Internet speed is okayish
The hotel location was amazing and super close to a lot of DC attractions. But was disappointed to find out there was no housekeeping included. I was there for three nights and needed housekeeping but not included. Also there is no pool or complimentary breakfast. Just a gym. Otherwise hotel was clean but in my opinion not worth it for the price. Wish I knew about all of this before I booked, I would...
We had a great experience with this hotel. Our stay was short due to a layover at the airport. We got in late, but the shuttle still picked us up. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodated us well. This was nice because we had been in airports all day and were very tired. We left early that morning and the shuttle didn’t miss a beat in getting us back to the airport on time. Great job!
Really nice hotel.
Great place to stay near Regan Airport. Easy to get to, has its own parking.
This hotel was exceptionally clean. Parking was covered and easy access. We room serviced one night and the food was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our five day stay Memorial Day weekend. Access to the airport was five minutes away. This hotel has to be the best in town. We were at our nieces graduation and we will be back next May for our younger nieces graduation as well.

I left my smartwatch in my room when I checked out. I realized it as soon as I got to the airport. I called the hotel and told them where I left it. By the time I landed home I had a voice-mail stating they found my watch. I emailed them the shipping label and my watch made it quickly and safely back to my hands!!!! THANK YOU!!!
Up until this past weekend it had been years since I've stayed at this location, and it is still a very decent place to stay. Everything was clean and orderly and I love having a stocked kitchenette in the room. They still have a full buffet breakfast downstairs too. The staff was SUPER helpful. In good weather there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance.
The only "negatives" I noticed were...
We were so happy with this hotel we stayed here twice. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast bar is good and something we looked forward to in the mornings. Staff was very helpful and even let us store our luggage for a few days while we went on domestic travel before an international flight. Recommended!
Note: As of time of writing, there is currently some construction going on next to the hotel,...
Stayed here the other night, it was around 1am when we checked in. The front desk associate was very helpful and kind. The rooms are a little outdated hence the 4stars (really deserves three) but the free breakfast was delicious & it was an extremely convenient location. The lobby is updated nicely, it’s just the rooms that could use a refresh. The staff is incredibly respectful, this is a Marriott...
Overall a good hotel, located within walking distance from the metro station and restaurants. Check-in and out were slow, but the rest of the experience was great. Their breakfast is delicious, and the gym (on the 3rd floor) is spacious. Rooms are spacious with comfy furniture.
This hotel really surprised me! It was beautiful and felt a bit luxurious. Our room was clean and very comfortable.
The front desk staff and shuttle driver were all friendly and kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Holiday Inn National Airport/Crystal City, an IHG Hotel
Arlington, 2650 Jefferson Davis Highway 🧭 Map
The only Holiday Inn in Crystal City, located at the Southern end of the main strip. It's an older property, but they've made a good effort to maintain it and keep it in good shape. It doesn't have all of the luxuries as some of the higher in brands, but then again, the price was right as well.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful anytime we asked anything of them. The TV in our room was...
Staff helpful and nice, my luggage was missing so they helped me out. Free coffee and 5 dollar happy hour. Nice location and unexpectedly super nice atmosphere. Well decorated and I like the red glass wall. Impressive for a poor 21 year old with no luggage. What can I say. Nice holiday Inn Crystal city!
Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This website will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure!
Only stayed one night. The check in was smooth and easy. We enjoyed...
Phenomenal location and hotel. Nothing fancy, but convenient and reasonable. Many school groups stay here, so use caution if not able to tolerate that.
Average mid level hotel. No special amenities or spectacular rooms. Staff is very nice and willing to go above and beyond to keep you happy. Shuttle service offered to metro and airport every 20 minutes.
Nice hotel. Rooms are well kept. Three elevators, but I never saw more than one moving (VERY slowly) at any given time, even with multiple people waiting. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Really nice hotel. The location if perfect to take the metro.
The room was nice clean and large.
Great hotel in a convenient location. I have stayed here several times and am always impressed with the quality of my stay. The staff in the executive lounge is outstanding, every one of them. The lounge here as a whole is wonderful: really great food options that changes daily, with the exception of the cookies. Those are served all day every day, and they are absolutely delicious. This is our favorite...
Perfect location on top of Ballston metro, and next to multiple restaurants. Basic breakfast buffet was provided (eggs, sausage, fruit, pancakes, bagels, etc.). Front desk staff was awesome - good recommendations for local area. Rooms are slightly dated, but very clean.
Probably my favorite Hilton location around DC now. The customer service was great. The breakfast was great and had a real selection that was actually included.
The executive lounge was nice.
This location is right at the Ballston Metro station which made it VERY convenient.
I will happily stay here again.
I wanted to give special thanks to this hotel for taking care of my folks over the fourth of July weekend. I had four family members fly in from California, and they chose to stay here because of its proximity to our house and the city. Firstly,.the rooms themselves are very spacious, and the amenities were super awesome! My family mentioned that the staff here really went out of their way to make...

