It's very hard to call for housekeeping. Equipment and electronic need to be upgraded. Safe deposit locker need to change very old and can not be used. Towels are hard to request. Specially us we always booked 2 rooms apartment and travel as group.

Very polite and helpful people running the place. Service is great, stayed there for months and quite happily lived there for the time being. I stayed at other hotels in Fujairah and service was always disappointing. If I didn’t like anything and needed anything always could ask for it.

Average room and services with a scope of enhance cleanliness at washrooms. The breakfast was good with variety to choose from. Located on road side, at a distance of 100 meter from sea/beach, without proper access to beach, just simply cross the road at your own risk as there is no zebra crossing or redlining to go across safety. Parking is another area that they can work on for the hotel guests.

The hotel is okay for a budget-friendly stay, and the staff is quite helpful. However, I found it perplexing that they insisted on holding our Emirates ID until checkout to ensure no property damage had occurred.
