We loved our stay at Ibis. The breakfast was scrumptious delight. The family room was super perfect for us. We always book this room at Ibis as there are no alike options in the market. Ibis is the best for family with kids. They even have connected rooms but the family room comes with two bigger day bed sofas which was the perfect fit for us. Love Ibis. rooms were very clean and food was okay i am from new york so the time difference was huge i couldn’t get much options with food at night . the phones could do with some improvement i didn’t know what number to call for the reception it was always a static noisy line. the wifi service was terrible. the customer service was lovely though helpful and polite staff.

Beautiful hotel, great pool. We had dinner at the Italian Restaurant in the hotel; food was amazing. Parking area not covered and cramp. One staff at the reception made my checkout process a bit complicated; which I would say she’s a bit double standard; hence it changed everything. Sad.

Overall, it was good, even better than expected. I can only point out the problems in the bathroom (the ventilation didn't work, it was impossible to dry anything, water was leaking in the toilet) and the noise from the external air conditioner units on the roof.

It's our third time to stay in Sharjah Premier, their room is big enough for couple or family. It is clean. Staff are kind and helpful. They have good facilities like big and clean pool, it has nice view, they have gym . If u love billiards, table tennis and darts, they have it all. It is near the main road so it's easy to find and get taxi. There is 15 minutes walk supermarket, cafe and pharmacy.
