The first issue was the staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Whenever I asked for assistance, they seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. Simple requests were ignored, and instead of making me feel like a welcomed guest, I felt like a burden to them. A hotel should be a place where guests feel cared for, but in this case, I felt the complete opposite.
Another major problem was that the hotel consistently failed to provide the items I ordered or requested. For example, when I asked for extra towels and toiletries, they never arrived. On multiple occasions, I ordered food and drinks from the hotel’s service, yet they were either delayed for hours or never delivered at all. This lack of reliability created a lot of inconvenience and made it clear that the hotel did not value its guests.
The overall quality of the stay was also poor. Communication was disorganized, requests were ignored, and there was no effort made to correct mistakes. Instead of enjoying a comfortable and stress-free environment, I spent most of my time dealing with problems that the hotel should have easily handled.
In conclusion, the hotel’s service was unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. They failed to provide even the most basic hospitality, which ruined the experience. Based on this stay, I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel, as no guest deserves to be treated with such disregard.
The location is excellent; the beach is just feet away from the hotel, and the room size and bathroom are plenty. And the staff is really helpful
The water pressure in the bathtub was quite low, and the water was not hot enough. I found hair on my bedsheets and in the bathroom. Cleanliness requires improving. I stayed in both rooms #127 and 712.
A special shoutout as well to Ara, who took such great care of us during breakfast. Her friendly smile and attentive service made our mornings even more enjoyable.
The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. We truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended—and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
