Modern and stylish hotel ideally located for visits to Dubai. Ideal for budget comfortable stay.
Built: 2011
Location: 500 m from the international airport of Sharjah, just a 15-minute drive from the city centre. 2.5 km from the famous Sharjah National Park. Dubai is a 30 minutes drive.
Belongs to the hotel chain Rotana.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
The hotel has 238 rooms. Extra beds cannot be provided.
Beach: public, sandy, 20 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free Shuttle bus to the beach: free of charge 1 time a day (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away. the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.
Note: Alcoholic beverages are not available!
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit of approximately$20/day (Deposit is returned in dirham).
The hotel has Russian speaking staff.

To use the services of a transfers (to malls, beach), the hotel in advance to inform the reception staff.

He is SO kind, sweet, and friendly. Always talk to us with a very bright smile and ask what time we are comfortable with house keeping. I also like the way he cleans compared to the others. He is very clean and organized. We are able to recognize if our room was cleaned by him or not everyday. For some days that it was not cleaned by him(maybe if it was his off days or something), we always say we miss him. He made our 1 month very memorable staying at Centro. Only a few more days left at Centro for us, and we will for sure miss him!
Everyone here is perfect and do his/her job perfectly. The food is amazing too.

I have some mobility issues and the staff were wonderful and always willing to assist me, which was much appreciated. The fro t desk staff, concierge, room service, restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

My stay was overall satisfying. The people who work in cafe and canteen are very lovely. I booked packed breakfast from Mon to Fri due to my early leave for work. They did it pretty good. And I got to choose what I’d like for my breakfast. That’s sweet!
It’s my ID birthday on the 2nd October, I received a surprised birthday cake in my room after work. I was thrilled to see this. It literally made my day! Thanks again to the staff arranged this and general manager Daniel Norman for your lovely handwriting card!
For the room, the best I could offer to review is moderate. The room service hasn’t been satisfying. I felt like I need to ask for something that I should be getting for a hotel stay all the time, which could be quite unpleasant, like Water/ towel/ tissues… I just don’t think this is reasonable.
Other than this, the hotel environment is nice and calm. It’s quite busy with customers actually. But the reception and gate staff just made things much lovely by greeting people and smiling all the time!
I appreciate my stay in this place, the parking is convenient and accessible. Location is perfect for my trip.
