We had to stay for a night in their 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was fine except for the service that is why I gave only 3 stars. I called in the morning to request for an early check-in but I was told that it depends on the availability. 1500hrs was the check in time. This hotel is close to baniyas Square Metro station which is good. Room service is also regular but the 2 bathrooms after cleaning still looked unclean atleast in our rented 2bhk. Nice bedrooms sheets changed regularly. Kitchen is worse microwave gas oven dont operate so could not cook anything staff was not helpfull here. Worse experience as we had to eat out and waste money on brkfast to dinner....

I have stayed here several times. It has been renovated and the rooms have been upgraded. It is cost-effective and the service is good.

I stayed there for a week and had no problems. It was especially helpful that there were guides in Japanese and Japanese staff! I caught a cold on the way there, but they told me about a local pharmacy nearby, which was very helpful. It's also easy to get to, with the nearest station just a 10-minute walk away, so it's easy to get to if you're going to the Gold Souk or crossing the river.

Had wonderful 5 days stay. Entrance is very attractive with Russian style interior. Rooms are ok with adequate space. But bathroom facilities have to be improved. Breakfast is not like the expected, the varieties of food were same for the entire stay.

The Disco is the place to visit if you are seeking actions in Dubai. But you need to pay AED 150 for entrance. Exorbitant for entrance only. Drinks are standard Dubai standard bottle beer Aed 40+. Be prepared to burn 500+ on drinks and entrance only. Others depend on individual negotiation skills.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. Pictures doesn’t reflect reality. Hotel is outdated, hygiene is not their priority and noisy. Staff is 50-50 helpful, seems like if you don’t like it, leave. Location is convenient, that is only good thing. I will not stay there again if I’m in Dubai.

There were misleading informations, also when we booked the hotel it clearly saysa that it is a three bedroom apartment, when we got to the hotel they gave us a different room. Staff also are not accommodating at all.

One of the best stay in Dubai. Rooms are really clean and well maintained. Staff is also nice. Just that despite having health issues, they did not allow my wife to get breakfast in room for me which she was getting by herself. Also they did not even allow to bring a single Apple from the breakfast table. This was very unprofessional and rude of their restaurant staff.

I would recommend this hotel - we stayed one night after a bad experience at another hotel in Dubai and it was a big improvement. The hotel feels big, with several restaurants and good facilities. Well, I stay in Crowne Plaza a lot but this time they gave me the wrong Room plus all the rooms were really small! But the room service and staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great! All I want to say is that they should make the room bigger so it feels better like the other Crowne Plaza hotels.

I stayed here for more than a month and can’t say enough about how professional and clean the staff were during that time especially during times like these. The food was always on point, also whenever I asked for something, they were always doing their best to deliver as fast as they can. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help and improve. The rooms are clean and look okay. The one star deduction is due to the rooms and some of the floors being a little smelly, although I think this comes from the hotel being a little older and not from bad cleaning habits. The Gym is very well equipped and the pool has a very nice and refreshing temperature.

Breakfast buffet could use tons of improvement in terms of taste as well as quality. Stone-cold food at 7am!! And cold water for tea. Rooms were clean and decent enough for a short stay. But room service takes time.

Lovely place, Centrally located and just next to the Financial centre Metro... for excellent connectivity. Service is top notch and we got a free upgrade. All the staff were great, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. View was not the best, but we were out most of the time so it didn’t matter to us. Overall a very pleasant stay, I would recommend this hotel!