The Baron Hotel
Washington, 1523 22nd Street Northwest 🧭 Map
Not luxurious, but clean and attractive and reasonably priced. There is no laziness service but there is a dry cleaner and a laundrette around the corner along with veros shops and cafes. I also like the location. Very green with a beautiful church opposite and only a 20 minute walk from The White House and everywhere else.
This was my second stay at the Baron Hotel. It is one of the older inns around the D.C. area and it's not far from shops and metro. There were a couple of changes; no more continental breakfast, and a limited selection of tv channels, but I didn't go to D.C. to watch tv and there's a nice bagel shop around the corner with fresh bagels and good coffee.
The room was large with lots of natural light...
Overall a good hotel to stay. Some of the staffs are very very helpful. A few are a bit cold though. Great location. Good service. Satisfactory and safe.
Desk person specifically said specialty coffees like mocha and latte were available for room service but that was false. We were charged for a valet parking night we never used; that's uncool. Also the bar needs better beer. Finally, $6.60 for mini bar Coke! The prices here were outrageous, I feel like all they wanted was my money and not provide good service.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming especially Seth.

The sky dome
Cooper and Seth made our stay amazing. Honestly I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this stay is the best experience ever!
Let's start with the way I was greeted when I checked in. Cooper went out of his way to explain anything and everything we had questions sending us on our way with cookies and drinks. Kindness means everything in today's world.
While out in town on a Sunday Seth check up...
We got our room online through a third party website. We paid 1/2 of what the room cost. The parking garage was tight, cars were packed in like sardines. The labels on the elevator were a little confusing. Lobby and lower level both had "L"s. The lobby was gorgeous with a full bar and as promised fresh cookies. The room was clean and smelled great. We had a mini fridge but no microwave. The view...
Like the Skydome restaurant unfortunately it has been upgraded to very expensive from quite reasonable as I remember it in the past. While it used to be open earlier it only opens for dinner now and the prices are high. Fantastic views on a revolving dome. You are paying for the view and it's a good one. Fabulous views of the Pentagon the Washington Monument, and many other things.
I was in Washington DC as a chaperone with a youth group. The hotel was quiet and clean. The hotel was convenient to many places we wanted to visit. The only complaint is that buses were not allowed on the hotel property so we had to unload around parked cars on the street and then carry our baggage to the hotel.
Pretty nice hotel! Near the airport which my grandson loved seeing the planes. Was hard finding parking in the garage one evening and it was pretty tight. 2 night stay and was only able to get cookies when we checked in....other times they were out.

Hotel room was clean. Place needs to have a continental breakfast after all it is a Marriott. I was very disappointed the room had a coffee maker in there which was fine. The coffee provided was terrible the creamer packets were terrible. Other than that the hotel room was great
A clean, comfortable and very nice place. I like that it is in a good location. The only thing I did not like was that when we got to the hotel wanted to check-in the receptionists did not know how to open our reservation (which we have created it a week before our check-in day) they lasted about half an hour trying to find our room, until they could finally find it.
Great location, walking distance to metro station and Georgetown is just a bridge. Very friendly and helpful staff. The heater in the room didn’t work though I got it checked couple of times. The place is undergoing major renovation too!
Oldest Marriott still operating, and it still looks great! The customer service is excellent and the rooms look like they got a refresh recently.
Recently remodeled and nicely furnished, but it won't be my first choice if I'm ever in the area again... There different are conventions, parties, and tour groups crowding public areas and charging loudly up and down the halls each day.
And charging $22 for breakfast would make a lot more sense if it was something different and better than every other hotel's complimentary continental buffet!
The top floor ballroom/area has a great view. The garage is easy parking. My company has had events there for the past few years. The appetizers are always great. The lunch is usually lacklustre, but that not unexpected. Could also be the price point of my company. Clean and spacious. Staff is very attentive.

Definitely shocked with the outdated amenities. Phone in the room did not work. 2/3 elevators work. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. The views from our window was great!. Shower was hot and powerful (best part). Hotel bar was phenomenal and KC made a Cinnamon Moscow Mule that was delicious.
Biggest disappointment: the almost $50 on property parking that was NOT disclosed when price was quoted.
This was a nice hotel. I really liked the room (king size bed.) The front desk personnel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I ate dinner at the Oasis Bar. It was "ok." The elevators were incredibly slow. The parking garage was a nightmare. The exit to drive out was not marked and it was incredibly tight and not easy to navigate. The hotel was very convenient as far as location and there...
Accommodating hotel for the asshole group of bikers that was there... just kidding, they were very respectful and the staff/hotel was awesome! Thank you for supporting our cause!

This hotel had great customer service. Everything was sanitary and I didn't run into any problems at all. The staff was friendly and it is an ideal location as there are many places of interest within a 15 minute walking distance.
Nice hotel for a reasonable price. Friendly service. It's further from union station than I thought it was, but still not far and there's a beautiful walk to get to it if you choose to walk. Very close to the National Mall, capital building, and right next to the Smithsonian air and space museum.
Like trains? Right outside your window? Passing by every few minutes? Then this hotel is for you! If you're unlucky enough to stay in the back third, the hotel room abuts a set of very busy commuter tracks, whose trains blow their horns before crossing the street on either side of the hotel. If you can get past that annoyance, then the hotel is located in a convenient location with many destinations...
Excellent Holiday Inn with better than average amenities. The location is great and the staff is very kind. The only complaint I have is that on morning I witnessed two homeless people hanging out in the hotel lobby out of sight from the front desk. One had to be removed by security and the other left before being reported.

