the waiter Kennedy provides a good level of service, clarifies wishes, brought me water :) Everything is fine, but the cooks need to work on desserts in the dining room, today I came across something delicious for the first time. it would be cool if there was more chocolate. otherwise everything is fine, no comments. the service is good, the service is fast, the beach is clean, the food is delicious

This wasn’t my first time in this hotel but every time when I come back I get amazed how they can maintain their hospitality and customer service standards. Room is not clean, all personal just want to earn money, no money no cleaning service. All personal realy stupid, when you asking about something, whey do all things but not you asking about. SPA LIKE A NIGHTMARE, TOTALLY UNCLEAR. Some day you can got new towels but only for 1 person. Sometimes no towels.

We had an amazing stay with our two children. The staff is very professional, lovely and attention to detail. They have a great sense of hospitality. The accommodation is very comfortable and luxurious. There’ everything one’s need for a perfect holiday.

Our visit to Turtle Beach Restaurant and Bar was truly delightful. Mr Tushar and Yousif went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with their kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. The food was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend the pizza and tiramisu – both were simply perfect. A heartfelt thank you to the team for such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back!

A great getaway made special by the brilliant staff, especially in the turtle bar restaurant. The beach is great with many feeding turtles that you can snorkel with. Kids are especially well catered for with a movie on the grass each night. 10/10 can’t recommend highly enough.

The perfect hotel for a beach holiday! We came at the end of November to escape the cold and foggy Europe and came to this paradise! The beach is sandy with a small coral reef a few meters in, they have a restaurant and are close to the city which offers more food options. Bring cash though! Every time i were driving by this hotel , i thought what a luxury place till i booked the room there. First of all its old property , rooms furniture is old, in shower you can’t remove the shower head its only on the wall, so its only one option. Nice place to stay. The studio is spacious and well equipped, even with a small kitchen and a fridge. Very attentive, friendly and kind staff. The only minor problem is that the water in the swimming pool is very hot, but that's not their fault...
