Luxe Grand Hotel Apartments

We had a fantastic and wonderful stay at this hotel and was highly impressed with the level of service they provided it was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. The check-in process was smooth and easy.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. they were friendly and helpful.

A well-appointed apartment felt like a home away from home. The kids loved the hotel's amenities, including the pool and kids play ground, and a fitness center that added to the overall comfort of our stay. A top-notch hotel experience, Luxe Grand is the place to be.

We arranged a function in the banquet hall last Saturday. Everything was very easy and convenient, from booking till event date. Service and people were very friendly. I had interaction with their F &B manager.

Family friendly, great location for Sharjah and Dubai. Friendly customer service, the staff were great with our boisterous lads everyday which means a lot as parents.
The Restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was always good every day. Shame we only discovered just before Ramadan arrived that we could’ve ordered omelette/other items. We stayed here for 3 weeks whilst finding a property when moving to the UAE and we miss our stay. Highlight was Ramadan and the amazing suhoor the hotel gave every morning which was a lovely touch!
Spacious 2 bedroom and bathroom apartment, large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Kid friendly and room service was very good. On a few occasions we requested the cleaning/room service (although it’s available daily I believe) it was very good and the cleaners make an effort to check all is okay. Telephone room service was very good and the various staff would help with all our enquiries. Swimming pool was lovely and my older lads made good use of it. Only issue: the towels for the pool area were hard to source at times and the toilets were in the gym which required card access to use which was tricky for my son to do. The kids play area aimed at little ones (although a bit dated) was nice for my toddler and baby and is located in a shaded location.
It’s hard to fault anything but I would like to make some helpful suggestions: that the staff are more forthcoming with what’s available eg at breakfast, times for the pool, changes for Ramadan etc. It would have been helpful to have a little tour/explanation on arrival or shortly after as to what’s what so we could make the most of our stay as we were there 3 weeks. Nonetheless we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I have been a lot of hotel,but I never seen like this hotel full of facilities like kitchen items, machines and from the small things they provide us. Especially I'm so wonderful cleaning of housekeeping team,they give us good service always try to make happy us. Thank you for your kind of stuffs.We will try to back on again.

Located in a very good location and has easy access to shopping and various nearby restaurants.
Amazing swimming pool, jacuzzi, Pool Bar and open space for work with High Speed WIFI

Comfy beds and Great Location, and loved the View from the Hotel.

I don’t usually write reviews for many places however I was too pleased by my experience at Luxe Grand.

From the moment I arrived I was taken care of with such courtesy and consideration, my needs were cared for with utmost priority with no objections and Mr Alan specifically went the extra mile to make me feel welcome with his impeccable manners - he took it upon himself to introduce me to the building and it’s facilities which was very kind of him!

All the staff were polite and I felt safe and respected throughout my entire stay. I would recommend this establishment to my friends and family especially.

I hope Luxe Grand extends to Dubai soon!
