Absolutely loved our stay at Waldorf!
Everything was exceptional from the rooms, service, food and amenities. The staff is extremely kind and go above and beyond at every step.
Apart from the big elements like the gorgeous lobby, beach, restaurants etc, there are some smaller elements I really appreciated such as complimentary water readily available every where at the property - be it the beach or the pool! They serve ice lollies around the pool area during the day times
During our time we dined the Lexington, which was also amazing. Our servers Three, Osama and 1 more person who served our food (unfortunately I did not note his name, he was of Indian origin), all went above and beyond. Very highly recommend trying the cocktails here, they were some of the best I have ever had (and they even have happy hours from 5 to 8pm) highly recommend the gin, peanut butter, berries cocktail!
Breakfast was spectacular with enough vegetarian options and mimosas , champagne
Overall we had a great time and will definitely visit again

Our family had an incredible stay at this hotel! The facilities are stunning, the food was exceptional with a great variety, and the staff’s attention to detail truly set the experience apart.

The Waldorf Astoria in Ras Al Khaimah offers an absolutely amazing experience from the moment you arrive until you leave. The service is impeccable—attentive, warm, and incredibly efficient. You feel pampered at every step, which sets the tone for a truly luxurious stay.
The hotel itself is stunning, with a perfect location right on a white sandy beach. The view is breathtaking, and the serene atmosphere makes it feel like an exclusive getaway. The pools are fantastic, with something for everyone. There’s a great playground pool for kids, while the other pool, reserved for guests 16 and older, provides a more relaxed vibe. I particularly loved how they serve delicious food and drinks directly to your long chair, complete with a little table for added comfort—a small touch that made the experience even more indulgent.
In the evening, there’s a variety of dining options, and I had the pleasure of trying the Japanese restaurant. The food was simply outstanding, from the presentation to the flavors. It exceeded all expectations and was a highlight of my stay.
The room I stayed in was huge, about 80 square meters, and directly faced the sea, offering an incredible view. Waking up to that scenery was an unforgettable experience.
Overall, the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is the epitome of luxury and relaxation, and I can’t wait to return for another exceptional stay!

My husband booked a weekend away at this hotel for my birthday and also paid for me to have a massage. This is my first time staying at this hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Overall, this was a very positives experience, we had a warm welcome when we arrived, the room we booked (suite 1036) was spacious clean and had beautiful decor. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful where staff went above and beyond. It was also very child-friendly with delicious food options for kids and polite, friendly staff. For breakfast, the staff were exceptional at catering to our resquests. The customer relations is great, where they ensured i was made to feel listened to after a poor experience with my therapist. The hotel management and spa supervisor were very attentive and I left feeling valued. We are considering coming back for Christmas/New Year's as I feel reassured that if I encounter any issues, it is dealt with in the best way possible and I'm guaranteed a positive experience.

Then you find a lot of people who would like to help (or tell you what to do), but not followed by actions. The brand sounds 5 stars and the rooms look like it too, but it feels more like 4 stars. Maybe it is too big and too difficult to get good staff everywhere. Most likely we won't come back.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for our wedding anniversary. We were here before 6 years ago and we really liked it that time. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice. But this time we had some issues. While booking the room, we requested for no interconnecting doors. When we arrived, we were told that we were getting the room upgrade which was very nice but when we entered our room, we saw interconnecting doors. Overall our room was nice and clean, except the balcony ( it was very dusty and dirty, so it wasn’t really comfortable to sit there during the evening).
In the evening we went for a dinner buffet. The choice was very limited. We didn’t expect that from a 5* hotel. It was very upsetting. At least the staff was nice and helpful and they cooked for us some extra dishes. In the morning we went for breakfast and it was very nice.
During check out, the lady at the reception didn’t even ask how was our stay.
We really hope that the points which we mentioned will be improved, because the hotel is nice overall.

Luxury at its best ! It's a huge property we'll maintain, a beautiful interior luxurious interior
Location is good . With a mall close by. Clean huge , luxurious, beautiful rooms with all amenities, including coffee machine.
Comfortable Stay. The bed mattress could have been better.
Breakfast spread has tasty , vast variety, but not everything looked fresh , weekend could get noisy , service was good.
They have carnival festival with lots of activities for kids & Adults .
Beach is ok not great view.

Just checked out from Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah today and couldn't be happier! We had an extraordinary and amazing time. From the luxurious room to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. The stunning views, delicious dining options, and relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly unforgettable. best hotel ever. honestly their service and all the workers there are so kind and polite and the breakfast there is just so delicious. the pool and the beach is so clean and nice. they take care of you and the rooms are so clean. the rooms are so luxurious and everything was high quality. the cleaners clean your room every single day about 3 times without asking them to do so. this place is safe too especially if you have kids. totally coming here again!!
