Room is not clean, all personal just want to earn money, no money no cleaning service. All personal realy stupid, when you asking about something, whey do all things but not you asking about. SPA LIKE A NIGHTMARE, TOTALLY UNCLEAR. Some day you can got new towels but only for 1 person. Sometimes no towels.

Ok place for a couple of day. Only thing that is not good is their AC one split unit in a room is not sufficient plus whenever you remove your room card everything shuts down so no AC when you come back you feel the heat and mositure.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides.
