FOR WESTERNERS – NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE, AND AUSTRALIA TRAVELERS

I want to begin by saying that the front desk team and restaurant staff were outstanding. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay more bearable, and I truly appreciated their efforts. However, there are several serious issues with this hotel apartment that cannot be ignored. I hope management takes this feedback as constructive criticism and makes the necessary improvements.

1. Room access problems: Every single day, my keycard stopped working, and I was locked out of my room. The staff said it was because housekeeping entered the room, but on several occasions, the room had not been cleaned at all. This recurring issue was frustrating, time‑consuming, and unacceptable.

2. Housekeeping service: The housekeeping staff did not attend to my room daily. I had to call and complain multiple times before anyone came. When I placed my used sheets and towels on the floor to indicate they needed replacement, they were often ignored. On top of that, they repeatedly forgot to provide toilet paper, which is basic hospitality. Their response times were slow, and sometimes they didn’t show up at all.

3. Pest problem: There were far too many cockroaches in the room. This was disturbing and unsanitary, especially for a modern hotel in 2025. It left a very negative impression of the property’s cleanliness and maintenance standards.

4. Temperature control: The room was uncomfortably cold, and the thermostat didn’t work. Technicians came to “fix” it, but they seemed unsure of what they were doing and the problem was never resolved.

Overall, while I sincerely appreciate the kindness of the front desk and restaurant staff, the poor housekeeping, persistent maintenance issues, and pest problems completely overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay. I would not stay here again unless major changes are made to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest services.

First we had an issue with the towels we ignored that and now it’s cockroaches since yesterday we’ve been seeing cockroaches everywhere in our room we called for deep cleaning but then later we found more cockroaches in the toilet this is absolutely rubbish they promise us they will fix it but then we still have them is this what they did deep cleaning for? For those who are looking for a hotel never come here

Absolutely horrendous experience. When I first came into this hotel I had high expectations but then I went to check in 1 hour after the check in time and the room wasn’t ready after I wait for almost 30 minutes my room was ready we got in the elevator and my cousin leaned against a glass wall and it shattered it came down on him like snow, Thankfully nothing serious happened but he got a lot of wounds, then none of the staff came to help him while he was crying because of the pain. Overall a horrible experience, I would never come back and I hope no one ever tries to stay here.

It was a very nice and cozy hotel , the staffs are so accommodating and approachable especially the Filipino receptionist Miss Rosan. She’s very helpful and considerate.
We really recommend this hotel and the ambiance was so cozy and clean . My baby’s birthday was successful and enjoyable thanks so much to this hotel . I would love to come back here always . Thanks

The hotel is very, very bad, especially when you have children. It has smells and cockroaches. I swear I booked five nights and had to leave the next day. It does not live up to five stars at all.

I stay with my family in this apartments, it was a good experience, rooms are clean but the room services are very slow, there was only one towel and not all shower items are available and we asked for that but they didn’t bring. Also, when we asked the reception for swimming pool during booking as we reach night time and we are searching for my children for hotel with swimming pool they said it’s available from 9-9 but in the morning we come to know that it’s closed and not available. We really disappointed from that. As guest I have to know the reality and what exactly available during booking time.

It was an exceptional experience as it was my first time any of my CLIENT for a meeting at this location. It turned out to be a great decision at the end. The ambiance, service and calmness of environment was really a blessing as I was able to close the deal with my CLIENT.

Hotel was not as expected

I asked them for a refund but they said we can’t refund you the money

The apartment is not worthy of a five-star rating. The apartment is old, and when I first entered, I was shocked by the bad smell that they concealed with air freshener and chemicals. We stayed for a week and they did not change the bed sheets. I asked them twice and they put one large towel in the bathroom so that it was not suitable for cleaning the floor.
