Al Bahar Hotel & Resort

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the spacious, well-maintained rooms and the variety of amenities available. The hotel offers excellent facilities for families, including options that keep kids entertained and make the stay enjoyable for all ages.

However, I must mention that the breakfast options were not up to the standard I expected. The variety and quality of food could use significant improvement to match the level of the other services offered by the hotel.

More importantly, I felt that the staff’s approach to customer service fell short of what one would expect from a hotel aspiring to international 5-star standards. While some team members were polite and helpful, there seemed to be a lack of consistent, customer-centric behavior across the staff. I noticed that restaurant managers, in particular, displayed an unwelcoming attitude, often appearing stern and lacking basic customer-friendly communication skills.

I believe that with proper training, the staff could adopt a more welcoming and professional demeanor. Smiling, attentive, and courteous behavior goes a long way in enhancing a guest’s experience. I would strongly recommend that the management invest in customer service training to ensure the staff adopts an attitude that reflects care and hospitality.

This hotel has the potential to be a standout destination, but improving these aspects would elevate it significantly and align it with the service standards of international luxury hotels. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards enhancing the overall guest experience.

One of the greatest if not the greatest hotel in Fujairah. An amazing location right on the beach. Clean rooms, great service. The restaurants are great with an unlimited selection of food. The beach and the pool are really nice. Too bad I had no more days to spend there. Hope to come back someday

I recently stayed at Al Bahar Hotel and Resort, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding area. One of the highlights was the stunning beach area within the resort, where we enjoyed relaxing by the clear blue waters and walking along the soft sands. The resort also offered top-notch amenities, including multiple pools, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff at Al Bahar went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Their friendly and attentive service made a great impression, and they were always quick to assist with any requests. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway, especially for beach lovers.

The hotel property was good. Great view with spacious rooms. Ms. Maureen at the front desk was very helpful and good at her work. Please bring your own water bottles as you will receive only 2 small bottles of water everyday.
The room service and house keeping can be more responsive. Not many restaurants close by to the hotel, need to walk quite a while if you do not have a vehicle.
The outdoor pool and beach are the biggest highlights of the hotel.
