Unfortunately not up to the mark in terms of management and maintenance. Service staff are all sincere and polite however not well trained. Which impacted the quality of service.
Rooms were average, basic room (in main building) was smelling. Facilities not well maintained including pools, and splash park.
Need some more indoor activities for adults.
Long wait times for operator, even longer wait times for buggies.
I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel, which should not be classified as a 5-star establishment. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities. The room was not cleaned properly, the sofa bed was filthy, and the blanket had clearly not been changed from the previous guest. The furniture was old, and the carpet was visibly dirty, adding to the overall discomfort.
There was a foul smell lingering in the room, and basic amenities were missing, like a toothbrush, which I had to request separately. The room also lacked a coffee maker, and when I finally requested one, the staff rudely threw it on the table without any care.
To make matters worse, I was forced to sit outside the room at midnight while the staff cleaned it—an unacceptable inconvenience. We also had half-board during our stay, but the food quality was subpar and far from what you'd expect at a supposed 5-star hotel.
The management was unresponsive and unprofessional, showing no interest in resolving these numerous issues. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place, as it is not deserving of its 5-star rating
There is building works going on inside and outside the resort but this didn't bother us too much. We had the standard all inclusive package which was more than adequate, despite eating out 2 nights in the Al la carte restaurants. The buffet can be quite busy at times, so its nice to go somewhere quiet.
The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily new bedding and towels if required.
Our second time visiting this hotel, still impressed.
It started when we arrived at the reception. The staff were very good with us. Youssef was a good person with us. He helped us with a lot of things. The hotel was very good. The restaurant and also the swimming pools. The staff in all the hotels were very respectful.and all of them is friendly 🌹🌹
What can I say about the hotel.
It is very good in almost all respects.
Rooms, beach, cleanliness are great.
The opportunities to spend a holiday there with children are fantastic.
My only criticisms are in the area of food. The food service is inconsistent. Sometimes you get great service and other days there is simply no service. The staff there is simply overwhelmed.
The noise in the restaurant can be compared to a canteen.
The quality of the food is very good but the variety really leaves a lot to be desired. The food is very Indian. There was always something for children that I would like to highlight positively.
All in all, the hotel can be recommended.
Thursday my mom and dad surprised me to go to Double Tree by Hilton Marjan Hotel after my school we straightly went there at 2:30. We went two years ago including my father sadly this time not with him . While we were waiting to get our room we went to the aqua park. I went with my younger brother and older sister also my momWe had so much fun playing with the slides I played the slides for few hours then went to the pool. I enjoyed swimming and diving I played until it was closed. Then we went to our room and it was so beautiful. Hours past when I was going to the kids club I saw a playground I played there and went on I arrived at the kids club. And had fun playing there air hockey with my family I also played video games. We went the playground again and played for a hour then there was a movie going on I saw some of it and went back to our room and slept. The next morning we went for breakfast to eat the foods were very delicious and we can even pick ourselves.
The hotel and restaurant staff were all kind and always ready to help, this best holiday in the middle of the week recharged us for the upcoming exams.
Overall we were satisfied.
Big thanks to the hotel's animators, namely Tatiana and "Sonic" they are great and provided us with entertainment. We were glad to meet them and we would love to see you again :)
