Sameh is very professional and supportive. Very flexible to my needs. Supportive all the way from booking to checkout. If you need non smoking, they make sure you get non smoking room. The restaurant serves very delicious meals also

I booked to celebrate our anniversary and everything was Great! The staff are really helpful as I requested them to decorate the room and they did so! and the view of the room was SUPERB! Thank you Amber for your help❤️ just wanted to add that the breakfast doesn’t have varieties of food it needs to be better😊 but overall experience is wonderful and definitely we will book with u again.

We were supposed to stay for a week, but ended up staying 15 days, thanks to the exceptional hospitality shown by the staff. The hotel is located in the prime area of Nakheel, Manar mall is pretty close, there are plenty of other shopping options as well. Breakfast menu was pretty decent (Chef's Indian). Highly recommended for long stays as well.

Rooms were really clean, towels and sheets were great quality. I stayed here for a hiking weekend so location was great for me. Shower was great and bed very comfortable, I would definitely stay again. Staff very helpful.

Overall, the food left a lasting impression and received rave reviews from attendees.

Extremely satisfied with the service. The rooms are a bit small for 3 + 1 child.

They gave us the POD room, which was hood and suited our needs.

Though I didn't order good, the menu is super expensive.

Good view, and well located hotel

This was my first stay at Citymax RAK. I am definitely amazed with this hotel. I had booked two rooms and both rooms were given according to my preference. The staff are amazing and specially the housekeeping staff who attended my requests promptly. The room I got was for the sea view which was amazing. There are couple of malls nearby also foods cafes and restaurants. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and will definitely be returning soon.
