They took care of our all needs including transfers, pcr test and recommending good restaurants around hotel. Also they informed us about the places to visit and helped us with many other things

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It absolutely deserves more than 3 stars. Staff was very kind and caring

Even on working events with large groups the quality of the food has been great. The conference room is small but confortable. I haven't tried the rooms, but everything else is perfect

It's a perfect place for short stay in Dures. It is very close to the city center, to the walking area on the seaside and lots of restaurants. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very polite

Since I had a balcony in a sunny location, I missed a small cafe set on the balcony, but it didn't feel like a big problem! But it would have been appreciated! Highly recommended and if I return to Durres it will be my obvious choice!

Very nice and elegantly finished hotel. Just few steps off the main street. We had a room 201 - very spacious, with a balcony right above the entrance. The bathroom has walk-in shower with a big window

Wifi works great! Good generous breakfast time. The breakfast is good and there was everything for all needs! Nice option to be able to sit outside in the morning and have breakfast on the terrace

The bed is big and comfortable. You can choose from meat to fruits and yoghurt. You never walk out with an empty stomach. The hours of breakfast is also convenient- from 7:30 to 11:00

I have tried Sushi here. Great quality sushi. Very friendly staff. The interior makes you feel like you live in the 1800s. Great music and nice people. Its in the best area of the city so its easily to get there

Exceptional service before, during and after our stay! Especially the receptionists answered our questions before arrival, helped with parking, were very helpful with everything we asked and even arranged for us to come pick up a forgotten item in the middle of the night so we could make our flight! The hotel itself is beautiful, it gives a little Grand Budapest Hotel feeling

Had a lovely two night stay here in durres. Staff were extremely helpful to us while we were there. One young lady (I'm sorry, i can't remember her name) was very helpful to us during our stay

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, it’s three small dishes for two people à la carte, freshly prepared and tastes good but the portions could be bigger

The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the city centre and the private beach. The rooms are not the biggest but comfortable and provided with all the necessary accessories. Air conditioning system works just fine

This gentleman and the hotel organised a reliable driver later that evening to help me meet my girlfriend at the airport and arrive back at the hotel with no problems

I'm Australian with no clue about the language and I even called the hotel to speak to the driver in their native language and the driver had no idea where to go

In general, it is a good impression. Personal speaks English. We visited only the resturant, food was tasty and place is quite enough.

I had a horrid time with a taxi driver from the nearby airport, so bad I offered the driver 50 euro to let me out of the the taxi

Hotel Lido offers a pleasant stay in an area very close to the city center. You will need 10 to 15 minutes to reach the pedestrian area with restaurants located right next to the sea

Private beach also included along with free breakfast that can be eaten in the restaurant or on the beach. Workers are really hospitable and this is the best hotel in Albania I have been in so far

A 3 star hotel in the center of Albanian city Durres. Rooms are very clean with air conditioning, TV and free wifi. 4 bed room with buffet breakfast and parking in the middle of the season cost only 60 euros
