Great location at start of shopping area.
Five mins from a great local bar, caña for 1€.
Loved the breakfast.
Great service and friendly staff.

Parking at the back, 16€ per day.

Across the road from old Andorra and Casa d'ell Vall.

The room is small and functional, no hiding that. Maybe I should have chosen bigger room.
Good shower.

We really enjoyed our time at HP. Very kind and generous staff. Excellent location and mere steps to restaurants and shopping. Snug room and few amenities, but that it all ok with us. Recommend

The hotel was nothing to write home about but it has a lot going for it. I can easily recommend staying here for people that are travelling to andorra. It comes down mostly to the location and the amenities that make it a great place to come back to. Its close to many restaurants & cafes, tourist attractions and retail shopping. I mostly loved the beautiful mountainside it sits on, full of local gardens, winding walk ways and even some fun but technical off-the-radar hikes. The next best thing is their pool, it’s really underrated. Andorra is hot as hell in the summer and boy does it feel good to jump in a cold pool when you’ve sweat through your clothes. The pool sits on a high roof and comes stock with a 360° view of Andorra La Vella. We could have spent all day up there if we had to. My only complaint about the hotel was that our room didnt come with a mini-fridge, but im sure if we payed more for an upgraded suite we would have had one. If you need a clean and quiet hotel with professional service in a good neighbourhood, its a good choice. Thank you Hotel Pyrenees!

The location is perfect in the old city center, near the bus station (you have to climb uphill, though). Staff in the reception is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. The city is incredibly beautiful, modern and clean, surrounded by amazing mountain views! My new favorite place for a short visit!

So this hotel is good apart from one thing. The obsessive non stop cleaning. They vacuumed outside my room 6 times in the space of 4 hours, which makes this hotel unsuitable for anyone looking for peace and quiet or for business. They cleaned the room next to mine at least twice. The cleaners ate very noisy at this hotel.

So it is very clean. The buffet breakfast is fairly basic, but fine. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly.
