The hotel was exceptional for my stay. The room was clean, bed comfortable and workspace was adequate for me to get a days work done. Service was excellent as well. I had interactions with numerous staff members and everyone was accommodating and friendly. The shuttle worked very well, arriving a few minutes after I got my bags on arrival, and the return trip being about a 15 minute wait as it had...
I was here for only a night, but contrary to other recent reviews, the experience was positive. The hotel was a clean space everywhere. The hotel reception personnel were first-class as I would expect from a hotel which charges guests first-class prices.
Important tip for guests: You should type 2399 Jefferson Davis instead of 2399 Richmond Hwy into GPS to find the place physically. There is some kind...
Definitely shocked with the outdated amenities. Phone in the room did not work. 2/3 elevators work. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. The views from our window was great!. Shower was hot and powerful (best part). Hotel bar was phenomenal and KC made a Cinnamon Moscow Mule that was delicious.
Biggest disappointment: the almost $50 on property parking that was NOT disclosed when price was quoted.
This was a nice hotel. I really liked the room (king size bed.) The front desk personnel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I ate dinner at the Oasis Bar. It was "ok." The elevators were incredibly slow. The parking garage was a nightmare. The exit to drive out was not marked and it was incredibly tight and not easy to navigate. The hotel was very convenient as far as location and there...
Accommodating hotel for the asshole group of bikers that was there... just kidding, they were very respectful and the staff/hotel was awesome! Thank you for supporting our cause!
The rooms are spotless, with nicer furniture. The lobby has an assortment of snacks to buy at reasonable prices. A Starbucks and bar are also availible on the ground floor, and the shuttle operates quickly. Altogether a wonderful hotel!

The rooms were clean and spacious. Although the bathroom shower needed some TLC. I didn't have a great view, unless your into rooftops.. lol.. but all in all the location was convenient since the metro was a short 5-10 minute walk. The service in the lobby for Starbucks was very nice and convenient!
Our family stayed at this Marriott over the fourth of July, and we were very impressed by the service. The Hotel was clean and everything was Marriott standard, however the service was even better. The manager was Hani and he took time to make sure everything was better than expected. The customer service at this Hotel is top notch. We highly recommend staying here.
My daughter recently stayed at your hotel as part of a very large group in town to participate in the March for Life. She accidentally left her phone behind in her room. When she returned home and told us, I called and talked to someone in your Security Office. The phone had been found and turned in and your staff was able to promptly FedEx it back to us. Thank you for the honesty and kindness of your...
There is no microwave in the room, which made my long stay expensive, but ease of access to the Metro really made up for it. Customer Service was also quite good. It was winter and I had some issues with static/dryness in the room.
My mom stayed here on Jan 04, 2018 - Jan 05, 2018 due to bad weather flight cancellation. CRYSTAL CITY/NATL AIRPORT Marriott is great! I really wanted to complement the employee Fissaha M. He was extremely nice and helpful! I hope this message will reach the hotel management and he will be rewarded for being such a good employee. 5 Star Customer Service. Thank you!
Easy connection from DCA to hotel with just one stop on the metro. Standard room amenities but it's a bit dated. Friendly staff at check in/out. They have free packets of toothpaste in case you forget to bring it. Free shuttle to the airport starting at 5:05am running every 20 min. Great stay overall.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our trip in DC. Checkin was smooth and the guy who attended to us was very friendly and even tried to do small talk with his little knowledge of our country (Philippines), bless him! The welcome cookies and water was a nice touch.

The experience was great. The hotel is near from the NoMa-Gaulladet Metro station and a few streets from the Amtrak station. There are many stores in the area. The staff of the hotel were very nice and tried to help us with all our request. The room was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.
Spent the July 4th weekend in Washington DC. The hotel was located one block from the metro which made my transportation much easier. Enjoy 2 baseball games and the fireworks on the Mall. Awesome weekend
A great hotel, friendly and helpful staff that know the area and can give great recommendations. My wife and I had a great honeymoon stay here!
Great Staff, decent restaurant, Starbucks on the premises and metrolink close to the hotel, easy to commute
I really liked this place. Starbucks coffee in the restaurant area didn't hurt. Helpful hint, there is a mixed use apartment building/retail place just across the street to the left if you are facing the front of the hotel that you can park at for around $16 per day, which is cheap for DC. Also it's right next to the metro rail/subway thing, or whatever you call it. With a little help from Google maps...

It's expensive, but when you want something near Reagan airport, it's clean, comfortable, and safe, so no complaints.
Overall experience staying in the place was outstanding, and it's definitely worth the price. In particular, I liked the location, friendliness of the staffs, free shuttle service to airport and metro station, and amenities provided.
I had a layover here when on my way back home and got to stay a night for free. The room was BEAUTIFUL. I got two full sized beds to myself. The front desk was fast and efficient. As soon as I got there, they took my voucher and knew exactly what to do. It took all of 5 minutes to get me checked in and into a room so I could rest for my early morning connection flight.
The front staff were so friendly and helpful - they made us feel comfortable and at home right from the beginning. The room was clean and updated and we were glad to be walking distance (for us) from metro and a plethora of eating and shopping options. Others not use to walking a lot may not find it that convenient and the Uber drivers had a little trouble finding us. Would definitely stay again!
Free parking for guests, staff was absolutely amazing. The only problem we had in the beginning was our starting room; the room smelt Musty, and the beds did not match the expectation of what we asked and what we were described. But after a quick chat with their friendly staff we were moved to a room that met and exceeded our expectations. We weren't able to see any monuments from our room, but we...
Husband and I stayed there for 3 nights while he attended a conference across the street. The self parking is in an underground garage and the spaces are TINY. Wonderful stay! Came here with my 13-yr-old son for a birthday weekend. We had so much fun here. We got free drink tokens (hard and soft) upon check-in. What a fun vibe! We loved checking in at the bar and grabbing a complimentary drink. The location of the hotel was wonderful and we were able to walk to all but one place that we wanted to go to. 4.5 stars. I enjoyed this hotel a lot. Its location was convenient and staff were helpful and accommodated our early check in. However, I could not round up to five stars for the following reasons:

