A comfortable establishment, it lacks nothing. The ground floor has no view, and is surrounded by walls. Parking is a bit complicated, and it costs €15 per day.
The service at reception was also impeccable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Direct access to the parking lot was very convenient even on rainy days. I didn't miss anything; everything was better than described when I booked. The only thing I should note is that it appeared to have an iron, but it wasn't a problem since we asked at reception and they brought it to us. Regardless, they were very good, and our stay was incredible and very, very comfortable.

A good aparthotel if you don't pay too much.
The hotel is well located, a few meters from the main road and easily accessible.
Several small shops are available nearby.
The free parking was very convenient (when other tourists don't take your space...) and is large enough for easy parking.
The free Wi-Fi in all rooms is also very convenient.
We paid €350 in the summer for 2, which is a very good rate.
That said, there are several issues to note:
1: We had an apartment overlooking... the other apartments! So, we were all overlooked.
2: Since we only had apartments facing each other and the apartments are non-smoking, the other tenants smoke at the window, which means that all the other apartments get the smoke. Nice...
3: The apartment was clean, but all the cutlery and kitchen utensils were dirty and poorly washed. There was still a pool of oil in the oven!!!
4: The accommodations are poorly soundproofed; you'll easily hear your neighbors.
Worse still, this establishment mainly hosts Spanish tourists, which quickly becomes horrific because the Spanish are very noisy.
5: We had a problem with the toilet flush, which we reported on the first day, but they never came to fix it.
It's all well and good to talk about the eco-friendliness of the establishment, but for a water leak, no one...
Very good apartment!
