It's not bad for a two star hotel .. the breakfast is a big continental , very good .. strange thing .. you can make a cup of tea but the kettle is in the lobby and you take the cup back to your room .. but it's ok .. the walk to town is about five minutes ish away , down hill all the way .. did not take too long to get back ..

Lovely hotel that's well maintained and quite. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony and the attentiveness of the staff. They also offer a breakfast (€7 per person) and dinner (€15 per person). We took advantage of the breakfast to start our day during our stay. Parking is convenient and the staff is very helpful.

Great hotel with lots of activities in the resort area and close by. The rooms are very spacious and clean, only minus is that there was no AC but even in July we didn't need it. Hotel was great! Food was amazing with really kind and caring staff. A walking distance to the gondola was what we were looking for when we went skiing and it’s what we got! The rooms we had were ok the only thing is we didn’t get fresh towels when we stayed ( we were there for 7 days) however all it took was asking down at reception and we got some. Cozy booths, pub games and plenty of Guinness, as well as the happy hour made our time there (we spent every night at the bar for a whole week) unforgettable. The hotel is ideally located close to the gondola. The rooms are ideal for relaxing after skiing, the service is nice and helpful, the food is very good, there is a nice bar where you can relax. The only downside is that my son had his 16th birthday and there was no reaction from the hotel. I have been to various hotels all over the world and on birthdays there is always some small or bigger surprise...

Love this hotel, second time back this year, staff are so helpful and friendly. Food, facilities and atmosphere are perfect for activity holidays. We have been skiing at this resort for the past few years and this hotel and the people here are a good part of the reason we came back.

We have just returned from a stay with Hotel Rutllan and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and friendly, We came for a skiing trip and the hotel is situated right opposite the gondola in La Massana to the slopes, they have lockers for all of your ski gear too. Location of the hotel is great. Rightnext to the telecabin. The service is great. The pool access for kids is from 3pm to 5pm, which means you need to finish skiing very early to go with your k8ds to the pool. Adults pay 14 euros, and they can access pool from 5pm to 9pm. Overall is a great choice.

Central and ok The hotel was ok - not horrible, not terrific, but ok. After adjusting to the breakfast setup it was actually great and service good. Note there is not AC in the rooms, so either there is the sound from the ceiling fan or the noise from the street.

Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...

I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway and although it didn't seem to start well, in the end the stay improved. They gave me a fairly small twin room, where there was hardly any maneuverability, quite small, and the bathroom the same or worse. We went down to the reception to request the change, and thanks to the availability, despite being a weekend, we were moved to a room that was, without exaggeration...

The air conditioner in my room was noisy all night, and on top of that, it wasn't even cool. They charged for my dog for it's supplements, but nothing was given, even the water bowl. The parking fee is more expensive than the nearby public parking lot. Most of all the male staff we met was unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was soso. The only good points are the swimming pool and the sauna.
