Good Room And easy to be founded.

Decent, basic hotel. Slept well however the ‘double room’ was just two single beds pushed together, so that wasn’t ideal.
⚠️CAUTION⚠️ if you reserve the package with Caldea, make sure you know that you will not have any flexibility on the time or day that the hotel select for you to enter the spa. Even though we wrote a note on the reservation, emailed and called them, they did not respond to our request for a specific entry time (since we had other commitments on the trip) and we ended up having to deal with the incompetent front desk staff who didn’t make any provisions or compensation. We had to change all of our plans for the trip.

Hotel could do with renovation, showing its age in places. Lots of traffic noises.
I contacted them beforehand regarding a parking space reservation, they replied there was no need to reserve but when we arrived they only have 4 space's for large cars and all occupied. If I had known this I would not have booked the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and am deeply disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. My stay was far from pleasant due to this major concern.
Upon arrival I immediately noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned. The corners of the room had accumulated dust, the floor had not been vacuumed, and there were obvious traces of dirt on the furniture. The sheets and towels appeared worn and stained, which didn't give me confidence in their cleanliness.

A big hotel with a big bar and a separate restaurant. What they lack in modern comfort/facilities, they make up in their service.
I was initially given a room (#111) that reeked of cigarette smell. I opened the one window and it had no view, but a concrete square where you could see the windows of 3 other rooms. And the ground was littered with cigarette butts. So, I guess recycled cigarette smelling air it is. I thought that the smell would dissipate. However, throughout the night, the smell seemed to be reinforced, like people were smoking by the windows I saw and the smell came through to my room. So the next day I asked for a room change and they did it without issue. And it was a bigger room, too. And with view outside the window.
They were also great to help me get some printing done.
I started 6 nights and other than the first night, it was great.

Great hotel in the heart of Andorra,10 minutes walk to the shopping streets. Room was big and clean,balcony with the mountains view. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has his own parking.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and about 15-20 minutes from the city center. The hotel staff's service is very good. The room is relatively simple but has good WiFi and heating.

Very good hotel with very nice staff, especially considering the low price (~20€/night).
The rooms even had floor heating which was great for walking barefoot or let the kids roam around the room.
The bathrooms were well equipped with shower gel, shampoo, soaps, shower caps, tissues, cups and even shoe sanitizer.
The bedroom had very good lighting and additional bedding was provided.
The safe was free for use. The view was acceptable towards the street, but was quiet enough to not disturb the sleep.
