I have visited here to stay but I have changed my mind. Coz I have asked about the where is the restroom from front office staff he directly denied and said this is for in-house guest only… really to use restroom have to have Room. And than i asked for restaurant, in restaurant staff didn’t show interest completely felt un attentive.

An Unforgettable Stay at Mirage Bab Al Bahr – Absolute Paradise!** My stay at **Mirage Bab Al Bahr Hotel** was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the sea. The hotel’s luxurious ambiance, combined with its serene beachfront location, made it the perfect escape. Great service from all staff , special thanks to Mr Amr Hany for his prompt response from the time we made the booking till our departure.

We are currently on holiday in this hotel. The music on the beach is blaring Arabic. I am fed up!!!! The holidaymakers are mostly Russian. I paid for the holiday, why should I listen to this music. Either turn on normal chill out or turn this off.

The hotel amenities are old and require renovation.
AC machine is a bit noisy.

I am quite disappointed and frustrated with our recent stay at the Mirage Bab Al Bahr hotel. We have been visiting this hotel three times a year since 2020, and my children have always enjoyed swimming in the pool with us. However, during our four-night stay, the hotel manager unfortunately refused to allow my children to swim with us, despite the staff's sympathetic and understanding attitude. This incident ruined what was supposed to be a fun family vacation. As my daughter put it, "This is our last trip to this hotel." The management's lack of flexibility and understanding is appalling. We will not return.

We checked into the hotel, declared 5 stars, in fact a maximum of 3. The hotel staff is as rude as possible, the manager at the restaurant threatened with eviction, was rude. "All inclusive", if you can call it that, does not correspond to reality, drinks can be maximum two in hand. The bar staff is rude, they say you've had enough, you're drunk. In general, the hotel does not appreciate the guests at all, they are not interested in the guests

Great experience with the tour agent located in the front lobby of the hotel. Nargiza was honest , knew her stuff and went an extra mile for us. Answered all our questions and thought outside the box offering different opinions. We Got two tours from her. Highly recommend
