Generally, i didn't like the hotel, didn't feel like 5 stars at all, had a bad buffet at breakfast, and bad attitude of some (egyptian) employees in the restaurant. Technical issues with room cards and bad valet parking service & conceriege.

First time to see the hotel - it was lovely.
WE did not check in as we already did at the nearby, but planning to experience a stay definitely.
We went to the Ozone Bar, which is chill out one - they have some shows which is great.
But there is one, i need to shout out - The Bar tender there named Karim, he is really good in what he does. A very accommodating and has good customer experience. Thank you Karim!

It was a sudden trip to Fujairah and we’re not really familiar with the place. We ended up going to Royal M hotel and thankfully the stay was great. The food is good but less variety. Service is not slow but not fast as well. All in all the place is at least 70% satisfactory.

We have been to the Royal M hotel the past 8 years. We're always happy returning back, when making a trip to Fujeirah. The rooms include all whats necessary, it's quite, which I love. The cleaning of the room could be improved, but the hotels service is great so they are always happy to help. The view is beautiful and we always loved the spa, it's massages and the sauna jacuzzi.
On the roof top is a swimming pool as well.
The hotel is connected to a mall, which is great if you wanna run for a movie or some karting.

Good hotel. The room has a kitchen. Five star food. There is a carreful grocery store nearby. They even found Uvelka buckwheat there. The sea is a bit far away, but we were with small children. There is no pool, but in the evening they take you to another 5-star hotel, where there is a good pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.

Nice staff. What is convenient in the rooms is carpet. Clean and comfortable. Exit directly to the shopping center. The rooms have remote control of lights. Convenient air conditioning control system.

Third time in this hotel in Fujairah. Everything is decent, the staff is friendly and efficient.

We rest in Royal M Hotel. Everything is fine! Room cleaning, location, shopping malls, service staff are beyond praise! Ahmad Jabbar 👍👍👍👍👍and other waiters constantly come up and ask if everything suits us, if we have enough. They constantly bring what we ask for with a smile and a friendly attitude.

A wonderful hotel with the highest level of service and comfort! We spent an unforgettable weekend here and were completely delighted.
I'll start with the location - the hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place.
The rooms exceeded all our expectations - spacious, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything we needed.
The hotel staff deserves special praise. All the staff were incredibly polite, helpful and attentive to our wishes.
I would especially like to note the excellent cuisine of the hotel restaurant. We tried many local dishes and each of them was prepared to the highest standard. The impressions of dinner at the hotel will stay with us for a long time.Overall it was a perfect holiday. We will definitely come back here again and will recommend this hotel to all our friends and acquaintances.

Very nice hotel for its price . All staff is very friendly .the breakfast is quite good. The direct access to the mall is very suitable . No problem with parking . Also I was very pleased with Ikram’s help. He was very pleasant and polite , helped me with my heavy luggage . Thank you , Royal M team
