Be prepared for the fact that Fujairah is more traditional than, for example, a metropolis of Dubai. Perhaps English is not understood everywhere.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked other items. The view from my window was breathtaking, especially at sunrise.
The hotel’s location was perfect—centrally located with easy access to local attractions and great dining options. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious meals and excellent service.
One of the highlights was the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone I interacted with was polite and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with special requests, they truly made the difference.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Nour Arjaan ( Rotana ) and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fujairah . I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
Despite these issues, the hotel staff were extremely cooperative and ensured we had an excellent and comfortable stay. Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable.
