Royal View Hotel

Worst experience ever.
My colleague booked us in this hotel and
we were booked in a twin bed room but when we got to the reception they said there was no room available and there was only one single bed room. I requested an extra bed. we came to the room which was very dirty. the extra bed that I requested arrived, what I expected was an extra bed like in other hotels but what arrived was only a mattress.
the carpet is very dirty on the floor, theres stain in the sofa. the bathroom sucks. the receptionist is rude.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life. We changed hotel immediately after seeing the room. The receptionist guy did not even bother to ask what is the problem and whats the reason we are checking out.

This is more like a motel than hotel.

Too much ladies with men, cigarettes and drinks. Too much loud bar.

It is really disappointed when they charging for plate 🍽️ when we requested. We love to stay there but this kind of things not good from the management they will lose the regular guest for no cost things . Very shameless.

Don't forget we are paying service charges to get probably service.

My stay at Royal View in Ras Al Khaimah was disappointing. The pervasive smell of cigarettes in the lobby and rooms, coupled with a disturbing mixture of mold and smoke from the A/C, made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The noise from the night club was disruptive, and the presence of individuals in the hotel seemingly for non-family-friendly purposes was concerning. This hotel may not be suitable for those seeking a family-friendly environment. It's crucial for potential guests to be aware of these issues, and I suggest reevaluating its listing on booking platforms. Personally, I won't be returning to this establishment.

This not my first time staying in this hotel on my previous experience I had a very bad experience which was immediately recovered and the manager at the time was so polite and reserved and very helpful. But with this stay I had again a bed experience even though I request for we been charged for it my request was late check and I am pretty sure that I asked for it and on next day I have been charged for 3pm check out it’s not matter of money at list the management should show some flexibility we had check at around 2 am after a long drive we was exhausted disoriented it’s seam the management don’t care about guest comfort but there main concern is to drain guest pocket.
The service is poor I ask the cleaners why you place coffee mat but not coffee the answer was it’s on request.
Poor rooms amenities.
Laude music from the bar is disturbing and annoying.
In general the way I been treated is not the Ras Al Khaimah hospitality approach this kind of hotels and there services have bad impact on RAK tourism.
Looking into other guest feedback it seems the management is not interested to change or do better to improve the quality of the facilities and managerial staff I am pretty sure they will response by saying they will seriously consider this and do better on my next visit but unfortunately never again I agree with one guest comment previously even if it’s for free he will not step into this hotel.
