Royal View Hotel

Extremely disappointing stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the carpet and toilet was dirty and clearly not maintained. They even sent two security guards for a 30mins. late check out— seriously, over 30 minutes? Ridiculous. It’s clear they’re cutting costs at the expense of basic comfort and hospitality. Not worth the money at all.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist ANTU at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, I was met with an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Rather than offering help or guidance, the receptionist was curt, unprofessional, and shockingly rude.
What was even more disturbing was the apparent bias in how I was treated compared to others. It felt discriminatory and racially insensitive, which is absolutely unacceptable in any professional setting. No one should feel unwelcome or disrespected because of who they are.
This experience left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures all staff are trained in basic respect, professionalism, and inclusivity.

We had a very disappointing experience with the front desk/reception staff. The person at the reception was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Instead of helping or providing clear information, he spoke in a disrespectful tone and made the entire interaction very uncomfortable. This is not the level of service anyone should expect when visiting a business. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training in customer service. Very disappointed.

Staffs are very accommodating during our stay from june 7 -9 2025. Unfortunately the hotel should be renovated. Carpet is messy and room had an unpleasant smell. In between the floor tiles are getting black in the Washroom, faucet is not fix in the basin. Trash can is rusty and you need to open it in throwing your trash. Guest is not allowed.

Worst experience ever.
My colleague booked us in this hotel and
we were booked in a twin bed room but when we got to the reception they said there was no room available and there was only one single bed room. I requested an extra bed. we came to the room which was very dirty. the extra bed that I requested arrived, what I expected was an extra bed like in other hotels but what arrived was only a mattress.
the carpet is very dirty on the floor, theres stain in the sofa. the bathroom sucks. the receptionist is rude.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life. We changed hotel immediately after seeing the room. The receptionist guy did not even bother to ask what is the problem and whats the reason we are checking out.

This is more like a motel than hotel.

Too much ladies with men, cigarettes and drinks. Too much loud bar.

It is really disappointed when they charging for plate 🍽️ when we requested. We love to stay there but this kind of things not good from the management they will lose the regular guest for no cost things . Very shameless.

Don't forget we are paying service charges to get probably service.
