We had an amazing stay with our two children. The staff is very professional, lovely and attention to detail. They have a great sense of hospitality.
The accommodation is very comfortable and luxurious. There’ everything one’s need for a perfect holiday.

I loved my stay in this hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. I loved the pool era and the animations. The entertainment team was amazing especially Mo 🙂 he made sure our stay was amazing, fun and unforgettable. He is funny and easygoing we loved the entertainment that he organized. He always welcomed us with a big smile 😊 Thanks to him we weren’t bored and had the time of our life ❤️

We recently stayed at the Fairmont to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary, and it was truly an experience we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and care that exceeded all of our expectations.

One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the incredible generosity we received. Not only was our accommodation thoughtfully arranged, but we were also surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne to mark our special occasion. This gesture made our anniversary celebration even more extraordinary and meaningful.

The hotel itself is nothing short of amazing – elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with every detail designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

A special mention must go to Don, the talented and friendly bartender who made our evenings even more enjoyable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor truly stood out. Don crafted exceptional cocktails and added a personal touch to each interaction, making us feel even more welcome.

The attention to detail, combined with the kindness and thoughtfulness extended to us, made our stay a truly one-of-a-kind experience. We left the Fairmont feeling deeply touched and with many cherished memories.

-The overall experience was fantastic.
-Excellent location and great view.
-Swimming pool and the sea access is great.
-Hotel staff is very good, well spoken and helpful.
-Very good breakfast.
-The Signature room upgrade was excellent and has huge terrace area.

The hotel is perfect, all the facilities are represent the luxury experience. The room is amazing, the service is excellent. Ahmed from housekeeping make the special decoration for our anniversary. Yana is helpful with all our requires. They gave free room upgrade for our anniversary. Its really special and memorable for us, we will come back again. Very recommended hotel to celebrate special moment!!

My recent stay at the Fairmont Hotel Fujairah was nothing short of spectacular! We celebrated my birthday with a 2-night stay, and the experience was fantastic. Our room had an incredible view and was impeccably equipped, requiring nothing more than our personal items. The staff, from valet to front-of-house, were incredibly helpful and assistive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with special touches from the housekeeping team for my birthday. Karuna, our attendant at Canvas restaurant, made each meal delightful with her warm welcome and personal attention, remembering my name and ensuring we felt valued. The pools were a highlight, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. My only suggestion would be to add more on-site amenities like pool tables or an entertainment room to enhance leisure options. Overall, a top-notch experience that exceeded our expectations!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Stunning view, spacious room, nice interiors, and great pool activities too! My son loved it so much, especially the kiddie pool! He enjoyed it most. We will surely come back! Thank you, Fairmont! 🤗

We stayed at the Fairmont hotel many times. Great place to enjoy your vacation, friendly staff, great service. However, we've faced some serious issues twice: one was last year and another this time. There is a Russian lady (she is kind of sports animator or instructor) whose name is Anna. She is a racist. Here is the situation: yesterday she was conducting a kids club (dancing etc) only in Russian language even though if there were a few English speaking kiddos, including my kiddo. My kiddo's primary language is English and she was upset that she couldn't understand anything. Last year was almost the same scenario that she didn't include my daughter just because she doesn't speak Russian language. I had a word with her and she was not polite. She speaks politely to Russian guests only. She must know and respect other English speaking guests.
Secondly: I recommend that all kitchen staffs should wear a mask. Because one gentleman (I understood from his attitude that he is a manager) standing right in front of foods and coughing, even didn't care to cover his mouse. We lost a desire to eat food after seeing this.
Otherwise, we love Fairmont - foods, amenities, pools.
