Upon entering the hotel, you will immediately plunge into the atmosphere of Oriental hospitality: all guests are greeted with the legendary warm chocolate chip cookie. It has everything for a comfortable beach holiday: the stylish and cosy rooms with a balcony or terrace with direct access to the beach, varied food, a large selection of sports, private white sand beach, luxury SPA, 5 swimming pools with temperature control mode, a fully equipped fitness center. I couldn't believe the assortment of food and drinks laid out for guests! The seafood included crabs, oysters, and mussels. The pasta was made in-house, right before guests' eyes. I would need an entire page of space to write it all down. You'll have to check it out for yourself!
Both of the performing acts were excellent as well.
The beach scene was excellent, and my son enjoyed the waterslides after our meal!
The staff was nice and attentive, we really loved the cookies they offer you at the check-in, which is a great signature to my opinion as it leaves a really good impression for guests.
There are some points to be considered when staying there, the ac in the room was very loud and all the restaurants are closing at 10 PM.
Unfortunately not up to the mark in terms of management and maintenance. Service staff are all sincere and polite however not well trained. Which impacted the quality of service.
Rooms were average, basic room (in main building) was smelling. Facilities not well maintained including pools, and splash park.
Need some more indoor activities for adults.
Long wait times for operator, even longer wait times for buggies.
I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel, which should not be classified as a 5-star establishment. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities. The room was not cleaned properly, the sofa bed was filthy, and the blanket had clearly not been changed from the previous guest. The furniture was old, and the carpet was visibly dirty, adding to the overall discomfort.
There was a foul smell lingering in the room, and basic amenities were missing, like a toothbrush, which I had to request separately. The room also lacked a coffee maker, and when I finally requested one, the staff rudely threw it on the table without any care.
To make matters worse, I was forced to sit outside the room at midnight while the staff cleaned it—an unacceptable inconvenience. We also had half-board during our stay, but the food quality was subpar and far from what you'd expect at a supposed 5-star hotel.
The management was unresponsive and unprofessional, showing no interest in resolving these numerous issues. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place, as it is not deserving of its 5-star rating
There is building works going on inside and outside the resort but this didn't bother us too much. We had the standard all inclusive package which was more than adequate, despite eating out 2 nights in the Al la carte restaurants. The buffet can be quite busy at times, so its nice to go somewhere quiet.
The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily new bedding and towels if required.
Our second time visiting this hotel, still impressed.
