Big room, the mattress was slightly tired, and the heating was really too much, and can not be regulated (old-fashion central heating), so we had to sleep with the window open in winter. It's not bad for a two star hotel .. the breakfast is a big continental , very good .. strange thing .. you can make a cup of tea but the kettle is in the lobby and you take the cup back to your room .. but it's ok .. the walk to town is about five minutes ish away , down hill all the way .. did not take too long to get back ..

Lovely hotel that's well maintained and quite. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony and the attentiveness of the staff. Great hotel with lots of activities in the resort area and close by. The rooms are very spacious and clean, only minus is that there was no AC but even in July we didn't need it. Fuimos con mi esposa a pasar una noche. Cenamos en el restaurante y desayunamos, el personal fué muy amable. La comida no estaba mal. Las habitaciones eran cómodas. El personal de recepción no tuvo empatía, al menos con nosotros. Ni un buen viaje, ni preguntar si hemos estado bien, ni nada similar. Para pasar una noche es correcto, para más noches, hay otras opciones. No se si volveremos.

Had a week skiing and this was our base. Very close to the main gondola, around 50 metres, which lead you to the slopes. Hotel was very clean, staff are attentive, food is good. Great experience

Location of the hotel is great. Rightnext to the telecabin. The service is great. The pool access for kids is from 3pm to 5pm, which means you need to finish skiing very early to go with your k8ds to the pool. Adults pay 14 euros, and they can access pool from 5pm to 9pm. Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway and although it didn't seem to start well, in the end the stay improved. They gave me a fairly small twin room, where there was hardly any maneuverability, quite small, and the bathroom the same or worse. I stayed here in May 2025. The building is a little old, but it has been renovated and I was able to stay comfortably. I used the parking lot, but it was hard to understand how to use it. It would be helpful if there was information on the website so I could check in advance.

Overall not bad, only downside are the paper-thin walls of the room. Location is perfect, you are in the centre. Breakfast sufficient/enough selection of meat and cheese, and freshly baked pastries.
