Good price but with reason, the hotel lies next to the main road that leads to the Spanish border, the rooms have A/C installed but they don't work may have something to do with the last refit in the '80's at least the color scheme suggests that. Parking is for free at 3 min walk from the hotel and supermarket is integrated in the building. If you drive an hybrid or electric car there is free charging...

Cheap place to stay at in Andorra. Toilets are kinda stinking (that the missing star), but the rooms are clean and the breakfast is really delicious! They managed to keep a big buffet even with respecting Covid rules! Can definitely recommend to stay there for a night or two!

Refurbishment would be useful. Dinner was unseasoned. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is possible to sleep, bathe (bathroom I liked the most).

This is a lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Andorra. Staff are exceptional with 1st class customer service. Would definitely recommend. Rooms are big with separate WC, lots of wardrobe space and a mini fridge in the rooms too - ideal for keeping your water chilled throughout the night Breakfast was excellent with such a great variety. Will be returning.

A nice and clean room. Lots of free parking spots, which is VERY RARE in Andorra, which makes it worth 10 mins of extra driving from the main road, and also gives a great view of mountains from the hotel. A great breakfast (8 euro).

We stayed one night, after visiting Naturland, and had a great time. It is a small, cozy and very quiet hotel. Highlight the professionalism of their staff, specifically the reception staff (Pablo and Leslie), because we had a problem with the Naturland reservation center which they were able to solve quickly. We will definitely be back, but this time we will be booking directly with them.

Don't understand the low average score, should be much higher. Friendly on reception, very well priced for Andorra ski holidays. Simple but clean. Hotel restaurant has very simple but very tasty home cooking and both waiters are very friendly. Excellent wine list. Would repeat for sure, thank you!

Booked this place as it was advertised to be 60% off thinking it was worth the full value. The lobby was nice, but our room on the fourth floor was very out dated including the bathroom. I visited this place on my first visit to Andorra and I am very please to have stayed here, they have parking for 5€ euros and kept my car for some hours even after my check out. The breakfast was really good and even though we were a few in the hotel they served the buffet. Hotel with a very close and familiar treatment, away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial area, surrounded by nature and with hiking trails near the hotel. They accept dogs. Mery, the person who runs it is very nice and attentive. We will come back for sure.

Very pleasant treatment both Meri and Jordi, it is very well located, a quiet place at the entrance of Andorra and many routes nearby to do, dogs are accepted which made our stay easier, breakfast very acceptable, generous. The beds for me taste very hard , but the hotel has what is necessary, very clean.

It was the only hotel in the area that accommodated our two huskies which are not small dogs. Yes the room was small but had all we needed as we are up early and back late. Cozy and very convenient! A very good choice for the money! Very attentive and cordial staff and very good food at the restaurant on premises! A free parking space, what makes it a good bet for driving around the whole of Andorra. Free Wi-Fi and very good breakfast. The manager and her son are very helpful!