Very friendly front desk. Room was clean and well equipped - loved having an ice maker. Best thing was the free shuttle within a mile of the hotel! It was never busy and so convenient!

Very clean and a great breakfast. Four star as we brought a camper and they said they had a place at the Double Tree it could be parked. We got there that night and there was no were to park it. Was told they never said anything like that. Ended up finding a place a block away to park on the street by a meter.
Hotel was decent, standard hotel fare for breakfast, actually pretty good chili for dinner / evening snack. That said, there was a fire alarm, and the staff said it was due to dust in the building. Additionally, there was a scratching noise in the ceiling all night long; don't know if it was utility pipes or vermin or what, but it was annoying.

Overall experience staying in the place was outstanding, and it's definitely worth the price. In particular, I liked the location, friendliness of the staffs, free shuttle service to airport and metro station, and amenities provided.
I had a layover here when on my way back home and got to stay a night for free. The room was BEAUTIFUL. I got two full sized beds to myself. The front desk was fast and efficient. As soon as I got there, they took my voucher and knew exactly what to do. It took all of 5 minutes to get me checked in and into a room so I could rest for my early morning connection flight.
The front staff were so friendly and helpful - they made us feel comfortable and at home right from the beginning. The room was clean and updated and we were glad to be walking distance (for us) from metro and a plethora of eating and shopping options. Others not use to walking a lot may not find it that convenient and the Uber drivers had a little trouble finding us. Would definitely stay again!
Free parking for guests, staff was absolutely amazing. The only problem we had in the beginning was our starting room; the room smelt Musty, and the beds did not match the expectation of what we asked and what we were described. The hotel certainly rates at the Hilton standard which great. The restaurant was hard work when it came to selecting anything remotely vegan though. Not the friendliest front desk unfortunately.
Awesome location and really nice rooms. Cute little bar and restaurant down stairs. It’s no problem to store you bags before check in and plenty of parking garages around if you don’t want to use valet.
Friendly reception, comfortable beds and sufficiently large rooms. Could use shower gels instead of the bar soap. Given the price could have had more basic amenities such as the razor and bottled water in the room. The cafe/restaurant downstairs (opens at 7am) is a nice place for breakfast.
Love Hilton in general, this one was no different. A little higher end (cafe with 15$ breakfast vouchers instead of a free basic buffet) and the breakfast was AMAZING. I recommend the eggs Benedict *highly*.

There are good people left in this world and Richard is one of them. Thank you Richard for taking the time, effort and being honest to return my card! You are the BEST!
I loved this hotel. I’m a Hilton employee and I will always choose Embassy Suites over Hilton resorts. Excellent location of property - with many department stores around, located inside the mall and outside as well. Movie theatre right in front. Great and spacious suites, full delicious breakfast, charming bartender and yummy cocktails, and awesome staff as well overall. Couldn’t recommend it more

First, the rooms are small, but the atmosphere and service is incredible! A bar right in the lobby at check-in - amazing! And they give you drink tokens upon checking in. The entire lobby opens to an outdoor seating/entertainment area on the street. Lots of games to use/play. The hotel invites people to have fun. Despite the small rooms, the hotel is central to everything and the manager makes sure...
Wonderful stay! Came here with my 13-yr-old son for a birthday weekend. We had so much fun here. We got free drink tokens (hard and soft) upon check-in. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive. Their lobby and library are so much fun with games and comfy seats. Very lively but also appropriate for my son and I. The breakfast was delicious and well priced for the quality in downtown DC. Our...
What a fun vibe! We loved checking in at the bar and grabbing a complimentary drink. The location of the hotel was wonderful and we were able to walk to all but one place that we wanted to go to. Parking was easy (and not expensive). The rooms were on the smaller side, which was fine, as we did not spend much time there. One thing that took a second to get used to were the bathrooms - they do not have...
My stay at the Moxy was great! My dad and I spent 3 days at the hotel and absolutely loved it. The rooms were very cozy and clean, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. It was our first time visiting D.C. and the staff were really accommodating with recommendations and sites to visit. While all the staff were great, one employee in particular stood out as exceptional- Jonathan. Jonathan went above...
We had a leaders retreat for my company in DC and as the admin for my team I was tasked with finding a hotel for all 12 of us - working with Erich and Kristina was such a delight, they made booking our stay super easy and their meeting room was perfect for us! They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and were so very helpful. The rooms are small yes, but we all loved...
This hotel has a great vibe. For me, traveling alone, the room was just the right size and because I was there for work, I wasn’t there much. I laughingly told my husband we probably couldn’t go there together because it would feel a bit cramped- and we definitely wouldn’t want to go there with our kids or we would be running into each other all weekend. The noise level may not be good if you are...
