However, I must mention that the breakfast options were not up to the standard I expected. The variety and quality of food could use significant improvement to match the level of the other services offered by the hotel

I believe that with proper training, the staff could adopt a more welcoming and professional demeanor. Smiling, attentive, and courteous behavior goes a long way in enhancing a guest’s experience

It was a sudden trip to Fujairah and we’re not really familiar with the place. We ended up going to Royal M hotel and thankfully the stay was great. The food is good but less variety

We went to the Ozone Bar, which is chill out one - they have some shows which is great. But there is one, i need to shout out - The Bar tender there named Karim, he is really good in what he does

Technical issues with room cards and bad valet parking service & conceriege. Good view over FUJ Airport and location is good, some employee are doing well

Good hotel in its category . The food is varied. Of the minuses..the floor is carpeted in most rooms ought to change. Fridays are party ..free entry for all..girls free alcoholic drinks without any restrictions.

A very good hotel location is a plus point. There are many restaurants close by. Clean bedding, washrooms are good with bath tub + wash area, Iron , kettle is provided in room

Good breakfast, coffee machine was not working at that time, however, a very helpful and accommodating lady (sorry forget to get her name) at the lobby coffee shop provided us one

So one our first day of stay we didn't have a good dinner. But they could do more with cleaning service. It's located at the prime spot. The view from the bedroom window was lovely, sea facing

This is definitely not the place to get a good night's sleep. Every day (literally) dancing until 4am. Due to the building's design, all of this is clearly felt

We stayed here for 2 nights during the national day holidays 2024. It was a 3 bedroom suite facing the airport.Delicious breakfast and hospitality. They have a sports bar too.👍

The location of this hotel is superb. It has a chilled pool, an out door bar and a great beach ,sun loungers and even a tennis court. The services is good check in and out is quick

It would also be nice to see more couple-friendly activities like breakfast by the beach or a cozy movie night under the stars. That being said, the overall experience was amazing, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
