I stayed at this hotel with my husband for our wedding anniversary. We were here before 6 years ago and we really liked it that time. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice. But this time we had some issues. While booking the room, we requested for no interconnecting doors. When we arrived, we were told that we were getting the room upgrade which was very nice but when we entered our room, we saw interconnecting doors. Overall our room was nice and clean, except the balcony ( it was very dusty and dirty, so it wasn’t really comfortable to sit there during the evening).
In the evening we went for a dinner buffet. The choice was very limited. We didn’t expect that from a 5* hotel. It was very upsetting. At least the staff was nice and helpful and they cooked for us some extra dishes. In the morning we went for breakfast and it was very nice.
During check out, the lady at the reception didn’t even ask how was our stay.
We really hope that the points which we mentioned will be improved, because the hotel is nice overall.

Luxury at its best ! It's a huge property we'll maintain, a beautiful interior luxurious interior
Location is good . With a mall close by. Clean huge , luxurious, beautiful rooms with all amenities, including coffee machine.
Comfortable Stay. The bed mattress could have been better.
Breakfast spread has tasty , vast variety, but not everything looked fresh , weekend could get noisy , service was good.
They have carnival festival with lots of activities for kids & Adults .
Beach is ok not great view.

Just checked out from Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah today and couldn't be happier! We had an extraordinary and amazing time. From the luxurious room to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. The stunning views, delicious dining options, and relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making this a perfect getaway.

best hotel ever. honestly their service and all the workers there are so kind and polite and the breakfast there is just so delicious. the pool and the beach is so clean and nice. they take care of you and the rooms are so clean. the rooms are so luxurious and everything was high quality. the cleaners clean your room every single day about 3 times without asking them to do so. this place is safe too especially if you have kids. totally coming here again!!

One of the best hotels we’ve been to. We love to treat ourselves to a nice 5 star break from time to time and this is up there with the best. We’ve been here a couple of times and it’s 5 star in every sense. The place exudes luxury from the large bedrooms, stunning views, beautiful beach and attentive service.
The manager does a brilliant job ensuring the service and amenities are consistent. A lovely place to relax and unwind. Keep it up!

We recently enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. From the moment of arriving, we were impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service provided by the staff. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spacious, clean, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
In addition to the fantastic accommodations and dining, we appreciated the staff kindness and professional service at the beach, pool and restaurants. At checkout day, the duty manager, Ms. Lana was kind in accommodating our late checkout request.

We had an amazing stay in Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah 😍 The rooms were spacious and spotless, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Their beach club is nice with chill music, good food and drinks 🍹 will definitely come back to this paradise

The hotel staff are very friendly and always smiling. Checking in took a bit of time, but it was a busy time to be honest.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Value for the money is adequate.
You can literally not leave the hotel and do everything you want inside it.

Great hotel for families and couples. I stayed with my husband and we had a wonderful time here. Everything is perfect from the beginning till the end. Hotel decorations are very beautiful, rooms are newly decorated, big space, big balcony with sea view. Beach right in front of the hotel with sun beds, towels and water. Three swimming pools, one for kids, one mix and one 18+. Restaurants are good, gym is good. Also has a spa. As well there is a tennis 🎾 court and you can play for free anytime. Service is great. All staff is very professional and doing really good job to make guests happy. From the door men, to reception, to house keeping, to staff on the beach and in restaurants and everywhere else. Very very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend!
