In summary, this hotel delivers on value and convenience but falls short on room quality. It’s a good option for short stays or those prioritizing location over luxury.
Before the management comments there is a safe which should have been used. There was no prior notice that a routine cleanup would be done in our absence.
Extremely disappointed with the action, investigation and the management. We don’t want to ruin our stay going back and forth with the police, hence we didn’t report it to the police. Consider this review for the benefit of others ! BEWARE !
Otherwise the experience in the hotel was really good. Hotel was clean and food was good.

Please don’t post misleading information. The manager Mr. Neeraj with 4 housekeeping staffs searched our entire room in front of us. I have the video proof of them searching our room. How could you say we didn’t allow ? Please get the proper information before you post anything here. Because loss is ours not yours. It’s an expensive and a watch with a lot of sentiments. How could the watch which was seen on the first day disappear the next day ?
The location is convenient, close to metro station and has local stores at walking distance.
Overall stay was good
The facilities and service are amazing and to complement the staff is doing an excellent service.
Special thanks to Maeesh who received me at the reception on my first day and made sure everything I needed was taking care of.
Also to Jagdish and all the cleaning staff, gym and pool attendant - you are all so polite and its amazing to see you smiling and greeting everyone, everyday.
I wish I could have stayed for a long term. It is definetely one of the best places to stay in Dubai and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful home with great facilities, amenities and compliment shuttle services to add to the combination.

The hotel also provides beach towels and mats which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
The location was aso very near walking distance to main road which had a mall and quite a few nice places to eat.
