This wasn’t my first time in this hotel but every time when I come back I get amazed how they can maintain their hospitality and customer service standards. Everything is awesome,delicious food,beautiful view from room.Staff and management very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful guest relations Alina ,concierge ,housekeeping,receptionists to make our stay memorable.

Great service from Mr Isaac yesterday,we walked into the lounge around 10:15 pm 7 people for our friends birthday.it was abit late no booking had been done but he made sure we had the best moment and time since we arrived.the communication skills,the English was great.He took our orders.what I noticed while I was walking towards the rest rooms I saw him running,coming to know after we spoke the kitchen...

Great seaside location, lovely beach . Excellent breakfast and service at the main restaurant. Nice Indian food at the Masala restaurant too. Rooms are a little dated but are great value for money. We enjoyed and would love to return.

Amazing location and unbeatable value for money! The ocean's stunning blue hues are a sight to behold. Don't miss out on the boat tours to explore the area. Well, I was planning trip for myself and my parents, and checking several options. First, hotel managers were extra polite and accurate, they provided several option for booking and explained them with details, therefore our checking process was very easy. Secondly, this hotel really has clean and compact private beach. Thirdly, accommodation is roomy for real, and has nice design which perfectly matches...

Room is not clean, all personal just want to earn money, no money no cleaning service. All personal realy stupid, when you asking about something, whey do all things but not you asking about. SPA LIKE A NIGHTMARE, TOTALLY UNCLEAR. Some day you can got new towels but only for 1 person. Sometimes no towels.

The hotel is perfect, all the facilities are represent the luxury experience. The room is amazing, the service is excellent. Ahmed from housekeeping make the special decoration for our anniversary. Yana is helpful with all our requires. They gave free room upgrade for our anniversary. Its really special and memorable for us, we will come back again. Zillura and his staff have been amazing. So friendly and helpful. Mary couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel is very clean. . The staff work so hard to keep the guests happy. Would recommend this hotel.

Amazing friendly service. So many activities or just relax in the luxurious villa. Two nights is not long enough to appreciate everything that Six Senses has to offer.

Every time i were driving by this hotel , i thought what a luxury place till i booked the room there. First of all its old property , rooms furniture is old, in shower you can’t remove the shower head its only on the wall, so its only one option. The swimming pool water is very hot 🥵 The design is not comfortable, and it’s a small size, as it’s only one pool in the hotel for adults I was expecting...

The check in and check out was easy. I was disappointed that no early check in / late checkout is possible. At least I was denied. :/ on a Monday- Tuesday stay. The hotel had very few guests, so the staff should have been more accommodating. The hotel staff is clueless about their own venue, working hours of facilities and similar things. The view is great. Food and service - great. Poor choice of ice-cream (only chocolate) Jet skiers give extra noise and CO2. Be prepared to swim with turtles and jet skiers at the same time, right on the beach

Highly recommended for an Amazing view. Although, room service and attentities are not on the mark. Very disappointed with cleanliness of the carpet. Asking for so many necessary things like, iron board, hangers and extension board etc. Non availability of mirror is also one of the drawback of the room. We've stayed a few times, this time 10days. It's the most relaxing, calm, quiet, comfortable, tranquil perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The beach is spotless, sea is so clear with turtles and fish everywhere. You can hire boards& kayaks, diving, snorkeling and other water sports. The villas are very clean, blackout curtains, comfortable and you can get any kitchen equipment from room service....

Nice place to stay. The studio is spacious and well equipped, even with a small kitchen and a fridge. Very attentive, friendly and kind staff. The only minor problem is that the water in the swimming pool is very hot, but that's not their fault...

Terrible, terrible hotel. Despite the summer rate, it's a bomb. Go to one of the resorts in Fujeirah. Cheaper and far better standards and service.
