A great getaway made special by the brilliant staff, especially in the turtle bar restaurant. The beach is great with many feeding turtles that you can snorkel with. Kids are especially well catered for with a movie on the grass each night. 10/10 can’t recommend highly enough.

Our visit to Turtle Beach Restaurant and Bar was truly delightful. Mr Tushar and Yousif went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with their kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality.
The food was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend the pizza and tiramisu – both were simply perfect.
A heartfelt thank you to the team for such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The perfect hotel for a beach holiday! We came at the end of November to escape the cold and foggy Europe and came to this paradise! The beach is sandy with a small coral reef a few meters in, they have a restaurant and are close to the city which offers more food options. Bring cash though! They have a diving centre which offers course and dives and the guys are lovely there. Even though we arrived very late, the staff greeted us very warmly and even upgraded our room to a higher class for free! 😍

This hotel is fantastic for a holiday getaway, especially during winter and family vacations! It's the top choice for your stay. The atmosphere is nothing short of amazing—perfectly peaceful. Plus, the Starbucks coffee is excellent and incredibly satisfying. The views are unmatched! And let's not forget the staff; they are exceptionally friendly and eager to help. This place truly stands out!

Amazing hotel with lovely location by the beach. Nice food, perfect service and a lot of places to have fun for kids and adults. The service is amazing. There are also restaurants like Italian and Japanese. I had the best pizza there. I will definitely go back there for the super atmosphere.

The check in and check out was easy. I was disappointed that no early check in / late checkout is possible. At least I was denied. :/ on a Monday- Tuesday stay. The hotel had very few guests, so the staff should have been more accommodating.
The hotel staff is clueless about their own venue, working hours of facilities and similar things. I was weird how I couldn’t get any info although I was walking around and asking everyone - the reception, the bar, the pool and many others. I couldn’t get a dive session registered as the dive Center employee sent me off somewhere else…
The pool water was boiling hot - shame. If you’re looking to spend some time in a chilled pool - forget about it. Choose a different hotel.
The beach is full of stones, so not kids friendly at all. Unless you watch your kid’s every move that is.
Swimming to the dibba rock is prohibited. You have rent a boat and pay extra 300-400aed.
The hotel has a nice restaurant called "turtle beach" - highly advise to check it out, the food and the views are nice.

Every time i were driving by this hotel , i thought what a luxury place till i booked the room there.
First of all its old property , rooms furniture is old, in shower you can’t remove the shower head its only on the wall, so its only one option.
The swimming pool water is very hot 🥵
The design is not comfortable, and it’s a small size, as it’s only one pool in the hotel for adults I was expecting more.
As in pool was impossible to swim we went to the ocean 🌊
And even there had disappointment,there was a lot of rocks or small caves for fishes kind of thing
And its very rough and not smooth AT ALL
We twisted our feet twice minimum
That beach made for boats , diving, snorkeling, we saw turtle beside the beach,but not good for normal swimers💔

The view is great.
Food and service - great.
Poor choice of ice-cream (only chocolate)
Jet skiers give extra noise and CO2.
Be prepared to swim with turtles and jet skiers at the same time, right on the beach

Highly recommended for an Amazing view.
Although, room service and attentities are not on the mark. Very disappointed with cleanliness of the carpet. Asking for so many necessary things like, iron board, hangers and extension board etc.
Non availability of mirror is also one of the drawback of the room. Shower and tabs are not functional properly thats a big flaws.
I really thanks to the receptionist, they are taking your problem seriously.
Bar, beach and pool area are the once we enjoyed alot.

We've stayed a few times, this time 10days. It's the most relaxing, calm, quiet, comfortable, tranquil perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The beach is spotless, sea is so clear with turtles and fish everywhere.
You can hire boards& kayaks, diving, snorkeling and other water sports.
The villas are very clean, blackout curtains, comfortable and you can get any kitchen equipment from room service. Nothing is too much trouble here. Waj (the manager) and all the team are very happy to help and very welcoming.
Life is perfect here