Great hotel and in great location with clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is within walking distance from the main museums and the mall. There are lots of nearby bars and restaurants as well. The rooms are nice and a good size. Initially we were on a lower floor and there wasn’t a lot of light so we moved to a higher floor and the room was bright. Overall great stay!
Had a phenomenal stay here. The staff, especially Greg, were friendly, super accommodating, organized, clean and provided quick service. The room itself was lovely, spacious and had a nice view. Busy hotel, elevators were always a battle to get on. Rooms were okay, but the upkeep is poor. My ceiling leaked the first day we were there, the shower curtain was disgusting, and I was pretty sure that the bathroom vent was blocked up. I reported the issues to the front desk and nothing was done.

Rooms are great, although we found a spider in ours. TV did not work. Staff seemed pretty complacent, often chatting in the back while I waited in the front. This place was absolute heaven on earth after our experience at holiday Inn. We told the front desk clerk how we were poorly treated at the Holiday Inn and the extremely poor rooms were there. He listened to us and made sure we were treated right. The evening gentleman at the desk really made our stay worthwhile. The room was clean and amazing. In general it was fine. They gave away our two bed suite and gave us a king bed. The staff needs to be taught the proper information about the place. For example we were told breakfast was until 10 am, but when we arrived it was done at 9 am. The hotel also does not have adequate parking available, and you are forced to find parking elsewhere. It did have a good location with many restaurants nearby
Very clean, very tidy and very helpful staff, the reception staff could not do enough to help us (Thanks Wendall)!. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. The breakfast staff were very attentive and the food was plentiful. Thanks to all.
Location was perfect for having an event at the convention center. They have continental breakfast which is very convenient and also a 24 HR food market across the street. When we arrived Valet parking was full so we had to park down the street at another hotel. I had also called for extra towels in the evening and they didn't drop it off and when I called a 2nd time housekeeping was gone for the evening...

Nice renovated chic hotel with good sleeping beds and nice bath. Complimentary breakfast (7 days) and a snack-bite at night (weekdays). Close to US Capitol Building, Washington Monument and White House. Several Smithsonian Museums along the way if you walk between WM and the US Capitol.

Clarion Collection Hotel Arlington Court Suites
Arlington, 1200 North Courthouse Road 🧭 Map
This hotel was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to DC. It has an open air parking lot that we needed for our tall vehicle. The Court House Metro Station is a ten minute walk and it was a ten minute Metro ride to the National Mall. We booked the three bedroom family suite and it was huge! We had a full kitchen to cook dinner every evening after exploring DC all day, and we started out each...
This is a charming hotel in Arlington. Although it is close to a metro station , it is a 2 block uphill walk. The rooms are spacious and superficially clean. We did find clothes left in the dresser and there were lots of sparkles on the carpet. My guess is someone had quite the party in that room before we checked in. Same with the bathroom. It was basically clean, but if you looked closely it could...
This is an older hotel but rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed in a one-room two queen beds studio with kitchen, dining table, and a great size bathroom. I estimated the room is about 400 square feet. Some of the reviewers said this hotel needs update but did not give any reasons. I will put down some details here so you can determine whether you will use this hotel. The carpets and the furniture...
-I liked very much the comfort of bed.
- noisy AC but not that bad
-Located near metro station
-Good quality breakfast
- could be even better if they fix the toilet, because it was moving a lit bit.
- the view from the balcony is awesome.
Hotel undergoing renovations currently that look well underway. It should look great once completed. Staff was courteous and responsive. Any visit has always been a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.
The rooms were bigger than I expected and very clean and comfortable bedding. The hot breakfast buffet was nice treat. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will stay again!

Washington, 520 North Capitol Street NW 🧭 Map
Attended a wedding there. The food was delicious, but the room where the ceremony was held wasn't very private. Staff and other guest list could consistently be heard walking past or sometimes through the event. Nice atmosphere.
Hotel is located very close and convenient to Union Station. It's an older building, but recently remodeled. The elevators are not for anyone claustrophobic, but are new, quiet, and fast. Decent TV options in the room and great water pressure in the shower. I did not look into room service, as there is an Irish pub attached and accessible from the lobby.
It's an old and well known hotel, close to Postal museum. Not very big and nothing fancy. Service people were good though. Ground floor has the Dublin restaurant and bar.
The Phoenix Park Hotel is very convenient located close to Union Station. It made my business trip very easy. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay there again!
Nice old but renovated hotel close to Union Station. It was clean and the bathrooms were nicer than some newer hotels in the area but the space was a bit small. Also had a room with no view. The staff were friendly and we got to check in early. Do not recommend the restaurant the Dubliner.
Historic building with modern amenities. I agree, the rooms were kind of on the small side, but not cramped by any means. And the bathrooms are awesome with a shower big enough for 2+ !! The historic architecture of the building is beautiful. The elevators were tiny, but fit in with the architecture. And no one can argue that the location is A1! Now if only they could do something with the D.C. traffic...
